10. Coral Cove

A wooden platform on the northern side of Coral Cove has fishing rods and a boat. Additionally, you may swim to any of the adjacent islands from Cove for additional fishing! Apart from fishing, Coral Cove is an excellent location for gear shopping. It is a Landmark crammed with chests. However, you'll need to cut away at a couple of the cottages and shacks to uncover some of the treasures.

9. Lake Canoe

Lake Canoe is the first – and possibly our favorite – fishing location in Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 6. There are a plethora of fishing barrels to discover here. If you're in the market for a Pro Fishing Rod, the more fishing barrels you have to sift through, the better. 

Additionally, there are several fishing chances near Lake Canoe and a few more if you continue east and follow the river as it snakes its way through the map. While adversaries will arrive here, if you play your cards well, you can easily stock up on weaponry before they do. We recommend landing on the upper porch level of the house and collecting any weapons you discover there. Then, proceed inside and gather other weapons and supplies. 

Finally, proceed to the lowest level and search for a chest that occasionally spawns here beneath the stairs. If you can't locate what you're looking for here, there is frequently a Chest behind the pyramid of boats on the lake's central island. Additionally, if you travel to the structure to the north and use your pickaxe, you may come upon a Chest.

8. The Island that is to the West of Craggy Cliffs

You can catch some fish from the island's numerous white water circles. Additionally, a boat is conveniently located there, and you may take a ride on it to return to the safe zone after fishing if necessary swiftly.

7. Camp Cod

Camp Cod is another prominent Landmark in Fortnite that is ideal for fishing. Camp Cod is a more oversized island in the extreme south of the map, mainly included within grid reference G8. 

The beach surrounding Camp Cod is alive with fish just waiting to be scooped up with your rod. You may find some rods on the east side of Camp. Additionally, you can typically do some uninterrupted fishing here, as Cod is seldom too famous.

• It is one of the Ideal and Favorite Fishing Spot of Many Players
• You can easily find rods to fish
• You can get a lot of high-level weapons in this area.

6. The Beach in the Far South

The Beach in the Far South, Fortnite

Within grid reference E8, a relatively tiny beach with a fishing pier is located west of Camp Cod. It's a relatively inaccessible beach in the extreme south of the map, where you may typically fish alone. On the shore, a wooden pier supplies fishing rods and a boat. There are a couple of white water circles in the sea there from which you may scoop up some excellent fish.

Additionally, you'll discover a few chests on and around that shore. A chest is located at the pier, another is contained within the red crate on the beach, and two more are located in the wooden structure just above it. As a result, this beach is a reasonably fantastic loot location as well.

What is great about The Beach in the Far South? 

• It is a place that's not crowded with players
• You can safely fish here without any interruptions
• You can get a lot of treasure chests in this fishing spot

5. Slurpy Swamp

Slurpy Swamp, Fortnite

Slurpy Swamp is the most appropriately called fishing area in Fortnite. The Swamp's water is alive with various sorts of fish to catch, most notably slurp fish. The swamp region west of the Slurp plant is an excellent fishing place since it allows fishing both along the shore and farther inland. Rods are easily accessible on the factory's western side, which also houses a boat. Another advantage of fishing in this Swamp is that the bright blue water (or Slurp Juice) regenerates health and provides a shield.

On the other hand, Slurpy Swamp is a little riskier fishing location than the others discussed here. When fishing in the marsh, you are more likely to meet hostiles than at certain Landmark places. I recommend fishing on the go by performing a small amount of fishing at various locations within Slurpy Swamp rather than standing in one position for an extended period.

4. Lazy Lake

The lake region east of Lazy Lake is our second favorite fishing site in Fortnite. Like Lake Canoe, this location has a multi-story structure frequently stocked with weapons and supplies. Don't forget to break through the garage with your pickaxe when searching the building since a chest can occasionally appear here. 

You'll discover an abundance of fishing barrels to explore, as well as a diverse selection of fishing chances. While there is some risk of encountering enemy players as they go through the central Lazy Lake region, there are rapid escape routes along the river in either direction or into the mountains to the west of the lake area.

More coastal sites are on the map, but this island is adjacent to many of them, making it an ideal landing place before proceeding to more disputed regions such as Stealthy Stronghold or Craggy Cliffs.

2. Sweaty Sands

This entire region is fishing heaven, with several fishing barrels scattered around the enormous body of water separating Sweaty Sands and Coral Castle. Despite the region's size, there are several motorboats along the beach that you may use to go between fishing sites. Notably, you may capture fish that require catching along the "Coast" here, which is beneficial for populating your Collections page.

Despite its breadth and scope, it is ranked lower than some other sites because Sweaty Sands and Coral Castle are frequently disputed regions.
