[Top 10] Monster Hunter Rise Best Rampage Weapons (And How To Get Them)

Rampage monsters

Rampage weapons are one of the exciting new features that come with the arrival of Monster Hunter Rise, but what do they do? And are they even decent?

With the addition of rampage weapons also come new skills that can be given to every weapon, these are called rampage skills. Rampage skills require slots to be equipped and what makes rampage weapons special is the fact that they have five slots for skills.

Additionally, they can be equipped with all skills— this is a feat limited only to rampage weapons. Available skills include the ability to choose any element for your weapon, this makes all rampage weapons pretty versatile.

To obtain any rampage weapon, you must play through all Apex rampages repeatedly until you earn enough materials. You may also wait until HR 100 to be able to hunt Apex monsters in isolation.

10. Rampage L. Bowgun S

It must be stressed that the value of a rampage weapon lies in how it places in the meta of its respective weapon type.

So… how does this weapon place? Not well, but not bad either.

There are only so many weapon types, meaning that being top ten doesn't mean much.

Weapon Stats:

  • Attack: 190
  • Affinity: 0%
  • Recoil: Average

What makes the Abyssal Gale Barrage so great:

  • Decent damage.

9. Rampage Blade S

Ninth on the list we have one of the most popular longswords in the game, for very unorthodox reasons.

The Rampage S Blade is the best weapon on this list for fashion purposes. That’s right, fashion. This sword can be matched with any armor you want by layering it. This process allows the Rampage S Blade to mimic the look of any sword.

Although it is indeed very fashionable, the Rampage S Blade also possesses a high base attack. However, there are much better options out there for longsword users.

  • Sharpness: low blue

Like the previous entry, this can be layered with any weapon to make it more aesthetically pleasing.

On top of that amazing feat, Rampage Bow S also belongs to the rapid class of bows. Rapid-type bows are easily the most consistent damage-dealing bow type and are usually considered the best bow type.

The only downside to the Rampage Bow S is that you will need to craft a duplicate for every elemental type you want. This means you are going to need a lot of Rampage Bows.

Weapon Stats:

  • Attack: 210
  • Affinity: 0%
  • Element Damage: Yes
