[Top 10] Empires and Puzzles Best Attack Teams That Are Powerful (Latest Patch)

Win At Everything!

Anything to win!

Ah, the sweet taste of victory. Whether it’s from finishing story stages or, more excitingly, engaging in wars, tournaments, or raids, nothing beats seeing the above picture flash on your mobile phone. Obviously, it will happen more often once you’ve developed a lot of mighty heroes in your roster, ready to be deployed whenever needed - after you’ve scrutinized your opponent’s defense team and their capabilities, of course! Here we have samples of Empires and Puzzles Best Attack Team that Are Powerful.

10. Colen Costume + Reuben + Mack + Marjana + Boldtusk

4279

Ready to set you ablaze!

A mono team - or a team made entirely of heroes from one element - is definitely one of the more fun, if not risky, attack teams to deploy considering their victory depends entirely on how many boards of their element are at play at any given moment. But if the boards bless you with so many reds at the onset while using the above team? Ho boy.

Team Fire is best deployed against a team made mostly, or better yet entirely, of Nature Heroes considering Fire’s innate superiority over it. The above team is a reliable mix of offense and defense, with Mack’s counterattacking ability protecting himself, Reuben, and Marjana, while Boldtusk is in charge of keeping his team’s HP topped up. Mack and Boldtusk also give an attack up to their allies, though Mack’s only benefits those near him. No matter though, Marjana and Reuben will both act as your main attackers at Fast Mana Speed, with the added bonus of Reuben’s ability to lessen the amount of damage his allies receive from status effects. Finally, Team Fire won’t be complete without anyone inflicting the ever-damaging burn status effect - which will be regular occurrence care of Marjana and Colen Costume, which will be even more damaging if they’re both enjoying an attack boost. Nature teams, beware!

What Makes Team Fire Great:

  • Awesome to use against a defensive team full of Nature Heroes
  • Heroes’ abilities are a good mix of defense and offense
  • Mack and Boldtusk both give their allies attack boost
  • Reuben and Marjana both have Fast Mana Speed
  • Colen Costume and Marjana both inflict burns on their opponents

Team Fire details:

  • Counterattack
  • Attack Boost
  • Burn Status Effect

9. Vivica Costume + Francine Costume + Melendor Costume + Kadilen Costume + Bera

4574

The Power of Costumes!

Costumes, costumes, costumes. The above team enjoys their permanent bonus stats very much - well aside from Bera, obviously. The above team is built more defensively in nature than usual attack teams - but can still gain victory, particularly against teams made up mostly of Ice Heroes!

For those who don’t want to use a Mono Team, the above mix of colors may do - or they may even employ a three/two mix where only two elements are present in the team. Team Costume’s victory over Ice Heroes relies heavily on Francine Costume’s ability to inflict -54% defense down against Nature to all Ice enemies for 3 turns, which can then be taken advantage of by both Melendor Costume via tile damage, and Kadilen Costume’s attack-all Special Skill. If there aren’t enough Nature tiles at play, however, Team Costume can still wait for Vivica Costume’s devastating -44% defense down to all enemies before trying to get rid of them via tile damage. There’s also the Poison damage dealt by Bera’s Moth Minions, which she can summon at Fast Mana Speed, too! Defensive-wise, this team has it in spades: both Vivica and Melendor can heal and dispel buffs, Melendor applies defense up, Francine cleanses, and Kadilen makes them dodge. Say what you want, but Team Costume can and will endure until victory is achieved!

What Makes Team Costume Great:

  • Heroes with costumes enjoy added stats
  • A mix of elements in case the board doesn’t favor the player
  • Good to deploy against a team full of Ice Heroes
  • Three Nature heroes to take advantage of elemental defense down, while all heroes can take advantage of regular defense down
  • Healing, cleansing, dispelling, and debuffing can be done
  • Minions are summoned via Kadilen and Bera
  • Heroes can dodge via Kadilen’s ability

Team Costume details:

  • Defense down
  • Healing/cleansing/dispelling/debuffing
  • Dodging
  • Minion summoning

8. Joon Costume + Delilah + Inari + Vivica + Leonidas

4588

Holy Moly!

