Fighters are an essential piece to create a balanced team in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

Fighters can often turn the tides of the match and allow you to claim victory even when you think all hope is lost! This Top 10 list will show you the best fighters in MLBB in the current update so that you can have a higher chance of winning every match!

This list has had slight changes compared to the previous one released in September 2021. Stay up to date with the best fighters in this list below!

10. Aldous

Aldous (Fighter)

Aldous is a fighter that is well-known for his capabilities in the late game. Because of his ability to permanently raise his attack power through his stacks, he is able to kill squishy heroes with one hit during the late game. He is a fierce fighter that can snowball into a huge threat.

His kit allows him to increase his Physical Attack with how often he casts his first skill—killing a hero with this skill increases his stacks even more. His ultimate allows him to travel anywhere around the map by locking onto an enemy hero. This allows him to chase enemies that are retreating after a team fight.

What makes Aldous great?

  • High Damage
  • High Sustain
  • Great chasing capabilities

9. Roger

Roger (Fighter/Marksman)

Roger is a versatile Fighter/Marksman who can transform into two forms. His two abilities are the Human Form where his attacks are long-range and the Wolf Form for melee attacks. He is usually used as a jungler as he can deal massive amounts of damage while also having very high mobility.

His kit allows him to attack enemies very quickly because of his skills buff his attack speed and movement speed, depending on which form he takes. He is also able to slow enemies when attacking in Human Form and deal extra damage when attacking in Wolf Form. Roger is picked very frequently because of how effective he is as a jungler.

What makes Roger great?

  • High Mobility
  • High Damage
  • High Attack Speed
  • Effective Jungler

8. Aulus

Aulus (Fighter)

Aulus is a fairly new fighter that was released in August 2021. He is a fierce fighter who also shines in the late game. His passive allows him to gain Physical Attack, Physical Penetration, and Movement Speed every time he hits a basic attack—capped at 4 stacks. This is the same passive as the War Axe item (as this is the axe that Aulus uses in particular) that has risen in the meta physical builds ever since it was released.

Like most fighters, Aulus specializes in melee attacks with enough sustain to keep him in the battlefield. However, what makes Aulus stand out is how he can brandish his axe and improve his stats every time he upgrades his ultimate ability. This makes Aulus a huge threat in the late game when his axe is maxed out.

What makes Aulus great?

  • High Mobility
  • High Damage and CC
  • Self-buffing capabilities

7. Chou

Chou (Fighter)

Chou is a very versatile fighter who can take up the defensive role of a tank, the offensive role of a jungler, and a balance between the two in defending the Exp Lane. He is great at chasing and finishing enemies who are trying to get away because of how high his mobility is. He is also very durable and is hard to defeat in 1-v-1 fights.

His kit enables his movement to be very unpredictable and it is quite hard to catch him while he is moving. This is also because he has CC immunity when he uses his dash skill. He deals a lot of damage to a single target and can eliminate them if his combo lands successfully. He is a feared hero and has consistently been at the top.

What makes Chou great?

  • High Mobility
  • High Damage and CC
  • High Durability

6. Jawhead

Jawhead (Fighter)

Jawhead has been also very versatile in the meta. Jawhead can take charge of the Exp Lane and can also take up the role of an Initiator/Tank. He takes up the frontlines during teamfights as he is very durable and because his kit allows him to throw enemies towards his team.

His abilities make him a great initiator as his ultimate ability allows him to lock on to a target and then rush to them. He can then throw this enemy towards his team enabling them to get the kill. He is great at chasing because of a skill that increases his movement speed boost.

What makes Jawhead great?

  • High Damage
  • High Durability
  • High Mobility
  • Great Initiator

5. Ruby

Ruby (Fighter/Tank)

Ruby is a Fighter/Tank who specializes in crowd control and sustain. Ruby also gains Physical and Magic Defense, through her passive, after casting skills. Her kit allows her to engage in team fights while being able to stay in them for an extended period of time because of her lifesteal.

Ruby’s skills revolve around her scythe which she uses to pull enemies to stun and slow them. This disrupts the enemy team’s formation and Ruby is able to attack multiple enemies at a time—encouraging her health bar to refill faster with more damage that is inflicted.

What makes Ruby great?

  • High Damage and CC
  • High Sustain

4. X.Borg

X.Borg (Fighter)

X.Borg’s HP bar is divided into two: half is for his armor and the other half is for his actual HP. When his armor is active, X.Borg deals extra damage and is able to use his Ultimate ability which charges him forward before dealing a huge explosion inflicting a burst of damage to the enemies.

What makes X.Borg great?

  • High Damage
  • High Durability
  • Can deal damage to multiple enemies at a time

3. Barats

Barats (Tank/Fighter)

Barats is a Ttank/Fighter that is mostly used as a jungler in the current meta. Barats is a very effective jungler because of his passive which allows him to gain Physical and Magic Defense after dealing damage with skills. After 16 stacks of his passive, his basic attack will be enhanced, having higher Physical attack as well as the ability to slow enemies.

Barats grows in size in proportion to the number of stacks he has. His stacks also enhance his skills—allowing him to be very aggressive while also maintaining very high defense and crowd control abilities. It is not so much that Barats can eliminate an enemy quickly—but how it is often pointless to go up against him in a 1-v-1 situation.

What makes Barats great?

  • High Damage and CC
  • High Defense
  • Effective Jungler

2. Phoveus

Phoveus (Fighter)

Phoveus is a powerful fighter who is used as a counter pick for heroes with Dash or Blink skills. He is usually in charge of defending the Exp Lane. He is quite unique because of his ultimate ability which allows him to chase enemies who are using dash or blink skills by jumping to them and causing damage upon impact.

His kit allows him to deal a lot of damage as his first skill damage spreads out if other enemies come in contact to it. When using his ultimate ability, he can jump to a target who is escaping and can finish them within seconds. The cooldown of his skills also gets lowered when an enemy blinks or dashes near him. Therefore, Phoveus is a great counter to the high mobility heroes of the meta.

What makes Phoveus great?

  • High Damage
  • High Sustain
  • Low Skill Cooldown
  • Great chasing capabilities
  • Can deal damage to multiple enemies at a time

His enhanced skills allow Paquito to deal more damage and lower the cooldown of his skills. Because of these, Paquito is a highly feared opponent, especially in 1-v-1 situations.
