[Top 5] FF14 Best White Mage Food (And How To Get Them)
Huzzah! Blood for BLOOD LILY! And all the food for me!

Why hello, glare mages, I mean, White Mages out there, do you know what best boosts you "Glare"? Food, and let's get into it!

You are a healer, but you are a green DPS; why you ask? How to keep your teammate alive? By healing them? Half right, but doing DPS to mitigate future damage is the best way to heal. Here are the foods that best suit you as a DPS, I mean healer!

5. Coconut Cod Chowder (iLevel 545)

A Near Eastern soup, brimming with shallows cod simmered in silky coconut milk.

Coconut Cod Chowder is the cheaper option when it comes to food. It boosts your Critical Hit and Determination, which is excellent if you aim for the clear. If you are not running the latest contents, then you can definitely pick this as your food. You can craft them or buy them from the Market Board.

The NQ status effects:

  • Determination +8% (Max 61)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 66)
  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 37)

The HQ status effects:

  • Determination +10% (Max 76)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 82)
  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 46)

4. Pumpkin Potage (iLevel 580)

A creamy soup that highlights the rich and nutty flavor of the giant pumpkin.

Pumpkin Potage is the choice if you are running 6.0 contents. It has the same effect as the Coconut Cod Chowder but is more potent. You can get this from the Market Board or cook it with a Culinarian.

3. Pleno Tomato Salad (iLevel 610)

A bright tomato salad lightly tossed in perilla oil.

This one is for you if you like your White Mage to have a low GCD. Yes, White Mage is one of that jobs without many buttons to weave, so if you are comfortable with faster rotation, you should follow the BiS and get this food from the Market Board or cooking. Pleno Tomato Salad is excellent for running the latest contents.

The NQ status effects:

  • Spell Speed +8% (Max 78)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 94)
  • Direct Hit Rate +8% (Max 46)

2. Garlean Pizza (iLevel 610)

Heaped with Garlean cheese and baked to perfection, this flatbread may well rival certain soups in its ability to move partakers to tears.

This one is for 2.33 GCD or 2.40 GCD BiS. Garlean Pizza will boost your Spell speed but not as high as Pleno Tomato Salad. The Pizza is great for running the latest contents if you prefer more damage and slower GCD. You can get this from the Market Board or by crafting.

The NQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 78)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 94)
  • Spell speed +8% (Max 46)

The HQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 97)

1. Carrot Pudding (iLevel 610)

To freeze, shred, steam, and bake carrots into this smooth pudding requires both time and skill, but the mouthwatering results are well worth the effort.

This combination of status is currently the most popular. You can use this food if running with 526 Piety or 621 Piety BiS. Depending on your materia determines your Spell Speed and Piety. Lower Piety means faster GCD and the opposite. You can get this from the Market Board or by cooking!

The NQ status effects:

  • Determination +8% (Max 78)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 94)
  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 46)

The HQ status effects:

  • Determination +10% (Max 97)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 118)
  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 58)