Another fantastic mix of defensive/offensive heroes, Team Holy is here to make anyone pray for salvation - especially if they’re of the Dark variety!

First off, we have two healers in the mix - Delilah and Vivica, both of whom offer more than just basic healing, as Delilah also summons Guardian minions to act as meat shields for everyone, whereas Vivica buffs all with defense up as well as cleanses status ailments from them. The perfect mix of offense/defense is found in Inara, as she attacks all enemies while giving her allies the chance to dodge - and earn minions and extra mana while at it. Then, the purely offensive roles are played by both Joon Costume and Leonidas - the former giving his target less accuracy, the latter slashing his target’s mana by 40%. This is a good team to deploy against a defensive team of Dark heroes - which is their natural enemies anyway!

What Makes Team Holy Great:

  • Mix of defense/offense
  • Good to deploy against a team of Dark Heroes
  • Healing and cleansing done by both Delilah and Vivica
  • Minion summoning done by both Delilah and Inara
  • Heroes can dodge via Inara’s ability
  • Inara attacks all, while Joon and Leonidas attack single targets

Team Holy details:

  • Healing and cleansing
  • Minion Summoning
  • Dodging

7. Seshat + Garnet + Kunchen + Elena + Hel

4617

Mix of Blood and Dark Matter

A great example of the three/two mix is the above team - and you’ve got to admit, the team lineup looks aesthetically pleasing too!

Boosting HP, healing, and cleansing? Taken care of by both Garnet and Kunchen. Garnet also makes her team immune to status ailments in the first place, but if some slip by, Kunchen can mop it up - with the added defense down given to all enemies to boot. Offensive-wise, we have Elena charging up her attack-all Special Skill and the counterattack ability it gives her, Kunchen, and Hel. Seshat is at the wing, dealing considerable damage to a single target while dispelling their buffs and those of nearby enemies as well. Then, of course, comes Hel - which is the ramped-up version of Proteus as far as making enemies unable to gain mana in the first place on top of the damage she deals to multiple enemies! This team can take on a lot of existing defense teams out there, but the ones with a lot of Holy and Nature Heroes better be extra careful!

What Makes Team DarkFire Great:

  • Good mix of defense and offense
  • Healing, Boosting HP, and cleansing/making allies immune to status effects are done by Garnet and Kunchen
  • Elena attacks all and gives herself, Kunchen, and Hel counterattacking abilities
  • Seshat snipes and dispels buffs
  • Hel stops multiple enemies from gaining mana

Team Dark Fire details:

  • Healing/Boosting HP
  • Counterattacking
  • Mana-Controlling

6. Joon + Frida + Lady of the Lake + Khagan + Thorne

4621

Not quite Blue for You

This team seems like a rainbow team - except there are two Blues in it, and they can both lay the hurt especially on Fire enemies!

First off though, this team has a healing tank in the form of Lady of the Lake - and not only does she heal all allies, but she summons sword minions for herself, Frida, and Khagan, which can then remove 10% of the enemy’s mana if they’re hit by it. Yikes. Ever-reliable Khagan, a slow hero himself, protects her and Thorne by giving them defense up and increasing mana generation when his Khan’s Order hits his target and their nearby enemies. Joon is there to snipe from the wing and give his target less accuracy. Last but not least is the combination of Thorne and Frida; the latter sets the groundwork for pain via -54% elemental defense down against Ice, which Thorne can easily take advantage of via his aptly named Icecold Finisher. Four attackers, One healer, anyone?

