1. Beatrix (S Tier Marksman)

The one with versatile weapons.

Beatrix is that hero in Mobile Legends that possesses extreme uniqueness when it comes to her skill sets. Her variety of weapons allows her to have unpredictable gameplays. She is considered the first hero in Mobile Legends to be allowed to swap between different weapons in-game.

As a marksman, her damage is truly above others. She has very high damage output, especially in the late game, which is why she has strong carry potential. Once you equip her with the necessary items, she can easily annihilate targets up close or from a distance!

Beatrix Strengths:

• She is a manaless marksman, so there is no need for frequent recalls.
• She has high lifesteal abilities, so she no longer needs to go back to the base just to restore her HP.
• She is strong both in the early and latter part of the game, allowing her to become a good carry potential.

 

2. Mathilda (S Tier Support)

Best of both worlds.

Mathilda’s main damage is in her first skill only. However, her ultimate attack deals such a huge advantage to her allies, which is why she is a favorite in every professional league. Use Mathilda’s ultimate to increase the stacks of her first skill so that she can deal the maximum amount of damage and push back enemies.

Always remember that Mathilda is very strong against most meta heroes now, such as Esmeralda and Brody. Try to go in the mid-lane during the early part of the game so that Mathilda can rotate faster in the bot or top lane.

Mathilda Strengths:

• She can generate a shield for her allied heroes and can even increase a specific ally’s movement speed.
• She has an innate skill that makes her invincible, which is useful during team fights
• She is a support with huge output damage.

 

3. Ling (S Tier Assassin)

The wall walker!

Ling is such a household name n Mobile Legends. Any assassin player will always rely on him every once in a while. Ling’s popularity is due to his superb skill that allows him to leap from wall to wall. This mobility is very useful since this makes it easier for him to travel around the map and escape from incoming enemies.

The great thing about Ling is that instead of using a mana, he uses Lightness Points which serve as his energy. He can gain Lightness Points every time he rests on walls or attacks enemies. So every time Ling attempts to escape using his unique skill, he is also getting more energy!

Ling Strengths:

• He has very high mobility, which is a good characteristic against meta core heroes.
• His passive offers him an increase in crit chance.
• Because he already has innate fast movement speed, players can opt not to buy him boots, which paves way for more damage items.

 

4. Granger (S Tier Marksman)

Deadly killer.

Although Granger has already been in the Land of Dawn for quite some time now, he still remains to be on top. Granger is one of those few marksman heroes who can literally do it all alone. He has a huge early-game advantage, which is why he can farm and level up faster.

The best way to play Granger is to start with his ultimate first, which is for long-range attacks. When you have already disrupted the enemy formation, you can cast your second skill to get closer and finish it with your first skill. 

Granger Strengths:

• He has very high burst damage, which is why he can easily tear into half the HP of an enemy.
• He can deal huge damage even from a distance, almost as if artillery.
• He deals a great amount of area of effect damage, which is effective in team fighting.

 

5. Esmeralda (S Tier Fighter)

The Queen of Shields.

Esmeralda is known for being a shield generator. Her second skill helps Esmeralda turn her magic power into a shield and increase her movement speed. All of these while she also slowly transforms the shields of her nearby enemies into her own! Her skills are just so amazing that anyone who fights against her has to decode how to protect themselves against Esmeralda without using a shield.

Esmeralda Strengths:

• She is strong against heroes who rely on shield-generating items for durability, such as Aldous and Leomord.
• She deals physical and magic damage, making it difficult for enemies to counter her in the latter part of the game.
• She is perfect for winning sustained fights since she can easily ignore shields and drain down enemies with her passive.

 

6. Paquito (S Tier Fighter)

One punch is all it takes.

Paquito’s popularity is almost like how Chou was recognized by most players during his glorious days. Paquito is a hero who does not only punch with a huge amount of damage but can also increase his movement speed. This allows Paquito to hunt down enemies wherever they are on the map.

Although he is very strong in the early game, a skilled assassin may still be able to knock him down. Paquito just has to be wise in his placements and dashes in order not to get too aggressive.

Paquito Strengths:

• With his high mobility, he can move freely around the map and scare squishy enemies.
• His skills have a fast cooldown, allowing him to harass enemies in the early game.
• He has a huge amount of burst damage, enabling him to kill enemies instantly in one shot.

 

7. Aamon (S Tier Assassin)

Did you know he was named after a demon?

Aamon’s passive skill is what makes him a strong hero in the current meta. His passive grants him an invisible armor. When this is activated, Aamon enters a camouflaged state every time he attacks an enemy with his skill. During this time, he will not be targeted and will even increase his movement speed. 

Since Aamon has mixed damage, his basic attacks are already deadly against enemies. Players may opt to use Aamon’s first and second skills in order to lure enemies. He can then unleash his ultimate after that for a brilliant assassin kill!

