In 2020, PUBG Mobile experienced its biggest year ever. It earned more than $2.7 billion, making it the highest-grossing mobile game of the year. With the conclusion of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2020, the year for esports in the tournament also concluded on a triumphant note.

The PMCO Spring tournament will kick off the PUBG Mobile Esports circuit in 2021. In 2021, the total prize pool will be $14 million, an increase of $13 million from the previous year.

Prize money for this online tournament totaled $425,000. Winners are the Bigetron RA team. The Indian team Orange Rock finished in second place at the PUBG Mobile Global Championships, the best finish ever by an Indian team at the event.