What Makes Team Blue Magic Great:

  • Great to use against teams with Fire Heroes
  • Healing and mana controlling via Lady of the Lake’s minions
  • Elemental defense down given by Frida, which Thorne can take advantage of
  • Joon gives debuff, while Khagan buffs himself and nearby allies

Team Blue Magic details:

  • Mana control via minion
  • Elemental defense down
  • Buffs and debuffs

5. Raffaele + Uraeus + Iris + Devana + Mist

4779

No buffs for the wicked!

This team has a strong aversion to buffs on enemies - and works hard to constantly remove them!

At the heart of the team is Iris, a Fast Attacker who not only dispels her target and their nearby enemies at the moment of her skill’s impact but also continuously dispels their buffs at the end of each turn for 3 turns. Her passive ability also makes her gain some mana every time she gets to dispel a buff, making her so much faster if the enemy tries to reapply any type of buff on her targets. Flanking her are both Uraeus and Devana; the former punishes minion owners in the enemy lineup via giving them Sand damage and giving his Holy allies Minions, the latter attacking multiple targets and dispelling their buffs while summoning a bulky minion of her own. At the wing, we have Mist - who makes her enemies immune to buffs in the first place, slows their mana generation down, and make them more vulnerable to Special Skills, and Raffaele - who keeps everyone’s HP topped up and cleanses their status ailments. This is a good team to use against teams using Minion Summoners like Bera and Freya as Tank, as well as on teams who apply a ton of buffers on their person!

What Makes Team Dispel Great:

  • Two dispellers in the lineup
  • Two heroes giving Sand damage and various debuffs on enemies on top of damage dealt
  • Team is good to use against defense teams relying on buffs and/or minions to win

Team Dispel details:

  • Dispel
  • Debuffs
  • Minion Summoners
  • Healing/HP Regeneration

4. Krampus Costume + Richard Costume + Raffaele + Cobalt + Magni

4781

Blue-blooded warriors!

This team is already frightening enough to look at considering their power, but more so if they’re attacking an all-Fire Defense Team!

Team Blue-Blood has a healing tank in Raffaele, who keeps their HP topped up and cleanses his team from any status ailments. Flanking him are Richard and Cobalt; the former attacking multiple targets while dulling their attack, the latter attacking his enemies depending on how long his mana has been charging - and you’d definitely want to have him at 300x Mana Charge to lay the maximum hurt on enemies. At the wing, Magni’s sniping away while giving himself and Cobalt defense up, while Krampus Costume is taunting the opposite side to attack only him while giving his allies minions and a ton of attack up. This team really dishes out pain in various ways, and good luck to those defense teams caught in their sight!

What Makes Team Blue-Blood Great:

  • Healing/HP Regeneration/Cleansing via Raffaele as Healing Tank
  • High amount of damage dealt to enemies via Cobalt, Richard, and Magni
  • Allies enjoy attack up and defense up
  • Krampus taunts, drawing attention to him and leaving others less likely to be targeted

Team Blue-Blood details:

  • Damage-oriented
  • Taunting
  • Buffs
  • Healing/HP Regeneration

3. Alfrike + Glenda + Cathal + Magni + Alexandrine

4819

An Odd Ball Among Them

An interesting variation of the mono team is the above - and really, if Alfrike’s the exception in the team, you know she’s worth it!

In this lineup, Alexandrine acts as the healer, whose amount of HP restoration depends on how many Ice shields are in play. She also alters those to favor her team. Magni, in the flank, gives her, himself, and Cathal defense up while sniping away at fast speed. Cathal is your tank here - give him a chance to fire his skill and it’s not unlikely he’ll one-shot someone. That percentage increases via Glenda’s ability to strengthen herself as well as her nearby allies via making their Special Skills deal +40% damage, as well as giving all her Ice allies a minion. Time Glenda’s release when Alfrike’s full of mana herself and… well. We all know how devastating her Dark Cubes can be, as they not only deal damage to enemies but also reduce their health and make those afflicted cast Mindless Attack on their own teammates!  Alfrike’s Special Skill? Really worth building up and waiting for!

