With so many heroes available in Empires and Puzzles, which ones are the best to use for Titan Battles - aka one of the toughest yet most rewarding fights this game has?

We already listed down our picks for heroes from Seasons 1 - 4, but this time? We’re choosing heroes available only during very specific events or very rarely from the Hero Academy. Here is our list of the Top 10 Empires and Puzzles Best Heroes Against Titans outside of Seasons 1 - 4.

10. Guardian Falcon

Mainly summonable from the event Guardians of Teltoc, Guardian Falcon is one of the most useful 4* heroes you can get from the game - especially when dealing with Nature Titans.

His Blazing Beak deals 225% damage to the target and nearby enemies, but more noteworthy is his ability to also inflict defense down against Fire to the enemy for 4 turns, resulting in the Titan having -54% defense against the element. From the Paladin class, his strong defensive stats will make him a great Tank when facing them too, making him a must in any lineup facing a Nature Titan!  

What Makes Guardian Falcon Great For Titans:

  • Deals 225% damage to the Titan
  • Gives the Titan -54% defense against Fire for 4 turns
  • Great to use as Tank, especially when facing Nature Titans

9. Guardian Jackal

Jackal-knifing his way to a win!

Another stellar 4* hero from the Guardians of Teltoc event is Guardian Jackal - and you can be sure he’s built to make Titans suffer.

His Ray Strike deals 270% damage to a single target, as well as gives them -54% defense against Holy for 4 turns. Where better to use him than when fighting Dark Titans? His mana speed is set to Very Fast too, making that elemental defense down a near-constant presence in your fight. Just be sure to heal him whenever needed considering his element, while strong against Dark, is weak to it too!

What Makes Guardian Jackal Great For Titans:

  • Deals 270% damage to the Titan
  • Gives the Titan -54% defense against Holy for 4 turns
  • Has Very Fast Mana Speed

8. Kunchen

A 2019 Hero of the Month, Kunchen can be availed via a summoning portal from the Tavern of Legends.

At Slow mana speed, his Power of Ajna recovers 42% health for all allies, dispels their status ailments, and gives all enemies - in this case, the Titan - -34% defense for 4 turns. While this makes him usable for all types of Titan fights, he’s fantastic to put in a lineup of Dark heroes considering his Element Link also gives all Dark Allies +46% defense against Holy for 4 turns! You’ll need a healer in your lineup anyway, so go use him!  

What Makes Kunchen Great For Titans:

  • Recovers 42% health for all allies
  • Gives the Tian -34% defense for 4 turns
  • Dispels status ailments from all allies

7. Ares

A 2017 Hero of the Month, Ares can be summoned via Taverns of Legends - and certainly one of the best and most versatile heroes to get from it!

His Might of Ares is just a fountain of good buffs - he gives himself and nearby allies +54% attack and +36% critical chance for 4 turns, as well as allows them to regenerate 720 HP over 4 turns. While these skills make him usable in fighting almost all Titan elements, there’s value in using him to fight Nature Titans considering his Element Link also gives other Fire Allies + 15% attack and +15% defense for 6 turns, which can’t be dispelled! Surely he can find a place in your lineup regardless of what - or who - you’re facing!   

What Makes Ares Great For Titans:

  • Gives himself and nearby allies +54% attack for 4 turns
  • Gives himself and nearby allies +36% critical chance for 4 turns
  • Regenerates 720 HP for himself and nearby allies

6. Evelyn

Does her red hair remind you of anything?

One of our Heroes of the Month from 2018, Evelyn is a fantastic 5* to get through the Tavern of Legends summons portal - but only if you’re lucky! 

At Fast mana speed, her Shattering Warcry makes her a great hero to use against Ice Titans considering the things it does: deals 210% damage to the target and nearby enemies, gives them -54% defense against Nature for 4 turns, and dispels enemies’ buffs as well. Moreover, if you’re using another or more Nature heroes in the lineup with her - and you should! - they’ll also benefit from her Element Link, making them recover 4% health for 6 turns! Now that’s a great hero to get!

