What are CEO offices?

Ceo Offices in GTA Online are custom-made buildings that players can use to perform a variety of legal and illegal activities with some special perks sprinkled in, perks that positively change player experience. One such perk is the ability to insta spawn vehicles (Buzzard helicopter) next to your character while another perk, the most beloved of perks, grant players the off the radar feature for 3 minutes, this prevents player icons from appearing on another player's map.

4. Arcadius Business Center (Ok)

What is it

The Arcadius Business Center office is the first CEO Office on this list and also one of the first ever businesses GTA Online players can use to stock up on various products that can be sold for a profit at the Cargo/Vehicle warehouse owned, however all businesses in GTA require an initial set-up mission specific to the type of business purchased, players will need to drive to a specific location and complete the mission given. Once completed, players will now be able to start managing the office and all its illegal features.

Why it's good or bad

The cost of this office starts off at $2,250,000 and since there are no bonus features based on the cost spent, it will be up to the players to decide if the location is worth the price tag.

Pros:

• Located in the center of the main city so source missions won’t be too difficult as all other major highways are close.
• Access to cover is always available in case of assaults from other players.
• Not many players own this CEO Office due to its location to major buildings..

Cons:

• Located in the main city, meaning there will always be a player close by that can potentially destroy your personal vehicle.
• The main building's entrance is very close to an active PvP zone which will make entering and exiting the office challenging at times.
• Located next to the most popular mod shop so it’s guaranteed that other players will be around this area potentially causing conflict.

3. Lombank West (Good)

What is it

The Lombank West office is another CEO Office on this list and because of its prime location, players will have an easier time stocking up on vehicle/warehouse cargo that they can then sell for major profit. Like all other money making businesses, players will be required to complete another set-up mission. The Lombank West Office due to its location in Los Santos is a solid purchase for most veteran players.   

Why it's good or bad

The cost of this office starts off at $3,100,000 and since there are no bonus features based on the cost spent, it will be up to the players to decide if the location is worth the price tag.

Pros:

• Located in the main city so launching missions won’t be too challenging as all major highways are close by.
• Access to cover is always available in case of assaults from other players.
• Not many players own this CEO Office due to its location.

Cons:

• Located in the main city, meaning there will always be a player close by that can potentially destroy your personal vehicle.
• Players will notice your custom vehicle as they don’t spawn in that area even when the custom vehicle has minimum visual cosmetics. 
• Located around other businesses so other players might get defensive when entering or exiting this zone.

2. Maze Bank West (Excellent)

What is it

The Maze Bank West Office is the second CEO Office on this list in which players can partake in various activities. One such activity is the ability to store personal vehicles in a high-rise garage that has multiple floors that can fit up to 20 cars, players that buy all garage extensions can store up to 60 cars. The Maze Bank West is in the northwestern section of the main city making it an ideal pickup for players looking to lower combat encounters from other players.

Why it's good or bad

The cost of this lockup starts off at $1,000,000 or for free with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. No current CEO office has more features than another, making it completely up to the player's decision whether the location is worth the price tag.

Pros:

• Located in the outer area of the main city so exiting the office for missions won’t be too challenging for new players looking to avoid griefers (Mk2).
• Access to the main highway so getting to the mission area in slower vehicles won’t be too bad to drive with.
• Not many Next gen players own this lockup due to its location, so competition will oftentimes be quite low.

Cons:

• Located in the main city, meaning there will always be players driving up and down, potentially setting a huge target on your mission vehicles.
• Players will notice when any delivery vehicle comes into the area (even when off radar) as they will never spawn in this area from a npc.
• Located around other CEO businesses so other players will surely get defensive when entering or exiting this area.

1. Maze Bank Tower (Best)

What is it

The Maze Bank Tower is the final CEO Office on this list and is without question the best Office players can purchase today. The Maze Bank Tower is in the center of Los Santos and can be found next to multiple government buildings which makes it the ideal pick for Veteran players that regularly do missions in the surrounding area (Cayo Perico).

Why it's good or bad

The cost of this Office will be the most expensive to buy at base coming in at $4,000,000. Outside the spectacular view from the roof, this office provides no additional features as all offices are the same from a money-making perspective. This Office, however, remains arguably the best choice for veteran players who actively do the Cayo Perico Heist, in particular the heist setup mission that requires entering one the surrounding high rise to collect weapons.

Pros:

• The best and highest view players can access from any of the personally owned buildings out.
• Access to all major highways allows for personal vehicles to reach all destinations on the map with little route deviations.
• Multiple points of entry and exit so it will be quite difficult for players to get caught off guard.

Cons:

• Most used CEO Office in GTA Online.
• Aerial Combat will take players out quite readily if you are a new/returning player.
• Located around all other businesses in the game so other players will get defensive when entering or exiting the area.
