These characters look really cool and beautiful, but they’re really powerful at the same time.

15.Kazuha

Kaedehara Kazuha is a wandering samurai of the once-famed Kaedehara Clan and a temporary crewmember of The Crux. He’s a really good friend to Beidou and he usually travels in her ship to visit Liyue.

He’s an Anemo Sword character whose main role is support, but some people use him as a DPS, can you believe it? They’re insane.

• Kazuha’s Elemental Skill deals AoE Anemo DMG and lifts him into the air.
• His Elemental Burst summons Autumn Whirlwind and deals AoE Anemo DMG.
•  If his Burst comes into contact with other elements (except Geo), it’ll deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
• Kazuha charmed our hearts the very first time we saw him in Beidou’s ship. His kind and gentle aura reflects perfectly his inner personality. 
• He has some issues, but that makes us want to protect him even more.

14.Thoma

Thoma is the housekeeper for the Kamisato Clan. He was born in Mondstat but he moved on to Inazuma a few years ago. We met him for the first time in the port of Inazuma, when we arrived with Beidou’s ship. He’s our guide on the island.

• Thoma delivers a flame-filled flying kick that deals AoEPyro DMG with his Elemental Skill. It absorbs Pyro DMG.
• He spins his polearm and deals AoE Pyro DMG with his Elemental Burst. 
• His Burst also deals AoE Pyro DMG whenever you do a basic attack every 1s.
• His personality is kind of playful, joyful, and gentle, three aspects that everyone loves in a character. He’s sometimes compared with Tartaglia because of this.
• If you play his hangout events, you’ll fall for him! He’s charming and we can guess why everyone is so obsessed with him.

13.Tartaglia

Following danger wherever he goes, Tartaglia (or Childe) is always ready for a challenge and to freeze our hearts like a real Snezhnaya’s citizen. He’s also the Eleventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, alongside other Harbingers like Signora or Scaramouche.

• His charged attacks deal the Riptide status, a kind of mark that deals AoE Hydro DMG when they’re being attacked by Tartaglia.
• Tartaglia’s Elemental Burst deals AoE Hydro DMG and applies Riptide. This is helpful to freeze enemies with a Cryo shield or vaporize with a Pyro shield, dealing even more DMG. 
• Honestly, you just have to look at him and hear his laugh when he flies to understand why he’s so loved. Also, his desire to protect his family is very charming. We love good boys.
• Using his Elemental Burst returns a portion of its Energy Cost.
• Hitting an opponent affected by Riptide with a melee attack unleashes a Riptide Slash that deals AoE Hydro DMG.

12.Zhongli

Our best shield character couldn’t be other than Zhongli, the Geo Archon, and the consultant of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. He works alongside Hu Tao, two characters that charmed our hearts since the first time. Do you think it is destiny?

• When you hold, Zhongli's Elemental Skill creates a shield that absorbs DMG based on Zhongli’s Mx HP. 
• His Skill deals AoE Geo DMG too and creates crystals that are shields. They can protect your team when his Skill finishes.
• His Elemental Skill can create a Stone Stele that causes AoE Geo DMG too.
• Zhongli is very good with any team, but he works really well with Geo teams because of Geo’s synergy and the shields.
• Zhongli is Genshin Impact’s supreme husbando and that’s a fact. That’s why he deserved the second position on this Top.

11.Xiao

Xiao is an Adeptus, whose original name is Alatus, and the only known remaining member of the five Yakshas dispatched by Morax (or Zhongli). He resides in Wangshu Inn and loves food.

He’s an Anemo Polearm character and his role is DPS. Xiao is also one of the best Genshin Impact’s DPS, alongside Hu Tao, Ayaka, or Ganyu.

• Xiao lunges forward with his Elemental Skill and deals Anemo DMG to opponents in his path. It can be used in mid-air.
• His Elemental Skill can be used in mid-air to reach places that are far away.
• His Elemental Burst increases his jumping ability, his attack AoE and DMG, and converts attack DMG into Anemo DMG.
• Xiao’s mysterious aura and his desire to protect people from demons make him a great male character. He can be too emo sometimes, but that’s a part of his charms.
• His Elemental Burst is perfect for Abyss’ floors where there are a lot of enemies, since it deals AoE DMG.

10.Albedo

Albedo is the Chief Alchemist and Captain of the Investigation Team of the Knights of Favonius. He holds an infinite desire to learn about the world of Teyvat with Sucrose, his assistant.

• Albedo’s Elemental Skill creates a Solar Isotoma that deals AoE Geo DMG. When Solar Isotoma hits an opponent it generates Transient Blossoms, which deal AoE Geo DMG.
• Since Solar Isotoma is a Geo construct, it crystallizes when it makes contact with other elements. This generates crystals that shield you.
• His Skill deals AoE Geo DMG too and creates crystals that are shields. They can protect your team when his Skill finishes.
• Albedo is very good with any team, but he works really well with Geo teams because of Geo’s synergy and the shields.
• Also, he is very gentle and kind. We need nothing more to love him.

