Top 5 Best Fortnite Battle Royale Skins According To Players

Fortnite Battle Royale Legendary Skin Raven
The Raven skin? Yes please, take our money!

Fornite Battle Royale has grown immensely in popularity since its release in late 2017. Nearly one third of PC gamers play some type of battle royale game with Fortnite ranking at the top of their playlist. One of Fortnite’s biggest draws (and money makers) is the ability to change you look with different skins and cosmetics. Players have to stay on top of their item shop though, since skins rotate daily and many are only available for specific events and holidays. Here’s a look at the top 5 best Fornite Battle Royale skins.

5. Crackshot
Rarity: Legendary
Cost: 2000 V-Bucks ($20)

Nutcrackers are creepy looking enough. But Nutcrackers running around wielding axes, bombs, and guns is downright terrifying. Kicking off our list is Crackshot, Fortnite’s holiday themed skin. The downside to Crackshot? Your head is absolutely gigantic, making it easier for enemies to snipe you across the map or take you out quickly with a shotgun at close range.

4. Wukong
Rarity: Legendary
Cost: 2000 V-Bucks ($20)

In celebration of Chinese New Year this February, Epic Games released the legendary skin Wukong. Otherwise known as the Monkey King, Sun Wukong possesses amazing strength and can defeat even the toughest of warriors. Decked out in gold trim with the option to add a Dragon Axe to match, Wukong is definitely an intimidating sight to see in game.

3. Cuddle Team Leader
Rarity: Legendary
Cost: 2000 V-Bucks ($20)

Released for Valentine's Day, this pink bear is almost cute if not for the deranged look in its eyes. Cuddle Team Leader looks like a Care Bear that's turned to the dark side, ready to kill at any given moment. Many players missed out on their chance to get the limited time offered skin and posted on Epic's message boards and Reddit hoping for its return. Unfortunately, it seems like the wait isn't over yet with no plans by Epic to bring it back to the Item Shop anytime soon.

2. The Reaper aka John Wick
Rarity: Legendary
Cost: Reach Battle Pass Tier 100

Up until this month, The Reaper skin was the most coveted in Fortnite Battle Royale but more on which skin dethroned it in a minute. This hard to come by outfit has a reputation of only being used by the best in the game. It's become the subject of countless memes and developed the nickname John Wick for its striking resemblance to the 2014 movie character played by Keanu Reeves. Whenever you run into a John Wick Reaper skin in game, show some respect. They’ve earned it.

1. Raven
Rarity: Legendary
Cost: 2000 V-Bucks ($20)

The Raven skin was so popular when it was released last week that it nearly broke Fortnite altogether. "We are aware of some players having issues when purchasing V-Bucks," Epic tweeted shortly after dropping the new skin. "We are checking into it." Players couldn't throw down $20 fast enough to pick up this dark, powerful, and Edgar Allen Poe inspired outfit. In fact, the trend caught on so fast that there seem to be Ravens everywhere you turn. As Reddit user Juniora4 summarized, "I bought it and joined a game 10 seconds after it was released and there was like 6 people next to me using it."
