[Top 5] Rainbow 6 Siege Best Jager Loadouts That Are Excellent

Top 5 Best Jager Loadouts in R6 Siege
The bet five loadouts for upping your game when playing the best anti-projectile operator in Rainbow six Siege

There are only two direct counters to projectiles in Siege, and that would be Jager and Wamai. The latter offers a lot to the table as well, but strictly speaking, when it comes to countering enemy projectiles, Jager’s special gadget, the ADS-MKIV "Magpie" is the best. That’s because it completely obliterates the projectiles that it intercepts. All three of Jager’s special gadgets can also be deployed during the prep phase, leaving the Jager player to do what he wants, whether that would be staying to anchor the objective spot, or to perform the role of a roamer. On top of that, Jager has an assortment of weapons and gadgets to choose from when it comes to dealing with his enemies.

5. M870 with Reflex B + P12 with Suppressor + Bulletproof Camera

For many players, the M870 shotgun is still the most powerful shotgun in the game, and I tend to agree with that, at least when it comes to typical pump action shotguns. It is only available to Jager, Bandit, and Thorn, however, so you won’t really see it a lot in the game, especially in ranked matches. But for casual or quick matches, it's often the weapon of choice by Recruit players. That's testament to how strong it is. It packs a heavy punch per shot, its recoil is not that strong, and it can be reloaded quite fast. With this as Jager’s primary weapon, it’ll be very hard to beat him in close quarters combat.

With one shot from the M870 at its optical range, it can take out an enemy, and its optical range is quite far, especially if you aim-down-sights with it before shooting. As for the secondary weapon in this loadout setup, the suppressed P12 will allow the Jager player to strafe opponents at distances that the M870 shotgun can’t reach. It will also provide Jager with the ability to shoot attacker drones or claymores with less chances of alerting the enemies. This is a great ability to have when Jager needs to flank. The bulletproof camera will provide the whole defending team with another way of gathering intel, and it's a great combo for Jager’s M870 shotgun, because it will let him know if opponents are close by.

Excels in:

  • Close range superiority due to the M870 shotgun's pellet spread and heavy damage per pellet
  • Being able to line up your next shots well because of the M870 shotgun's low recoil
  • Having a clear and wide front view while aiming-down-sight on the M870 shotgun because of the Reflex B 1.0x sight
  • Being able to shoot attacker gadgets like drones or claymores with less chances of enemies being alerted to your presence through the use of the suppressed P12 handgun
  • Having an extra way to gather intel with the use of the bulletproof camera which can also shoot EMP blasts

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - M870 with Reflex B
  • Secondary weapon - P12 with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Bulletproof Camera

4. 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Compensator, and Vertical Grip + P12 with Suppressor + Barbed Wire

The 416-C Carbine is a powerful assault rifle with good damage per shot and fast rate of fire. Its biggest drawback, however, is its rough recoil, and for a lot of players, the best way to stabilize its recoil is by attaching a compensator to its barrel. The compensator barrel attachment specializes in reducing the recoil diamond size of weapons, which means it reduces the weapon’s chances for horizontal recoil and random recoil from all directions. This generally results in a smoother shooting experience, especially when it comes to longer sprays, because the user would mostly only have to hold the weapon’s vertical kick.

And if you look at the recoil pattern image of the 416-C Carbine, you’d notice that its recoil diamond is quite huge, so the compensator is really going to help a lot when it comes to taming its overall recoil. The suppressed P12 handgun will provide the user with the ability to shoot attacker gadgets with much less chances of alerting the enemies to his whereabouts. This is really useful when Jager is performing the role of a roamer, or even when he just needs to flank. As for the generic gadget, the barbed wires are great tools for slowing down enemies and they also act as early warning devices so that the defending team wouldn’t be caught off-guard on flanking sites.

Excels in:

  • Stabilizing the recoil of the 416-C Carbine by reducing its recoil diamond size with the use of the compensator barrel attachment
  • Further lowering the 416-C Carbine’s recoil with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Providing the user with pinpoint accuracy on the 416-C Carbine through the use of the Red Dot A 1.0x sight
  • Being able to to shoot enemy gadgets such as drones or claymores without alerting them through the use of the suppressed P12 handgun
  • Providing the whole defending team early warning devices in the barbed wires which can also greatly slow enemies down

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Compensator, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - P12 with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Barbed Wire

3. 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + P12 with Suppressor + Barbed Wire

This loadout setup is for players who have good recoil control with their own mouse grip and know how to pace their shots well. That’s because the only recoil-benefit providing attachment on the 416-C Carbine for this loadout setup is the vertical grip. As for its barrel attachment, the extended barrel won’t be adding any recoil control to the weapon, but it will maximize its damage output and potential by greatly reducing its range damage drop-off. So with this loadout setup, Jager would be inflicting heavy damage to enemies regardless of the range he's shooting from.