Aamon Strengths:

• He provides invisibility, high-damaging attacks, and mobility.
• He is good at escaping because of his passive.
• His mixed damage-dealing abilities allow him to deal with much stronger attacks than others.

 

8. Alice (S Tier Mage)

The timeless goddess.

Alice was actually out of the meta already. Not until she received a very damaging adjustment, allowing her to cast her ultimate in a long period of time!

It is fundamental that you practice how to aim her first skill since this is perfect for poking and escaping. You can also cast it in any other direction to provide vision and avoid getting ganked. During team fights, always remember that the more enemies present, the deadlier her ultimate is. So always position Alice near as many enemies as possible. Since her ultimate no longer has a cooldown, ensure a high amount of mana for a destructive kill.

Alice Strengths:

• She is a mage who can also serve as a tank.
• She is a good initiator and can easily harass enemies because of her escape mechanism.
• She has a decent amount of sustained damage.

 

9. Natan (S Tier Marksman)

The art in killing.

Natan is best used as a marksman hero, so better take the gold lane when playing him. As the gold laner, it is a must that you farm as much as you can in order to take advantage of the enemy. Natan’s skills are also best at poking enemies, so you will not have a hard time harassing them. Just be sure not to get stunned by enemies since this is Natan’s weakness.

Natan Strengths:

• Natan has a high attack speed, which is a good characteristic for a marksman.
• He is powerful in the late game, especially after equipping damage items.
• He can cast a clone that attacks and moves the same way as him but in reverse.

 

10. Khufra (S Tier Tank)

Be careful. Don't get too close to him!

Khufra is a great frontliner that can stop the enemy team’s mobility. He is also great at initiating fights and forcing enemies to target him while his allies safely hit enemies from the back. Because he is durable, Khufra can safely move around the map during the early part of the game. This allows him to assist teammates in farming and can follow up with damage.

During team fights, Khufra is undoubtedly a great leader. He can easily disrupt the enemy team using his skills and lock them in one place.

Khufra Strengths:

• He is very mobile for a tank.
• He is a great counter against agile core heroes like Gusion and Lancelot.
• He can also contribute in aggressive gameplays and not just in defense.

 

11. Tigreal (S Tier Tank)

The OG Tank.

When you were still a beginner, one of the first heroes you use is Tigreal. Tigreal is a tank that is very smooth to use. His skills are also not that hard to learn. Although he comes off as a basic hero, Tigreal is in the meta now. 

Tigreal’s ability to pull surrounding enemies to himself and drag them in any direction is something that remains deadly. Unless you activate your Purify spell, you can never escape once Tigreal has already cast his ultimate upon you.

Tigreal Strengths:

• Tigreal is one of the easiest tanks to master in Mobile Legends.
• He is great at zoning off enemies.
• He has a lot of crowd control abilities.

 

12. Chou (A Tier Fighter)

You're just a kick away!

Chou is one of the best fighters in the Land of Dawn. Although he is versatile and can be used as a tank, he performs excellently when used as a fighter.

Early into the game, ensure that Chou avoids unnecessary flights. He must first feed himself with buffs from jungle monsters in order to build up his energy. When he reaches level 4, that is the best time to start poking at enemy heroes. He can dash toward a target and then kick them in any direction. If performed correctly, this combo is detrimental, especially in the late game.

Chou Strengths:

• He has high burst damage.
• He provides great crowd control skills, which is a good assist for tank teammates.
• He is great at pushing.

 

13. Lancelot (A Tier Assassin)

Unstoppable assassin.

Lancelot is a good assassin hero. He is still famous nowadays. However, due to the increasing number of heroes who have insane crowd control damage, he often gets suppressed. 

Lancelot is known for being a lane bully, which is why he often dominates the top and bottom lanes. As much as possible, try to harass enemies in order to scare them and make them intimidated. During team fights, you may also choose to stay behind and spam your Thorned Rose skill. Nonetheless, Lancelot is a hero who has a very high potential to dominate a game.

Lancelot Strengths:

• His passive allows him to increase his basic attack damage every time he dashes.
• He is a very quick and agile hero.
• He has high carry potential and can win in 1 vs 5 situations.

14. Selena (A Tier Assassin)

Introl Queen.

Have you heard the term, “Best in intro?” Well, that’s what people used to call Selena. Selena is very great at the early game that nobody can ever top her during the first few minutes of the game. Her abilities are just too aggressive that she can immediately steal jungle monsters and poke enemy heroes from a distance.

Just understand that Selena’s melee attack is more dangerous if the opponent has already been hit by her Abyssal Mark. So always try to experiment with what combo works for you with this given information.

Selena Strengths:

• She is deadly in the early game.
• She can easily set traps around the map and lure enemies.
• She has a long-range stun skill.

 

15. Sun (A Tier Fighter)

Just let him be, and he will do the rest!