What Makes Team OddBall Great:

  • Alexandrine heals and alters Ice shields to favor her team
  • Magni snipes and gives himself, Alexandrine, and Cathal defense up
  • Glenda’s Special Skill gives Cathal and Alfrike’s own deal +40% more damage
  • Alfrike firing her Special Skill may mean death to one or more enemies, especially if buffed

Team Oddball details:

  • Healing
  • Defense up
  • Deals devastating damage to one or more enemies

2. Malosi + Finley Costume + Elena + Heimdall + Quintus

4823

Rainbow of Pain

Here’s a rainbow team that doesn’t capitalize on any one element, but still gives a ton of pain to defense teams everywhere!

At the onset, you have two Slow heroes who attack all enemies at 200%+ damage - Elena and Quintus. Given they’re both limit-broken and fully emblemed, you can bet that 200%+ damage each of them gives will reduce enemies to smithereens - particularly if their emblems are focused more on increasing their attack power! If that isn’t enough, Malosi is there who, at Very Fast Mana Speed, makes sure that his enemies can’t give buffs or debuffs to anyone on top of his 300% damage. Scary Finley Costume then goes after heroes with buffs and gives them defense down to boot. Given the difference in Mana Speeds, Finley may fire off faster than Elena or Quintus - so that defense down Finley gives his enemies? Basically a death sentence waiting to happen. Finally, Heimdall acts as the HP booster, reviver, and buffer of the whole team - which makes this crazy powerful team even crazier and more powerful. This team’s really locked and loaded to mow down defense teams left and right!

What Makes Team Rainbow Great:

  • Good to use against any type of defense team
  • Damage oriented
  • All enemies are attacked by Elena and Quintus for 200%+ damage
  • Malosi snipes and prevents any enemy from giving buffs or debuffs
  • Finley Costumes goes after any enemy with buffs and gives them defense down - which can be taken advantage of by the other attackers
  • Heimdall boosts HP, revives, and gives attack up to other allies

Team Rainbow details:

  • Damage-oriented
  • Attacks multiple to all targets (except Malosi)
  • Counterattack
  • Boost HP/Revives/Attack Up

1. Master Lepus Costume + Phileas Fogg + Agrafena + Zekena + Garjammal

5046

Power be to Ya

An Attack Team of at least 5k power? You better believe it!

This team is fantastic against a lot of defense teams, but more so if they have a lot of Ice Heroes in it considering Phileas Fogg and Garjammal can work in tandem in annihilating them. Phileas Fogg’s attack hurts a single target, but more so because of the -58% defense down against Nature he leaves behind - which Garjammal can quickly follow through on considering they’re both Fast Mana Speed. Do you know who else has a fast mana speed? Master Lepus and Zekena, of course! Master Lepus hits like a truck, though he gets slower after his initial attack. That’s not a problem endured by Zekena, though, whose Swift Stingers hit two enemies, the second of which suffers a whole lot worse. Finally, there’s Agrafena as the tank who, given her Magic skills, may just make her a pure enemy debuffer or an ally healer/buffer depending on her Mana Charge as well as what you need her to do when her mana’s full! A nightmare lineup for defense teams everywhere - but probably a fun one to deploy any time!

What Makes Team Power Great:

  • Almost all heroes have fast mana speed
  • Damage-oriented
  • Good to deploy against lineups with a lot of Ice Heroes courtesy of Phileas Fogg and Garjammal
  • Buffs to allies or debuffs to enemies can be given by Agrafena
  • Zekena and Master Lepus Costume attack multiple enemies

Team Power details:

  • Fast Heroes
  • Buffs/Debuffs
  • Damage-oriented
  • 5k team power

And those are our Top 10 Empires and Puzzles Best Attack Teams that Are Powerful! Study the defense teams of your opponents well and adjust your lineup accordingly, and you’ll achieve victory every time!
