5. Hemlock // Mastiff // R-99

One of the best guns this season has to be the Hemlock. A gun that can deal great damage at all ranges, has little to no recoil and is pretty easy to kit out. Another is the Mastiff, one of the best close-ranged guns in the game with a small pellet spread.

These guns on any legend are fantastic, but Ballistic can bring them to another level.

Thanks to Ballistic’s tactical, he can stop enemies from shooting him for a short time. This is great when pushing fights or trying to finish off a kill as enemies won't be able to do anything. Ballistic also gets a third gun thanks to his passive and ultimate abilities, meaning something like the R-99 can be used as another secondary or be brought up to a fully golden monster.

4. R-301 // Peacekeeper // R-99

Another extremely well-rounded loadout for Ballistic is the R-301, Peacekeeper and R-99 combination. Not only are the R-301 and Peacekeeper a great combination thanks to their ease of use and amazing damage output, but combined with the R-99 you have another spray gun to swap to if you need it.

The R-99 being used in Ballistic’s Ultimate means you also don't need to worry about Ammo for it when using the R-301 as they both use light. Ballistic’s ultimate gives you infinite ammo and a faster reload speed, turning all of his guns into insane damage dealers. Combine these guns with his tactical as well for an easy time killing some tricky enemies.

3. Wingman // Mastiff // R-99

Ballistic wants to be up in the face of his enemies, swapping between extremely powerful guns whilst also stopping them from shooting him. That's why guns like the Mastiff and then the R-99 in his sling work so well, but what about the Wingman?

The Wingman is a pretty hard gun to use, but with a legend like Ballistic, it's easier to use. Not only could you throw it into your sling for the Skull Piercer attachment, but its reload speed is null and void whilst playing Ballistic thanks to his ultimate buff.

The problem with the Wingman is it can't cover closer ranges in unskilled players' hands, but with Ballistic you don't have that problem as you have two other guns for that type of fight.

• The Wingman can be swapped out for the R-99 in your sling if you want as both guns are okay without attachments but are insane with them. Choose wisely depending on your situation. Also, have backpack slots to keep your attachments for either gun if you end up swapping one out for the other.
• Having Ballistic’s third gun being able to turn into a fully golden version just makes this set-up even better than ever.

2. R-99 // Peacekeeper // Havoc

Both the R-99 and Peacekeeper have had their praises so far in this list, but the Havoc is a sleeper pick in the community right now so let's talk about it. This gun is fantastic with any legend right now, but Ballistic makes it way easier to bring out that demon inside of this energy Assault Rifle.

Placing the Havoc into your Sling and using your ultimate ability takes this gun to another level. Not only does this thing get infinite ammo, quick reloads and fully golden attachments, but you also gain access to the Turbo Charger Hop-Up for free.

This is what makes the Havoc a beast in combat, and Ballistic doesn't even need to look for it. 

It's a free buff for the duration of his ultimate, making it one of the best guns in his sling and making this loadout even better than before.

1.Alternator // Peacekeeper // Hemlock

Finally, the best loadout in the game is up next, but Ballistic gets something special on top. The praises for the Alternator and Peacekeeper loadout are everywhere in season 18 as it's the best combination for most legends.

The ease of use of the Alternator combined with the high damage of the Peacekeeper makes this combination insane to use. You can also get the Disruptor Rounds for both guns to make them even better.

Playing Ballistic however means you have access to another gun, so why not use the Hemlock in your slot or your main loadout? Thanks to Ballistic’s Ultimate, you can put any of these guns in your sling for a fully golden version, lightning-quick reloads and infinite ammo.

The Hemlock is the best option for this loadout in terms of your sling though, as you get access to the Boosted Loader Hop-Up, meaning you can get even quicker reloads and a larger magazine. These three guns just work so well together, it's amazing.

• This loadout has all ranges covered, meaning you should never feel out of place in any sort of team fight as you can always be doing something.
• Having a fully golden Hemlock or Alternator is extremely fun and should make you a force to be reckoned with thanks to that tactical in your pocket as well.
• Finally, Ballistic can use these guns to their potential thanks to having at least one free Hop-Up at all times in his ultimate ability.