The only other drawback to attaching the extended barrel aside from it not adding any recoil control to the weapon is that its long barrel can be seen by opponents first when you’re peeking around corners. So with this loadout, the user will have to be fast when peeking around corners and he has to pace his shots well, preferably sticking to short bursts, which the game prefers nowaday anyway. If you pace your shots well with this loadout, you’ll be rewarded with inflicting heavy damage to enemies and making quick work of them at any range.

Excels in:

  • Maximizing the damage output and potential of the 416-C Carbine by reducing its range damage drop-off with the extended barrel attachment
  • Maintaining a good amount of recoil control with the 416-C Carbine with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Having pinpoint accuracy when aiming with the 416-C Carbine through the Red Dot A 1.0x with it simple red dot center reticle
  • Being able to shoot enemy gadgets such as drones or claymores with less chances of giving away your position through the use of the suppressed P12 handgun
  • Being able to greatly slow enemies down with the barbed wire which can also act as early warning devices

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - P12 with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Barbed Wire

2. 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + P12 with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Bulletproof Camera

Like the loadout setup above with the extended barrel, this one’s barrel attachment alo wouldn’t add any recoil control benefit. What it would add instead are great stealth benefits to the user, and that's’ why it’s ranked higher than the loadout setup with the extended barrel which only adds damage. The barrel attachment for this loadout setup is going to be the suppressor, which shot up in the ranking of barrel attachments recently because of the removal of its damage penalty on weapons. With this loadout, Jager will be able to shoot enemies and it could take a while for them to return fire in his direction.

That’s because the suppressor will hide the 416-C Carbine’s directional threat indicator as well as its muzzle flash. So the enemies will receive no visual cues on where Jager’s shots are coming from. Aside from visual cues, the suppressor will also lessen the sound cues that enemies could react to when determining Jager’s location, because it will greatly dampen the 416-C Carbine’s gunshot sound. As for the P12 handgun in this loadout, it's best to equip it with a muzzle brake for lowering its recoil and a laser for tightening its hip fire. That’s because the primary weapon can already be used for shooting enemy gadgets silently, so it’s best for the secondary to be more effective at finishing off enemies.

Excels in:

  • Shooting enemies without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
  • Lessening the visual cues that enemies could react to when determining where you’re shooting from through the use of the suppressor which hides the weapon’s muzzle flash
  • Dampening the 416-C Carbine’s gunshot sound, therefore, lessening the chances of enemies pinpointing your location through them.
  • Great recoil control on the P12 handgun because of the muzzle brake barrel attachment
  • Tight hip fire on the P12 handgun because of the laser attachment
  • Having an extra way to gather intel through the use of the bulletproof camera which can also shoot EMP blasts

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - P12 with Muzzle Brake and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Bulletproof Camera

 1. 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip + P12 with Suppressor + Barbed Wire

Nowadays, it’s best to equip the suppressor barrel attachment on your weapons because of its great stealth benefits and since it does not reduce the damage of weapon anymore, its only drawback is that it doesn't add any recoil benefits. But for the 416-C Carbine which is a gun with a strong recoil, that's a problem, so the best barrel attachment for it is the flash hider. With both the flash hider and vertical grip working hand in hand to lower the 416-C Carbine’ recoil, the user will be able to fire it with great stability, even in longer bursts, and that's important for strafing enemies at medium to long-range.

The flash hider will also hide the muzzle flash of the 416-C Carbine, therefore, lessening the chances of enemies pinpointing your location through that particular visual cue while you’re shooting. So overall, this loadout setup will provide the best recoil control on the 416-C Carbine, and for most players, that's a must, because of the weapon's rough stock recoil. And since the primary weapon in this loadout setup wouldn’t have a suppressor, it's best to equip it with the P12 handgun. That way, the user will be able to shoot enemy gadgets when he’s roaming or flanking, with much less chances of enemies being alerted to his presence.

Excels in:

  • Having the best recoil control possible on the 416-C Carbine with both the flash hider and vertical grip attachments
  • Lessening the visual cues that enemies could react to when determining where you’re shooting from because the flash hider will hide the 416-C Carbine’s muzzle flash
  • Having pinpoint accuracy with the Red Dot A’s simple center red dot reticle
  • Being able to shoot enemy gadgets such a drones or claymores without giving away your location through the use of the suppressed P12 handgun
  • Being able to greatly slow enemies down with the barbed wires which can also serve as early warning devices

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 416-C Carbine with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - P12 with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Barbed Wire
