Mirage is a legend that does well with high-damage guns per bullet as you can get a decent amount of damage off before your enemy realises which Mirage is the real one. This makes guns like the Flatline fantastic in his hands, as that initial burst damage from the gun should be enough to catch your enemy off guard.

The EVA-8 is also a fantastic gun for him for the same reason, as you can get a few good shots off from a safe distance and hopefully crack their shields. It also keeps you mobile whilst being able to put out a good amount of shots. Overall these two guns are great for his trickery playstyle, if it works on your enemies that is.

4. R-301 + Mastiff

Two consistent guns are the R-301 and the newly buffed Mastiff, which makes them fantastic for someone like Mirage. Mirage struggles as a legend as most players know how to deal with him nowadays. This means that you need to use consistent guns to get good damage out when your abilities work. 

Luckily enough, both the R-301 and Mastiff are great weapons with high damage, rewarding recoil patterns and are easy to kit out. Test them out on Mirage and you should have a good time.

The best loadout in the game right now is by far the Alternator and Peacekeeper combination. The Alternator is the best SMG in the game, boasting low recoil, amazing damage and a great magazine size. The Peacekeeper is a fantastic close-range beast; both guns now have access to the Disruptor Rounds Hop-Up.

Mirage is all about burst damage as you need to do as much damage as possible once you become visible. This makes both of these guns the perfect choice for him but they do take a while to get kitted out.

2. Wingman + R-99

Whilst this loadout is better on movement legends, it can do exceptionally well on a legend like Mirage. This is mainly due to his invisibility after reviving. This is Mirage’s main trick, as he can line up an easy shot which breaks his invisibility and deals insane damage to his enemies.

The wingman is the perfect gun for this, as with the Skull Piercer Hop-Up, you can almost one-shot some enemies. The R-99 on the other hand is another fantastic burst gun that works super well with Mirage trying to stay hidden for as long as possible.

Finally, we have the best loadout for Mirage, and it's a simple one. By now it's obvious that Mirage needs high-damage burst guns to deal as much damage before the enemy notices him. This is why his best loadout is the R-99 and Peacekeeper.

Both guns have already been spoken about in detail in this article, but in combination they are insane. They provide crazy burst damage from medium to close range and work extremely well with Mirage’s abilities. Try both of them out together for a crazy set-up that makes this legend viable most of the time.
