Item is an enhancement that players can equip in-game, to make your champion stronger. Items you can buy in the shop, which is located in your base where you spawn at the beginning of the game, after you recall, or after you respawn after death. For buying items, you will need gold. The gold you can get with the farm, kills, assists, and destroying objectives. Over the game, every champion can equip 6 items. Most items provide buffs to champions with different types of benefits. They have active and passive spells.Items are divided by quality tiers:

  • Starter - Starter items are built at the very beginning of the game and are usually not built into higher-tier items.
  • Basic - These items provide a single stat attribute or special effect
  • Epic - This type of items gives you additional stats and special effects.
  • Legendary - Legendary items provide the greatest stats and special effects. They don’t build into any higher-tier items.
  • Mythic - These items are similar to legendary items. They come up with the greatest stats and special effects. Additionally, they provide stats for completed legendary items. Only one mythic item can be built in a game.

10. Gargoyle Stoneplate

Gargoyle Stoneplate is an active legendary item that is built on tanky champions. It grants your champion armor, magic resistance, and ability haste. The active spell will shield your champion for 2.5 seconds and +25% increased size when active. This item is built on full tanks champions and will make your champion more durable in a fight.

  • +15 Ability Haste
  • +60 Armor
  • +60 Magic Resistance

Passive:

  • Increase your bonus armor and bonus magic resistance by 5% for 6 seconds when a champion deals damage to you, stacks up to 5 times for a maximum of 25%. This stacks once per unique champion.

9. Divine Sunderer

Divine Sunderer is a mythic item and can be one of the strongest items if built on the right champion combining with other items. It is built on fighters and is used for aggressive plays. Auto attacks will heal you, depending on the damage you have caused. It also gives your champion bonus attack damage, ability haste, and bonus health.

Price:

  • 3300 Gold

Stats:  

  • +35 Attack Damage
  • +25 Ability Haste
  • +400 Health

Passive:

  • After using an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds deals bonus physical damage on hit. If the target is a champion you will heal based on the damage dealt.

Empowers each of your other Legendary items with 5% armor penetration and 5% magic penetration.

Divine Sunderer

8. Titanic Hydra

Titanic Hydrea is a legendary item that is mostly built on tanks and fighters on top-lane and in rare cases on ADCs. It provides your champion with bonus attack damage and health. This item is good for pushing since it gives your champion AOE on-hit damage. This damage also applies to the structures. This item is built when you plan on doing damage but only want to stack HP for defense.

  • 3300 Gold

Stats:  

  • +30 Attack Damage
  • +500 Health

Passive:

  • Gain bonus attack damage equal to 2% of bonus health.
  • Basic attacks on hit deal bonus physical damage to the target and physical damage to other enemies in a cone in the direction of the target

Trinity Force is a mythic item. It is mostly built on fighters in the jungle and top lane. This item helps you when fighting with your opponents and when chasing them. It grants attack damage, ability haste (cooldown), attack speed, and bonus health. Trinity Force is one of the best items for the laning phase and 1 vs 1 situations.

  • +35 Attack Damage
  • +20 Ability Haste
  • +30% Attack Speed

Passive:

  • Basic Attacks grant 20 bonus movement speed for 3 seconds and if the target is a champion or a structure, increase base attack damage by 6% for the same duration. This can be stacked up to 5 times for a 30% increase. Stacks decay once every 0.5 seconds after the duration ends.
  • After using an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds deals 200% base AD bonus damage on hit.
  • Empowers each of your other Legendary items with 3 bonus attack damage, 3 ability haste, and 3 bonus movement speed.

Trinity Force

Bloodthirster is a legendary item that is mostly built on Marksmen. It gives you life steal and is combined with attack speed. If you are full health, lifesteal will be converted into a shield. This item is a good option for defensive play when you are under lane pressure or poke damage since you can constantly heal your missing health.

Passive:

  • Convert the healing received from lifesteal over 100% maximum health into a shield for up to 50 - 350 based on a level. The shield will slowly decay after not dealing or taking damage for 25 seconds.

Galeforce is an active mythic item. It is mostly built on ADCs and in some rare situations on assassins and fighters. This item gives you a bonus attack damage, attack speed, and critical chance. Activating spell you will dash to the target location and fire 3 missiles that deal magic damage to the enemy with the lowest health. You can’t dash through the terrain. It is a great option for champions that are in lack mobility since you will get an extra dash which you can use for offensive and defensive plays.

This item is used when playing against assassins since the passive will shield you when your health is reduced under 30% and will make it harder for assassins to one-shot you. It also provides you with a lifestyle to gain your health back. Passive, combining with 5 other legendary items can grant up to 25 bonus attack damage and 250 bonus health.

Passive:

Infinity Edge is a powerful item in combination with attack speed since it gives you a lot of damage and critical chance. It is one of the most important items built on ADCs and helps you to play a lot more aggressively in the lane and later in the game. This should be among the 3 first items you are building on your champion, after the mythic item.

  • Gain 35% bonus critical strike damage if you have at least a 60% critical strike chance.

Navori Quickblades is a legendary item. This is a great option for champions that build crit and use a lot of auto-attacks. Navori reduces your non-Ultimate ability haste when using auto attacks, which is great for dueling. It is commonly built later in-game when you already have a decent amount of critical chance.

Kraken Slayer is combined with attack speed to deal more true damage to the enemy champion. Other benefits that you get from this item are a bonus attack damage and attack speed.

Stats:  

  • +60 Attack Damage
  • +25% Attack Speed
  • +20% Critical Chance

Passive:

  • Basic attacks grant a stack for 3 seconds, up to 2 stacks. At 2 stacks, the next basic attack consumes all stacks on-attack to deal 60 ( +45% bonus AD) bonus true damage on hit.
  • Empowers each of your other Legendary items with 10% bonus attack speed.
