5. Spitfire // Mastiff

When it comes down to playing Ash, one thing you need to keep in mind is the ease of use of her weapon choices. Ash has a lot going on in her kit, so using easy weapons makes using her abilities way simpler. This is especially true when pushing a fight with her portal, you just want to pop out and spray as many bullets as possible.

This is where the Spitfire comes into play with Ash, especially after its buffs in season 18. Ash can come out of her portal and stun an enemy with her tactical, making it even easier for her to spray and pray with this insane LMG.

The mastiff is here for an easy-to-use and simple shotgun that can get some reliable damage out.  Ash loves these two guns, and in combination with her abilities, it makes her a force to be reckoned with.

• The Spitfire has what feels like infinite ammo in its magazine with low recoil and great damage, making it easy to use.
• Pair this with Ash’s portal and you can push enemies and just spray them down.
• The mastiff is great for follow-up damage or pushing an enemy thanks to its low spread, high damage and fluid movement speed.

4. Wingman // Peacekeeper

As always, the Wingman and Peacekeeper combination is one of the best on any legend, but it gets even more use on a legend like Ash. Thanks to a combination of Ash’s slim frame and abilities, she can make use of this iconic set of guns.

Ash’s tactical allows her to keep enemies caught in her tether in place, and her ultimate lets her teleport to another location in sight. These two abilities have two things in common, being able to suit burst damage very well. Both the Wingman and Peacekeeper have insane time to kill and can do so in a few shots.

This makes both of these guns perfect for her kit as she can pop out, keep someone in place or teleport, and then deal insane damage in a short amount of time.

• The Wingman is fantastic at longer ranges and medium, whilst the PK can destroy in medium and close.
• Finally, these two guns suit Ash’s ultimate perfectly as you can appear out of nowhere and knock someone extremely quickly with these two guns in hand.

3. Mastiff // Hemlock

Since the Hemlock just left the Care Package, people are finally seeing how amazing of a gun it truly is. Even after some small changes in season 18, the Hemlock is a beastly gun that can destroy enemies from range. Ash wants to crack enemies, and then push them with her ultimate and tactical combination, which is why these two guns suit her perfectly.

You can use the insane damage of the Hemlock to crack someone or nearly kill them, then ult towards them, using the Mastiff to finish them off. It's such a great combination that barely anyone uses, so check it out.

• The Hemlock has extremely low recoil with insane burst damage, making it amazing for longer-range battles.
• The boosted loader makes the Hemlock even better thanks to its quick reload and bigger magazine.
• Use these two guns to close the gap on your enemies whilst also dealing them insane damage.

2. R-99 // Hemlock

The better version of the previous combination has to be the R-99 combined with the Hemlock. There isn't much else to say about the Hemlock, but the R-99 instead of the Mastiff is a different story. Whilst the Mastiff is still great at closer-range fights, nothing beats the R-99 even after it's most recent nerfs.

This gun is just insane at close range, allowing you to take down enemies with ease. Instead of pushing with a Mastiff, use the R-99 if you can beam enemies after landing on them with Ash’s ultimate. You can also use the tactical to ensure enemies won't get away from your wrath.

What the R-99 // Hemlock Loadout Excels In:

• The Hemlock is your long-range weapon, whilst the R-99 covers those close-range battles with ease.
• Use the R-99 at medium range for surprising damage
• Finally, these two guns work perfectly with Ash’s ultimate as you can teleport onto enemies after damaging them, then take them out with the R-99.

1. Nemesis // R-99

Finally, the best combination for Ash in Apex Legends has to be the Nemesis R-99 combination. The praises for the R-99 have already been established, but the Nemesis is quite different. Currently, the Nemesis isn't used all too much in the game as it is now locked to the crafter. No longer does the Nemesis spawn on the floor, meaning people just don't use it.

The thing is, the gun is still fantastic, and arguably better than the Hemlock in the right hands. Use this gun in the same way as the Hemlock, but you can also get away with using it at closer ranges for insane damage.

What the Nemesis // R-99 Loadout Excels In:

• The Nemesis is an insane gun at all ranges, especially once you get a purple magazine on it.
• Use the R-99 to clean up kills in this loadout, as the Nemesis is an all-around beast.
• Finally, use this with Ash’s abilities for optimum use. Allowing the player to push fights with ease, get away quickly or trap enemies for easy kills.
