2022 is here and so are CoD: Vanguard weapons!

 

Ok, ok, ok… everybody calm down. Warzone Pacific 's here!! Yup, the wait is over and we can finally play the new Caldera map and try Vanguard weapons. Y’all know what that means: new loadouts, new bugs, new combinations, and new playstyles. Let’s get this started, shall we?

 

10. META?

Cooper Carbine is the new AR introduced with the new battle pass and it has one of the fastest TTk of all Vanguard weapons. It fires extremely fast, so keep an eye on your bullets now and then. To complement this fast and smooth AR, you’ll run the great MP40. Now, I’m not gonna lie, this SMG is a bit…weird. There are times where it slaps, but there are also a few occasions where it somehow just doesn’t hit as hard. Use at your own risk, but from my point of view: it’s a great option for close- to mid-ranges.

Great bullet velocity, controllable, fast TTK, and enough bullets? If that’s what you’re looking for, then this loadout is here for you. The NZ 41 is an amazing assault rifle with controllable recoil and great damage range, on the other hand, the PPSH is fast, snappy, and fires super fast. Do you feel like rushing your enemies? 8. STG + M1928 Thompson

The STG has been meta for a while now in Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer mode and it’s as overpowered in the Warzone. With almost no recoil and extremely good damage, this assault rifle is dominating Caldera. The Thompson on the other hand is a bit tricky, cause you gotta be pretty accurate for it to do its best. If you manage to do this…oof, it won’t let you down.

7. QUICKSCOPE

 

This one is for Kar98k lovers. It turns out that this version is actually extremely fast, snappy, and hits hard. This sniper rifle will help you cover your friends from afar, but if things get real up close: the Automaton is your way out. This assault rifle is also destroying enemies in the new Warzone Pacific; it’s got a great fire rate, almost no recoil, and an amazing time to kill. As you can see, you can run it as  sniper support or as the main AR, but in this case, we got the beautiful Kar so that won’t be necessary.

6. BAR + PPSH

“thIs GuN HAs SLoW fiRE RaTe” Right, but every single bullet hits like a truck! It is extremely controllable, easy to use and is undeniably good at long- and mid-ranges. It’s an assault rifle but kills as fast as an LMG. To compensate for the slow fire rate and movement the BAR may have, we’ll once again use the PPSH to rush enemy squads and destroy them in no time.

5. AUTOMATON + OWEN GUN

Do you need something competitive in the Warzone? Well, some of the best options right now are the Automaton and the Owen Gun. These weaponshave an excellent time to kill and they’re actually pretty controllable and smooth for new players too. Even if the Owen Gun has kind of a slow fire rate, it hits pretty hard for a submachine gun and as we mentioned before: the Automaton is just amazing!

4. XM4 + MAC 10 

Funny how these guns feel old now, huh? But, thanks to our great friend JGod, we can see that Vanguard weapons aren’t exactly super competitive against Cold War and Modern Warfare weapons. That doesn't necessarily mean they’re bad, but you can do better if you want to play normal Battle Royale and not Vanguard Royale. Having said that: our good old XM4 and the little titan: Mac 10.

3. C-58 + MP40

C-58 hasn’t been the best option in past seasons, because of its aggressive nerf after being extremely overpowered, but it’s actually back in Warzone Pacific. It’s not *the* gun, but because of the narrow options after the last weapon adjustments, you can make your enemies run away with this assault rifle. As we mentioned before, too: the MP40 is simply one of the best Vanguard options right now.
