One of Siege’s best intel gathering operators. It makes attackers uncomfortable whenever they detect that he’s in the enemy team. Because when he’s around, the floor can just explode the minute they walk in, taking more than one life in many instances. Pulse comes in with a lot of heat with his loadout choices to supplement his already powerful Heartbeat Sensor + C4 combination. 

5. UMP45 with Red Dot, Suppressor, and Angled Grip + M45 Meusoc with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Nitro Cell

Suppressors are so underrated

Suppressors have a damage reduction penalty, but with guns like the UMP45 which still does 32 damage even when suppressed, the suppressor’s benefits in many cases can outweigh its drawback. Since with Pulse, you will mostly be roaming, stealth is important, especially when you’re implementing a hit n’ run tactic. Because the suppressor removes the directional threat indicator when shooting, as well as the muzzle flash and the sound of the gun, this loadout will keep your enemies guessing where they’re being shot from and where you will come at them next.

With the angled grip, you’ll be compensating for the damage reduction with speed. And since your primary already has a suppressor, you can shoot enemy drones with it in silence, and you can focus on putting relation and accuracy benefits on your secondary’s attachments.

4. UMP45 with Red Dot, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Suppressor + Nitro Cell

Long range damage and accuracy

With this loadout, you can effectively make kills even from long range even without a 2.5x or stronger scopes, because long range damage from the extended barrel and the compressed recoil from the vertical grip will give you the damage and accuracy that you’ll need for those long-range kills.

Always use the suppressed hand-gun for shooting attacker drones to avoid alerting your enemies.

3. M1014 with Laser + 5.7 USG with Suppressor + Nitro Cell

Double threat from beneath

With this loadout, attackers not only have to worry about the c4 under the floor, but also the shotgun pellets under the floor. This loadout is excellent for harassing enemies and preventing them from pushing to your objective area. Start with the heartbeat sensor + c4 under the floor strat and harass the remaining ones by pumping them with shotgun pellets under the floor.

And when your enemies decide to come after you, try to lure them into a close-range fight, because in close range, shotgun is king.

2. UMP45 with Red Dot, Flash Hider, and Angled Grip + M45 Meusoc with Suppressor + Nitro Cell

A mix of recoil control and speed

Flash hiders are perfect for guns like the UMP45 which vertical recoil only goes on a straight line. Flash hider is the best at reducing the recoil of the first few shots and the overall vertical recoil. The neat thing is that it hides the muzzle flash for both you and your enemies, so not only will your enemies take a bit more time before visually realizing where the shots are coming from, your screen will be clearer as well while you’re firing.

And with the angled grip letting you go into aim-down-sights (ads) position a lot quicker, flick shorts with this loadout can really make you rack up kills.

Long range damage and speed

While the extended barrel does not completely eliminate the range damage penalty, it reduces it by a lot, so with this loadout, you’ll be able to deal heavy damage from any range, which is just perfect for a roaming operator like Pulse, because enemies can come to your line of sight unexpectedly from any range. And with the addition of the angled grip, you’ll be able to strafe at your enemies with great speed.

The UMP45 has an inherent low recoil and that is why even without any recoil control attachment in this loadout, you wouldn’t have to worry that much when it comes to shooting stability and accuracy.
