[Top 3] Genshin Impact Best Qiqi Builds That Wreck Hard!

Qiqi with and her little friends

Qiqi is a character that has been in the game since its start. But that doesn’t mean people won’t use it anymore. Why aren’t people tired of her, you asked? The answer is simple: she’s an amazing character.

In this guide, we will explain to you the 3 top ways to build her. This way, you’ll understand just how versatile and powerful she is. Moreover, isn’t she cute? This little zombie will steal your heart, I’m sure.

3. DPS Build: Gladiator Set

Although Qiqi was supposed to be a healer character at first, we find ourselves in the same situation as with Jean. Her healing scales from her Attack. So if you want more healing, you need to give her more attack.

Then, if we are building her with ATK, why don't we make her a DPS? Here’s where the Gladiator Set shines. Not only does it increase her ATK, thus healing and damage, but it increases the damage of her normal attacks as well. In the video, you can see just how powerful this build makes her.

What This Build Excels In:

  • 1. DPS: As said before this set mainly increases her ATK and normal attacks damage, so her DPS skyrockets compared to other sets.
  • 2. Healing: Her healing scales from her ATK, so it increases together with her DPS. However, as she doesn’t have a healing bonus or energy recharge, it will heal a bit less than with other builds.
  • 3. Enabling: In this case, she doesn’t have Cryo Bonus or Elemental Mastery, so her enabling with this set is not the best.

Build details:

  • Weapon:
    • 5-star option: Summit Shaper (ATK%) or Aquila Favonia (Physical Damage Bonus)
    • 4-star option: The Flute (ATK%) or Prototype Rankour (Physical Damage Bonus)
    • 3-star option: Cool Steel (ATK%)
  • Artifact stats:
    • Sands: ATK%
    • Goblet: Physical Damage Bonus
    • Circlet: Critical Damage or Critical Rate (depending on your needs)

2. Burst Support Build: Noblesse Oblige Set + Blizzard Strayer Set

As of last month, this build was her most popular build in the game. It’s centered around her elemental burst, which deals damage while also healing the character who is in the field.

The Noblesse Oblige Set increases her elemental burst damage, while the Blizzard Strayer Set increases her Cryo damage, which is basically the same. Her weapon should increase her Energy Recharge just so she recharges her burst really fast and you can use it again.

What This Build Excels In:

  • 1. Enabling: As this build’s playstyle should be spamming her skill and burst and changing for another character, her main capability is increasing her burst damage and creating various elemental reactions, like frozen.
  • 2. DPS: You can see her burst’s damage should be a lot higher than normal, because of the Noblesse and Blizzard Sets’ passive. If built correctly, she may get hundreds of damage.
  • 3. Healing: In this case, she won’t have as much attack as the other two builds, so her healing will be less. However, she’s a really good character and this healing should be enough at least to survive.

Build details:

  • Weapon:
    • 5-star option: Skyward Sword (Energy Recharge)
    • 4-star option: Sacrificial Sword (Energy Recharge)
    • 3-star option: Skyrider Sword (Energy Recharge)
  • Artifact stats:
    • Sands: ATK%
    • Goblet: Cryo Damage Bonus
    • Circlet: Critical Damage or Critical Rate (depending on your needs)

1. Healer + DPS Build: Ocean-Hued Clam Set

Finally, this set completely changed the game for healers. It was introduced last month for Kokomi, who’s also a healer, but it can be used by the rest of the healers. Not only does it give a healing bonus for the character it creates bubbles that explode and deal damage.

This set can transform into a new type of build. One which can improve the character’s healing capabilities, while also increasing her DPS with the bubbles’ physical damage at the explosion.

What This Build Excels In:

  • 1. Healing: Although it’s called Healer + DPS Build, the ATK stats and this new set’s passive increases her healing like no other. She may cause over-healing, but there are worse things to cause, right?
  • 2. DPS: As we told before, ATK is increased with this build, thus increasing damage dealt. Moreover, the exploding bubbles from the set strike enemies like a truck as well.
  • 3. Enabling: She will be a bit worse at enabling because her Cryo Damage and Burst Damage won’t be increased. However, this set is focused on an independent Qiqi, which doesn’t need to support or enable the rest (more than healing, of course).

Build details:

  • Weapon:
    • 5-star option: Summit Shaper (ATK%)
    • 4-star option: The Flute (ATK%) or Prototype Rankour (Physical Damage Bonus)
    • 3-star option: Cool Steel (ATK%)
  • Artifact stats:
    • Sands: ATK%
    • Goblet: ATK%
    • Circlet: Critical Damage or Critical Rate (depending on your needs)

With these simple but varied builds, you can already see how versatile Qiqi is. Healer, DPS, and enabler, and three ways of building her no less. Moreover, as she mainly needs the same stats, ATK or Energy Recharge, it’s not difficult to find the correct artifacts.

We hope this build helps you improve your Qiqi’s build or even create a new one from scratch. She may be a little forgetful at times, and of course, she may be dead, but that doesn’t stop her from being one of the most versatile healers in-game.