What Makes Evelyn Great For Titans:

  • Deals 210% damage to the Titan
  • Gives the Titan -54% defense against Nature for 4 turns
  • Dispels buffs from the Titan

5. Guardian Panther

A fantastic 5* hero through and through, Guardian Panther is summonable via the event Guardians of Teltoc.

Her Eye of the Panther makes her a must-use against Holy Titans considering it deals 210% damage to the target and nearby enemies, gives them -54% defense against Dark for 4 turns, and dispels their buffs too. She’s also from the Fighter Class, which is fantastic - emblem her up and there’s a chance she’ll automatically revive herself even after a fatal attack from the Titan. What a good kitty!

What Makes Guardian Panther Great For Titans:

  • Deals 210% damage to the Titan
  • Gives the Titan -54% defense against Dark for 4 turns
  • Dispels buffs from the Titan

4. Frida

Bear in mind she can easily kill you!

A 2019 Hero of the Month, Frida can be summoned from the Tavern of Legends portal.

At Average mana speed, her Polar Bash deals 290% damage to the target and nearby enemies, as well as gives them -54% defense against Ice for 4 turns. Not only that, but she’ll dispel their buffs too, making her ideal to include in your lineup not just when you’re fighting Fire Titans but also in other types of battle, too! Lastly, her Element Link gives all Ice Enemies +46% defense against Nature for 4 turns, which can’t be dispelled. Always a great choice for a Tank, she is!

  • Gives the Titan -54% defense against Ice for 4 turns

3. Gregorion

Another 2018 Hero of the Month, Gregorion can be summoned through Tavern of Legends if luck favors you.

His Unwavering Focus deals 455% damage to the target, but his other skill makes him amazing not just when fighting Titans, but in any type of battle as well considering he gives all allies +30% critical chance for 3 turns. Now that’s a fantastic buff to give your team! Put him in a lineup full of Nature heroes and his Element Link will also give them +5% attack and +5% defense for 6 turns, which can’t be dispelled. He sure is one desirable hero to include in your roster!  

What Makes Gregorion Great For Titans:

  • Deals 455% damage to the Titan
  • Gives all allies +30% critical chance for 3 turns
  • His Element Link give all Nature allies +5% attack and +5% defense for 6 turns, which can’t be dispelled

2. King Arthur

Summonable whenever the event ‘Knights of Avalon’ is on, King Arthur is out to prove why he’s royalty when defeating Fire Titans.

His Excalibur deals 468% damage to the target and gives them -39% attack as well as -54% defense against Ice for 4 turns. Put him in a lineup of other Ice Heroes and that Fire Titan’s good as defeated in their hands! What’s more, every time his Special Skill is unleashed, it gives him +74% defense against Special Skills for 4 turns - making him an ideal Tank whenever a Fire Titan is afoot. Now go slay that beast in the name of Camelot!

What Makes King Arthur Great For Titans:

  • Deals 468% damage to the Titan
  • Gives the Titan -39% attack and -54% defense against Ice for 4 turns
  • Gives himself +74% defense against Special Skills for 4 turns 

1. Ranvir

Holy power!

Ranvir, a 2019 Hero of the Month, can be summoned via Tavern of Legends portal.

His Mystic’s Virtue is a bit similar to Wu Kong’s abilities - except Ranvir’s is set at Fast Mana Speed. It deals 265% damage to the Titan and gives all his allies +195% attack and -35% accuracy for 5 turns, which only applies when the enemy has more health than the attacker - and with Titans, that’s almost always the case. 

The buff he gives makes Ranvir usable in any and all Titan fights, but he’s best put in a lineup of Holy Heroes against Dark Titans as his Element Link will give them +46% defense against Dark for 4 turns. Now that’s a hero tailor-made for taking down Titans!  

What Makes Ranvir Great For Titans:

  • Has Fast Mana Speed
  • Gives all allies +195% attack and -35% accuracy for 5 turns that only applies when the enemy has more health than the attacker
  • GIves all Holy Heroes in his lineup +46% defense against Dark for 4 turns
