[Top 10] Apex Legends Best Lifeline Skins That Look Freakin' Awesome

Best Apex Legends Lifeline Skins
A masked Ajay Che ready for battle.

10. Cold Compress (Good)

Starting off with one of Lifeline’s simpler outfits, we have the Epic Cold Compress. While this may be one of her less extravagant skins, that doesn’t mean it's not an eye-catching beauty.

What makes Cold Compress awesome?

  • Sticking on theme with her medic abilities, this outfit showcases Lifeline in a cute first-aider get-up.
  • Look at her eyes! They may be the spotlight feature of this skin but you definitely wouldn’t want to get taken out with them staring at you.
  • The colours complement each other so well, particularly her icy blue hair in contrast to the red headband she’s wearing.

Availability: Cold Compress could be obtained in the Season 10 Evolution Collection Event for 3,000 points.

9. My Wave (Good)

Talk about CUTE? This Legendary skin was released during the Dark Depths Event and there's no mistaking where the inspiration for it came from.

What makes My Wave awesome?

  • Calling all fans of anything aquatic… this skin is for you!
  • The shells on her buns are just the cutest thing and the detail of scales on her legs, Lifeline’s channelling her inner mermaid. It would be cool to see more underwater-themed skins in the future.
  • The aquamarine colour palette is just incredible, the Respawn designers never seem to miss when it comes to skin colours (particularly with Lifeline).

Availability: My Wave was originally released during Season 11’s Dark Depth Event through packs which were available through material crafting and Apex Coins.

8. Pirate Queen (Great)

This Legendary pirate-themed cosmetic has Lifeline showcasing warpaint, looking ready to hijack your team and steal your booty.

What makes Pirate Queen awesome?

  • As a Legendary Event skin, any player who copped this skin while it was available is one lucky person (and definitely the envy of many lifeline fans).
  • She has a tiny skeleton hand holding one of her buns in place and a skull on the other (how adorable!!!)
  • The pirate life(line) is for me. The design for this skin perfectly encapsulates both Lifeline and the theme of pirates, and we’re very much here for it.

Availability: Pirate Queen was part of Season 5’s Lost Treasure Collection Event and could be obtained using crafting materials and Apex Coins.

7. London Calling (Great)

From the plaid pants to the ribcage vest, this Legendary skin is a staple for anyone looking to bring some serious punk rock anarchy to the games.

What makes London Calling awesome?

  • With her history as a drummer in a punk rock band, this skin is perfect for the drumstick-wielding field medic.
  • Speaking of drumsticks, her heirloom is literal drumsticks. If you own this skin and her heirloom, you’re winning.
  • Like every Lifeline skin so far, the colours here are out of this world as well as the design elements implemented, everything about her screams punk queen!

Availability: London Calling has never been part of an event, instead it can be found in the Legends Menu and crafted for 1,200 crafting materials. It’s also the base skin for the recolour called ‘Rejuvenation’.

6. Mic Check (Great)

For all the hypebeast lovers, Mic Check dropped as part of a unique collaboration between Apex Legends and the fashion brand Market. Highly anticipated, this skin wasted no time in becoming a fan favourite.

What makes Mic Check awesome?

  • It's so unique and really suits Lifeline, her buns poking out of the bucket hat is something I didn’t know I needed.
  • The details are so exciting, particularly her orange shades and checkered belt and dungaree strap combination.
  • She’s carrying a literal stereo, that’s pretty sick.

Availability: Mic Check was initially released in a bundle as part of the Apex Legends X Market Store during Season 11 then later returned in another bundle during Season 13’s Summer Sundown Sale.

5. Bad to the Bone (Epic)

More anarchist Ajay Che? Don’t mind if I do. This Legendary Bad(ass) to the Bone skin is another punky skin for our queen of drums to sport.

What makes Bad to the Bone awesome?

  • Biker Ajay Che? What a concept.
  • Just like London Calling, Bad to the Bone is the perfect rebellious skin for Lifeline.
  • Everything is perfect, her red hair contrasting with her dark grungey outfit. With the small details of the wings on her jacket collar and the skull mask, our girl isn’t afraid to head into the games and cause some chaos in this skin.

Availability: Bad to the Bone was obtainable at Level 50 of the Season 8 Mayhem Battle Pass.

4. Breach and Clear (Epic)

What happened to anarchist Lifeline? Now we have SWAT specialist Ajay. (Are we mad about it? Not really). This Legendary skin just misses out on the top 3 but boy is it iconic.

What makes Breach and Clear awesome?

  • Lifeline skins aren’t shy of being incredibly unique and the SWAT-inspired cosmetic is no different, giving the fans a completely different style to our drum-loving medic.
  • Her usual iconic buns have been swapped out for what resembles night vision goggles and that's pretty sick (also such a great little detail, thanks Respawn).
  • Giving Lifeline a pretty individualist look, it would be pretty awesome to see Respawn do similar skins for the other Legends in future.

Availability: Breach and Clear could originally be obtained in Season 6’s Aftermarket Collection Event using crafting materials and Apex coins, it has since returned once in Season 11 for the Raiders Collection Event.

3. Judge Jury Executioner (Legendary)

In third we see Ajay swapping her usual friendly medic attire for this unforgettable Legendary masked skin, we’re shown a polarising depiction of Lifeline that is sure to leave her enemies quaking in their boots.

What makes Judge Jury Executioner awesome?

  • Featuring a great deal of attention to detail, Lifeline is seen in dark-panelled armour that perfectly contrasts with the golden accents and the eerily imposing white mask she wears.
  • New hairstyle unlocked! The dreads are a slight nod to her Caribbean-inspired heritage.
  • Back to the mask for a second, along with the metal-looking armour on the top half of her body, she looks almost machine-like (and that's a sick concept).

Availability: Judge Jury Executioner could originally be obtained in Season 2’s Iron Crown Event. It has since reappeared three times. A recolour called ‘Ghost Stalker’ was also released in Season 8’s War Game Event and has since featured in the shop once.

2. Healing Huntress (Legendary)

Hot of the press, in second we have the Legendary newest addition to the outstanding collection of Lifeline cosmetics (I mean, just look at it, Respawn have outdone themselves).

What makes Healing Huntress awesome?

  • If this skin wasn’t awesome enough on its own, it’s also a reference to the Jungle Hunter from Predator.
  • And it has a matching Peacekeeper skin which is equally as alluring.
  • It's so UNIQUE (as are all the others from the Beast of Prey Collection Event) but the neon greens and reds, the netting over her midriff, the necklace made of bones and let's not forget about her eyes, they’re piercing. No detail was left untouched.

Availability: Healing Huntress was originally part of Season 14’s Beast of Prey Event where it could be obtained using 1,800 Apex Coins.

See Healing Huntress in action here.

1. From the Ashes (Legendary)

While Lifeline may have arguably some of the most iconic skins in the game, the Legendary demonic From the Ashes was always going to come out on top.

What makes From the Ashes awesome?

  • Just look at it. She’s donning horns and cracked volcanic-like skin, that's awesome.
  • Dropping in on the Thermal Sation on World’s Edge in this skin is the pinnacle of badass, they go hand in hand.
  • Complete with a recolour called ‘Hell Raiser’ that is equally as stunning, This skin just goes beyond the threshold of legendary.

Availability: From the Ashes could originally be obtained in the Season 3 Battle Pass, it’s one of her rarest skins. The recolour, ‘Hell Raiser’ was part of Season 8’s Anniversary collection Event and has since made a return during the Season 11 Lunar New Year Sale.