Sun’s ability to multiply makes him a deadly foe. This skill makes him a great choice for top or bottom lanes since he can easily outnumber an enemy. Not only that, but Sun is also reliable in pushing. So if your team’s objective is to focus on knocking down towers instead of enemies, then Sun is a great choice.

Sun Strengths:

• He can be a great distraction against the enemy team.
• He can easily corner a single target.
• He has high mobility and can easily tear down turrets.

 

16. Roger (A Tier Fighter)

Two-faced monster!

Roger has been popular in the previous meta. Although players have begun to decipher how to tame him, he still remains a good pick, especially when paired with a good tank and support. To use Roger, always be observant. See to it that enemies have already cast their crowd control effects before you jump into team fights. 

One of the famous combos that professional players use when playing him is to cast his ultimate first in order to turn into a wolf. After that, he can cast his second skill, followed by his first skill. His first skill is best used when the target’s HP is low. If you want to jump unto an enemy and deal damage, you can then transform him back to his human form. 

Roger Strengths:

• He is great at rotating and ganking.
• He can easily chase down enemies because of his mobility.
• He can vary his attacks from close to long-range.

 

17. Yve (A Tier Mage)

Just when you think you can get away with her, she can always cast her ultimate.

Yve is very strong against heroes in the lower tiers, especially those that lack mobility. Her ultimate can be cast in a very wide area where your HP is probably already hanging by a thread before you even move out of the zone!

If you like heroes like Pharsa, then you must definitely like Yve.  

Yve Strengths:

• She has a wide range of attacks.
• She can deal damage to a huge portion of the map, a great area of effect damage dealer.
• She has the innate ability to be immune to enemy attacks.

 

18. Valentina (A Tier Mage)

Doppelganger!

Valentina lives up to her dangerous name. She is indeed frightening and a very challenging hero to fight against. One thing that makes her a force to be reckoned with is her skill to copy the enemy’s ultimate skills. This allows her to avoid enemies from getting the upper hand because of the nature of her skills.

Although she bears very deadly capabilities, Valentina is still vulnerable against heroes in the higher tiers. Since she is a mage hero, she can be squishy and struggles in the early game. That is why she is often the ultimate target of enemy heroes.

Valentina Strengths:

• She can copy the enemy’s ultimate.
• She can easily change her attacks from time to time, enabling her to be unpredictable.
• She can reduce the cooldown of her skills.

 

19. Jawhead (A Tier Fighter)

Throw it back!

Jawhead is known for getting solo kills. Since he is an independent hero, you can easily harass enemies with Jawhead’s first skill. Then, do not forget to cast his basic attacks too in order to deal more damage. 

With Jawhead, you can use Flicker or his second skill to gank and surprise enemies. Moreover, you can also use his second skill to save teammates and throw them toward a safer area. In using Jawhead, you can utilize him as a fighter or a support, depending on your team’s lineup.

Jawhead Strengths:

• He is very durable and can pass off as a tank.
• He has good crowd control abilities, which is perfect during team fights.
• He has great mobility, allowing him to assist teammates quickly.

 

20. Grock (A Tier Tank)

Don't ever let him get close to you... especially when you're hiding near a wall.

Grock is very advantageous and quite deadly as a tank. His unique skill is his ability to take advantage of walls and turrets. Whenever he is near one, Grock increases his movement speed. Staying near a wall can also grant him immunity against crowd control skills from enemies. This gift makes Grock the perfect choice against enemies who utilize walls when escaping, such as Ling or Fanny.

Grock Strengths:

• He deals a great amount of damage for a tank.
• He has an early-game advantage.
• He can easily invade buffs because of his mobility.

 

21. Hylos (A Tier Tank)

A tank that can heal? Really?!

Hylos is indeed very durable, but he lacks the ability to kill enemies and deal the final blow. That is why he would need perfect teammates to assist him and provide damage for his attacks. Since he is the one who provides defense, his teammates can focus on securing their offense.

Fortunately, Hylos can also heal himself. This allows him to stay longer on the battlefield and to protect teammates from incoming danger.

Hylos Strengths:

• He has extreme durability.
• He can easily single out enemy backliners, allowing allies to target them easily.
• He can tank and heal simultaneously.

 

22. Atlas (A Tier Tank)

Gather enemies around!

To strategically play Atlas, always roam to other lanes. You can also activate his second skill whenever you try to approach enemies. With his ultimate, Atlas can easily slam enemies down and isolate them from their teammates.

With Atlas’ combo, he really needs a teammate who can support the defense he is giving. A good damage dealer is a perfect partner in order to make his sets useful. Once Atlas has pooled enemies in one place, allies can immediately attack and finishes them off.

Atlas Strengths:

• He has fast skills cooldown.
• He has an insane crowd control ultimate.
• He is very useful during team fights where enemies are circling around one area.