9.Diluc

Diluc is the owner of the Dawn Winery and he’s also a nobleman of high esteem in Mondstat and a former Knight of Favonius so yes, everyone knows him.

Diluc is a Pyro Claymore character and his main (and I would say only) rol is as a DPS.

• Diluc’s Elemental Skill can be used 3 times and deals Pyro DMG. It has a really short CD period and you can use basic attacks in between. 
• His Elemental Burst summons a Phoenix to knock back nearby opponents dealing AoE Pyro DMG. The searing flames that run down his blade cause it to be infused with Pyro. 
• And as everyone knows, we love guys with long hair. It may look bad in-game, but Diluc’s fanarts are on another level.
• Since he’s a Claymore character, mining is easier with him.
• The only negative thing I can see about Diluc is that his attacks are slower because of the Claymore he carries, but that happens with all Claymore characters (except Eula) so it’s nothing to worry about.

8.Mona

She’s a Hydro Catalyst and lives in Mondstat, but we don’t really care about her life, right? 

Her hat and her ponytails are the most characteristic things about herself, but her clothes are so amazing that we can’t stop looking at her. I mean, look at her!

Even if she’s poor and doesn’t have a job, she has charmed us anyway:

• Her Elemental Skill periodically deals AoE Hydro DMG, making it easier to deal Elemental Reactions such as Frozen or Vaporize.
• Mona’s Elemental Burst deals AoE Hydro DMG and increases all party members’ DMG for a while. This is really useful when you have other Elemental Bursts ready since they will do more DMG.
• She has a special way to sprint: Mona cloaks herself within the water’s flow. This can be useful to apply Wet status to nearby opponents, but it’s really difficult to explore Teyvat with her since you can’t go through some paths with her.
• Since she’s a catalyst, she attacks from distance so she doesn’t have to expose herself to enemies. These kind of characters are very safe if you don’t have any good support or shielder.
• Hydro is one of the most useful elements in Genshin Impact, so we recommend using him with Cryo, Pyro or Dendro characters since those are the best elemental reactions for Hydro.

7.Raiden Shogun

Raiden Shogun is one of the most recent characters in Genshin Impact, but that didn’t stop her to become one of the supreme waifus of the game.

As you should know, she’s the electro Archon and a Polearm character, but if you don’t really care, trust me, her weapon is one of the reasons she’s in this top:

• Raiden Shogun deals a really good DMG with her Normal Attacks even if they don’t deal Electro DMG if you don’t use your Elemental Burst first. When you use her Skill, her DMG increases a lot.
• Even if you build her as a support, she’ll deal a lot of DMG with her Normal Attacks. If you cast her Burst, her Normal Attacks will deal Electro DMG for a short time period, but it’s enough to defeat everyone.
• If you use characters such as Yelan or Xingqiu in your team, you’ll deal more DMG when you use her Burst, since you’ll apply Elemental Reactions.
• Despite the fact that she has a lot of DMG, she can be used to recharge Elemental Burst’s teammates!
• She doesn’t need an expecific team. She can adjust to any kind of team because her elemental kit is very good and it can be useful in any kind of situation.
• She’s a really versatile character. She can be used as a DPS or as a support. You decide which one you like the most!

6.Ayaka

Being a member of the Kamisato Clan, one of the most powerful ones in Inazuma, is not an easy job, but Ayaka does it really well and she manages to do it while she looks this cute.

I don’t know who decided to make her a Cryo character because she melts our hearts with her amazing personality all the time.

• She has a really balanced kit, since she can get a lot of DMG with no effort and you don’t have to look up for CRIT Rate in her build because of the Set she uses.
• Her abilities deal a lot of DMG too without the need of an Elemental Reaction. Also, her Elemental Burst deals constant DMG while it’s in use.
• When she stops running, her basic attacks deal Cryo DMG, so even if you can’t use her elementals because they’re on CD, you can still deal Cryo DMG with her!
• Even if you decide to use Elemental Reactions with her to deal more DMG, almost every other element can deal DMG with Cryo, except for Geo and Dendro.
• Cryo’s Elemental Reactions with Hydro and Pyro are the best ones by far! Ayaka doesn’t need a certain team to shine, but if you use a Permafrost team or a Pyro support with her, she’ll be the shiniest star in the sky!

5.Ganyu

I’m sure Ganyu is on everyone's top of waifus since it’s impossible to not think she’s cute because of her looks and her personality. 

You might think she’s fragile but, in fact, she’s a really strong woman that didn’t have an easy life being half-adepti and half-human.

As we said with Ayaka, we don’t know why she’s a Cryo character because she always sets our hearts on fire.

