Blue's Clues These are Awesome

Let them Blue you away~

So many fantastic heroes, so few ascension items. In case you’re feeling lost on which heroes to ascend next, we’d be happy to help - especially if they’re of the Blue persuasion! Here’s another set of Empires and Puzzles Best Ice Heroes That Are Powerful.

10. Isarnia

Isarnia

Stop! In the name of Ice

It’s a shame many people get turned off by Slow Mana Speed, which admittedly can be a bit of a let-down. But Isarnia’s Glacial Shatter is definitely a Special Skill that’s worth waiting for, in our opinion!

It not only deals 235% damage to all enemies, but it also gives them -44% defense for 6 turns - which can easily spell defeat for the enemy if they don’t have any cleanser on their side. This can make her a phenomenal hero to use, especially if you decide to let her wreak havoc in wars and tournaments with Rush Attack on!

What Makes Isarnia Great:

  • Deals 235% damage to all enemies
  • Gives -44% defense to all enemies for 6 turns
  • Awesome to use during Rush Attack

9. Thorne Costume

Thorne Costume

Bow to the King!

We adore costumes. Not only do they give the heroes permanent stat bonuses, but some of them can breathe new life into OG heroes - just like Thorne here!

With his costume on, his Freezing Finale becomes an aptly named Special Skill because it may just end an enemy’s life. It deals 540% damage to a single target - oof! - and he gets to enjoy an undispellable +24% mana generation for 3 turns, which may make up for his Average Mana Speed and get him to launch another attack quicker than usual. And to that we say: Long Live the King!

What Makes Thorne Costume Great:

  • Hero gets increased stats due to costume bonus
  • Deals 540% damage to an enemy
  • Gets +24% mana generation that can’t be dispelled

8. Raffaele

Raffaele

Look into his eyes

Our list won’t be complete if there isn’t any healer in it. Thankfully, Raffaele is more than capable of fulfilling that role!

Don’t mind his Slow Mana Speed, as his Ice Treatment can bring any team on the brink of death back to fighting form. It heals all allies who have less than 50% HP to 50% health, and then tops them all up with 812 HP regenerated over 4 turns. It also cleanses status ailments from all allies, which is definitely useful! On top of that, if you decide to put him in an all-Ice formation? They will all get to benefit from an undispellable +30% defense against Special Skills for 4 turns. No wonder he’s mostly a mainstay in defense formations - especially during Rush Attacks!

What Makes Raffaele Great:

  • Heals all allies who have less than 50% health to 50% health
  • Makes all allies regenerate 812 HP over 4 turns
  • Cleanses status ailments from all allies
  • Gives all Ice allies +30% defense against Special Skills for 4 turns

7. Lord Loki

Lord Loki

Mischief Unmanaged!

This game sure loves its Lokis, as it currently has three variants summonable - but perhaps Lord Loki is the most versatile out of all of them!

His Trickster’s Mischief can be a hodge-podge of skills considering it copies his target’s Special Skill and uses it all as though it’s his own. If he’s targeting a healer, then he can heal. If it’s a Minion Summoner, then he’ll summon minions, too - etcetera, etcetera. It’s almost as if you have all the heroes in the game just by having him in your line-up! But, if for some reason their skill can’t be copied? Lord Loki will then just come at them with his Villain Swing, dealing 275% damage to the target. Not a bad strategy, eh?

What Makes Lord Loki Great:

  • Able to copy his target’s Special Skill and use it as his own
  • If the skill can’t be copied, unleashes an attack that deals 275% damage to the target

6. Alasie

Alasie

Shot to the heart

If it’s a fast hero you want, a fast hero you’ll get in the Legends Hero Alasie - and that’s not all!

Her Spirit Arrow deals 462% damage to the target, as well as gives them and their nearby allies -24% mana generation for 3 turns, which can’t be dispelled. That can easily ruin any lineup’s day, can’t it? What’s more, her Element Link also gives all Ice allies of hers +5% attack and +5 defense for 6 turns, which, again, can’t be dispelled. It may not be a lot, but it’s still something!

