Metro Exodus is a first-person shooter with a blend of survival, horror, stealth, and sandbox elements. This third entry of the Metro series takes place in the year 2036, after the nuclear war of 2013—which is a war that we are clearly unaware of—left the world in ruins. Through the eyes of 23-year-old Artyom, the player will start their journey in a frozen wasteland that has been blanketed with mutated beasts and unfriendly human beings. The greatest feature that this game offers has to be the elaborate equipment customization options. The player will be able to modify their weapons, armor, and utilities in the nearest outpost. Once they have tailored their loadout, they are ready to take on the next challenges of the deadly wilderness.