• Her charged attacks deal Cryo DMG, but at level 2 she fires off a Frostflake Arrow that blooms after hitting an enemy, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.
• Her DMG escalates really well, turning her into one of the best DPS of the game even if she’s a Bow carrier. I mean, she can one-shot Timmy’s birds, that’s pretty impressive.
• Ganyu’s Elemental Skill leaves an Ice Lotus behind dealing AoE Cryo DMG. When she uses it, she dashes backward.
• Her Elemental Burst summons a Sacred Cryo Pearl that will continuously rain down shards of ice dealing AoE Cryo DMG. 
• She can be a really good DPS, but her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst turn her into an amazing support too. These abilities deal AoE Cryo DMG simplifying the use of Elemental Reactions with other characters, like Frozen or Melt.

4.Yae

Yae Miko oversees Grand Narukami Shrine, she’s the owner of the Yae Publishing House, she’s the closest friend Raiden Shogun has and she’s a kitsune!

She’s playful, charming and we really love her ears! Her beauty didn’t stop her to become one of the most powerful characters in Genshin Impact.

• When she uses her Elemental Skill, she moves swiftly, leaving a Sesshou Sakura behind. It deals Electro DMG to enemies and it has a max of 3 stacks.
• When these Sesshou Sakura are in combat and she uses her Elemental Burst, it deals more DMG since those totems increase her DMG.
• When casting her Elemental Burst, each Sesshou Sakura destroyed resets the cooldown for 1 charge of her Elemental Skill.
• Since her totems attack even if she’s not in combat, she’s really good at dealing AoE Electro DMG and supporting other teammates with Elemental Reactions.
• We recommend to use her in teams with Dendro and Hydro characters because those elemental reactions are the most powerful ones for Electro characters.

3.Yoimiya

Naganohara Ryuunosuke’s daughter and the current owner of Naganohara Fireworks, Yoimiya is beloved by everyone in Inazuma. With her fireworks and her outgoing personality, she’s here to make all of us fall in love with her.

She’s the only Pyro Bow character besides Amber and her kit can be described as something new but kind of boring, since her skills don't have anything special. 

• Her charged attack generates 3 Kindling Arrows at level 2 that will home in on nearby opponents.
• Her Elemental Skill converted her basic attacks to Blazing Arrows, increasing her DMG and dealing Pyro DMG.
• Her Elemental Burst deals AoE Pyro DMG, marks one opponent and if you hit them with any other character it will trigger an explosion, dealing more AoE Pyro DMG.
• She’s ideal to do Elemental reactions such as Cryo or Hydro characters like Xinqiu or Kaeya.
• Since she’s a pyro character, she doesn’t need an expecific team. She can adjust to any kind of team because Pyro’s elemental reactions are very good!

2.Ayato

Kamisato Ayato is a Hydro character in Genshin Impact. He is the current head of the Kamisato Clan, the older brother of Kamisato Ayaka, and the Yashiro Commissioner.

A well-known fact about him is that he's extremely busy and stressed, as he has to deal with corrupt government officials while juggling his duty as the leader of the Shuumatsuban.

Ayato is kind and always tries to be a good brother to Ayaka. If you want to have him, but don’t know how to build him, let us tell you a few builds for him!

• Even if Ayato is a Hydro character that can be a Support, he can still be a DPS and his normal attacks are very important.
• Ayato’s Elemental Skill makes a copy of him and his normal attacks apply Hydro. His attack speed is increased, so he can deal more Hydro DMG in less time.
• Even if it’s focused on his Elemental Skill and his Elemental Burst, it’s always recommendable to have someone like Bennet, Xingqiu, or Xiangling in your team to increase that DMG.
• His Elemental Burst deals AoE Hydro, which it’s very useful for Elemental Reactions. If you have Pyro characters that deals AoE Pyro DMG while he’s using his Burst and attacking,it’s perfect.
• After a Shunsuiken attack hits an opponent, it will grant Ayato the Namisen effect, increasing the DMG dealt by Shunsuiken based on Ayato's current Max HP.

1.Hu Tao

At first glance, Hu Tao appears to be a quirky and cheerful girl. She enjoys pranking people and despises sitting around and doing nothing. Her eccentric and off-the-wall personality often leaves people with a negative impression of her.

On the other hand, when handling funerals and last rites, she becomes more calm and reminds her employees to never deviate from the client's requests. 

Despite her negative impressions, Hu Tao is knowledgeable about the adepti and Liyue's past. She also thinks Zhongli is an adeptus. However, she keeps this a secret from those who are unaware for their own safety.

• She’s one of the best DPS in the game since she deals a lot of DMG with her Normal Attacks, even if she needs a little help from her Skill. 
• When she uses her Elemental Skill, she deals Pyro DMG with her Normal Attacks, so she’ll deal even more DMG.
• If you use characters as Xingqiu or Yelan in your team that increase Hu Tao’s DMG, she’ll deal more. Vaporize is one of the best Elemental Reactions for Pyro characters.
• Since she’s a pyro character, she doesn’t need an expecific team. She can adjust to any kind of team because Pyro’s elemental reactions are very good!
• Even if she loses HP with her Elemental Skill, she ascends through HP and she can heal herself with her Elemental Burst.