What Makes Alasie Great:

  • Has Fast Mana Speed
  • Deals 462% damage to the target
  • Gives target and nearby enemies an undispellable -24% mana generation for 3 turns

5. Miki

Miki

You so fine you blow my mind

Your boy Miki? Definitely one of the most useful heroes to have. Not only is he an attack buffer, but he’s a silencer, too!

His Wrath of Tundra gives all his allies +130 normal attack, with the condition that it will only apply if the enemy has more HP than the attacker. This also stacks with similar status effects to a maximum of +170% normal attack and lasts for 5 turns. Where is this applicable, you ask? Why, for fighting Titans, of course! His attack also silences the target and nearby enemies for 4 turns, if you use Miki in wars - and is definitely a useful skill to have when fighting pesky powerful Titans. Just watch as Miki’s team rip those giant enemies to shreds without breaking a lot of sweat!

What Makes Miki Great:

  • Gives allies +130% to a maximum of +170% normal attack, provided the target has more HP than the attacker
  • Very useful hero against Titans
  • Silences target and nearby enemies for 4 turns

4. Bobo

Bobo

He’ll murder you with a smile!

Oh, Bobo. Definitely one legit reason why clowns ought to be feared!

His Bobo Blitz doles out a lot of pain in the form of 320% damage to all enemies, and it also punishes certain heroes in the enemies’ lineup if they meet certain criteria. The enemy with the highest base defense gets -60% defense for 4 turns, while the enemy with the highest base attack gets -60% attack for 4 turns - both of which can’t be cleansed. Eep! This is why people hate clowns!

What Makes Bobo Great:

  • Deals 320% damage to all enemies
  • Enemy with highest base defense gets -60% defense for 4 turns, which can’t be cleansed
  • Enemy with highest base attack gets -60% attack for 4 turns, which can’t be cleansed

3. Theobald

Theobald

A cinnamon floof that can definitely kill you

Don’t let this fluffy boi fool you - Theobald is out for blood.

His Multi-Throw deals 405% damage to the enemy with the highest remaining HP, while the others get 260% damage. And that’s not all! He makes all his allies reflect all status effects and 115% damage back to the attacker, as well as block other negative effects from enemies’ Nature Skills for 4 turns. Lastly, all his allies get that sweet +45% attacks for 4 turns, with a further +20% increase every time they are hit! What a total nightmare this cutie is!

What Makes Theobald Great:

  • Deals 260% damage to all enemies while the enemy with the highest HP gets 405% damage
  • All allies reflect status effects and 115% damage back to the attacker and block other negative effects from enemies’ Nature Skills for 4 turns
  • Gives all allies +45% attack for 4 turns and a further +20% increase every time they are hit

2. Krampus

Krampus

A Merry Kramp-mas

If you’re looking for an awesome seasonal hero as a Tank, look no further than this Big Guy over here!

His Scourge of Joy gives everyone in his lineup a ton of jolly good cheer. He gives them minions with 7% HP at 10% attack inherited from him. Krampus also gets Taunt, effectively directing all enemies’ Special Skills onto his person for 3 turns, and to survive it, he gets +44% defense, as well as a further +10% increase every time he’s hit during those 3 turns. Lastly, all his allies get +50% attack for 3 turns! If that doesn’t make him a phenomenal tank, we don’t know what will!

What Makes Krampus Great:

  • A minion summoner
  • Gets Taunt that prevents enemies from using their Special Skills on Krampus’ allies for 3 turns
  • Gives all allies +50% attack for 3 turns.

1. Cobalt

Cobalt

The Way of the Ninja

The top spot is reserved for only the best of the best, and if you are blessed with Cobalt, he’s certainly worth bragging about!

His Katana Rain is out to finish his enemies considering its massive damage and high chance of bypassing defensive buffs - including counterattacks. At 100% mana, he deals 290% damage to one target, and it has a 60% chance of bypassing defensive buffs. At 200% damage, he deals 325% damage to the target and nearby enemies, and it has an 85% chance to bypass defensive buffs. At 300% mana? It now deals 360% damage to all enemies and has a 100% chance to bypass defensive buffs!
