Released during the International 2014, Redpaw is an adorable addition to the game. The courier was the first of its kind to stray away from the mythical and rather spooky-looking creatures. This adorable red panda has brilliant animation, especially its flying animation which features Redpaw being tied to a paper plane. Roshan, as we know, is the most ferocious and deadly neutral creep there is in the game. But contrary to his ferocity, his couriers lean more toward the cuter side. The Golden Baby Roshan is an example of cuteness overloaded. Halloween is long over but this courier is still seen in my pub games! Spooly was released during the Diretide of 2020. It could be obtained only during the Diretide season, making it a special courier. Spooly is a mummified creature who delivers you your essential items, all while holding a set of balloons for some reason! His flying animation is hilarious as he clings to the balloons while he tries to reach you. The color scheme may be bland but the overall design of Spooly is nothing short of haunting and funny.

10. Beetlejaws the Boxhound

Beetlejaws is one of the most used couriers in the game. The shiny effects of the treasure box along with the ethereal detailing on the eye make it worth having in your rotation. There is immense attention to detail on this courier, for instance, you can see a few coins of gold drop here and there if he is under use or idle. The flying animation is also highly soothing as the wings flutter beautifully. Beetlejaws may drop his stash of gold, but he won’t drop your items!

9. Honey Heist Baby Roshan

Another Baby Roshan on the list! We can’t get enough of this spooky little greevil. This time, Roshan is seen holding a pot of honey in his mouth. Even his hands are covered with honey! He has multiple bees orbiting around him, and the attention to detail on this magnificent courier is commendable. The idle animation is hilarious as you see him being on the lookout constantly as if he’s stolen this pot of honey and knows he is in deep trouble.

8. Aghanim the Wisest

Aghanim has been a staple name in Dota over the years, he bestows his creations on the fierce heroes of the battlefield. Aghanim the Wisest is a great courier to have if you’re well-read on the lore of the game. The origins and theories regarding this being are endless! The courier features Aghanim holding his creation, the Scepter in his mouth, the particle effects are minimal yet they stand out from the rest. Sadly, it is not tradable or marketable as it was given out to winners in Aghanim’s Labyrinth.

7. Coral the Furryfish

If you’re into the flora and fauna of the deep seas like we are, you would love Coral the Furryfish. Her simplistic yet detailed and adorable model is well-received and admired. Along with the model, her animations are quite cute as you see her flopping around, trying her best to deliver your items! After level 6, you see her fly majestically as she reaches you! 6. Vigilante Fox

This highly adorable and nimble fox is a breath of fresh air from the other shiny and glittery couriers on this list. The courier was inspired by the legendary Vici Gaming team, their logo is visible on the shield and armor of the fox! We have an imposter here. This suspicious-looking dragon is a goblin in disguise. If you haven’t already figured it out, Nilbog is Goblin spelled backward. The model of the courier is inspired by the menacing Techies and they both were released together on the same day! 4. Strongback the Swift

If you have played the game enough, you must have seen the normal courier which resembles a donkey. Well, Strongback the Swift is the cooler and more blinged-out version of the OG courier. Not only does he have extremely shiny particle effects, but if you look closely, you can find the courier also has Omniknight and Crystal Maiden riding it! Talk about paying attention to detail! This courier is not everyone’s cup of tea but it manages to catch some looks as you may get complimented for it in-game.

3. Butch

Does this seemingly normal bulldog courier remind you of someone? Yes! Butch was one of the first couriers which were based on a hero, in this case, it’s Pudge! Just like him, our little guy is quite deadly with his stitches, intimidating looks, and terrifying demeanor! Butch is different from other couriers on this list as he does not have any particle effects, but does he need them to be cute? It’s a hilarious sight to witness when Butch hits level 6 and gets wings to fly.

2. Amaterasu

It's not every day that other companies decide to collaborate with Valve to promote their games! Amaterasu is a limited edition courier which was only available with the early purchase of Konami’s OKAMI HD. We are still sulking over the fact that this courier is not marketable or tradable, meaning not everyone has access to it! We can only admire its glorious wings and particles as it flies freely, without any trouble.

1. Dark Moon Baby Roshan

If you were thinking that Roshan isn’t terrifying, wait till you see this Baby Roshan. Its terrifying yet adorable gait is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Dark Moon Baby Roshan was available during the Dark Moon event! Don’t let his looks deceive you guys, he knows exactly what he is doing! His dark purple particle effects are quite appealing to the eye, and it only gets better when he flops his little wings around. He may look like he will throw your items away, but he is quite good at what he does so you don’t have to worry!
