Level up reloaded is a mod that is a must-have for any RPG Minecraft experience, adding a system that progresses a player’s character throughout the game and finally giving a purpose to XP other than the enchantment table.

I was astounded by the fantastic structures, and unique buildings when I stepped into my overworld. Recurrent complex adds a multitude of unique structures that generate a feeling of adventure into a world that would otherwise feel bland. It even implements scores of dungeons that allow any gamer to experience what it would be like as an adventurer traveling the wilderness.

7. Atum 2

Atum 2 is an outstanding mod for those who love sand themed adventures and want to submerge themselves into a roleplaying experience that brings them close to Indiana Jones. Dropped into a dimension blanketed in sand, brimming with desert themed biomes, a wealth of new mobs, and a unique but challenging boss, I could barely contain my excitement.

6. Betweenlands

The Betweenlands gave me a fully immersive experience with lore to go along and a soundtrack that made me feel like an adventurer trudging through a marshland dimension. The mod offered a challenging environment with a unique miniboss that has no equal.

5. Astral Sorcery

Astral sorcery left me speechless with its incredible complexity and the seemingly endless possibilities, feeling akin to a mod developed by a team with mastery in roleplay. It created an experience akin to Skyrim with a leveling system that was charming and worth the effort. Astral Sorcery allows one to channel the power of the stars, level up, and become a sorcerer of astronomical proportions.
