1. Seele

One of Wildfire’s most valiant and fearless members. 

Along with being one of the best Quantum characters in the game, Seele is one of the strongest Single Target DPS characters to play. Her speed buffs and damage output put her at the top of any list.

Seele is on the path of the Hunt, making her a main damage dealer against elite enemies. But, her ability to take multiple turns  makes her great against multiple enemies as well. 

Her skill deals damage to a single target and will increase her speed by 25% for 2 turns. Because of this, Seele is one of the fastest acting characters in the game, giving her lots of opportunity to do damage. 

Her ultimate puts her in a buffed state where she gains a 88% damage increase at max trace level. This buff will last for the ultimate hit and one turn after. If Seele is able to defeat an enemy during this, her talent is triggered and she will gain an extra turn. 

She can deal massive damage against enemies with these extra turns and can end battles before the enemy has a chance to act. She’s a strong character to have on your team,especially if you're facing enemies that have Quantum Weakness. 

What makes Seele Great for DPS:

  • Her ultimate will buff her damage output

2. Imbibitor Lunae

Bearer of the Azure Dragon’s legacy and entrusted with the duty of guarding the Ambrosial Arbor. 

Imbibitor Lunae is Dan Heng’s secondary 5-star  form. His kit revolves around enhancing his basic attack up to three times to do crazy amounts of damage. 

At x1, his enhanced basic hits 3 times and deals 260% of his ATK to a single target. At x2, his enhanced basic  hits 5 times and deals 380%to a single target and two hits dealing 60% to adjacent enemies. At x3, his enhanced basic hits 7 times dealing 500% to a single target with the last four hits dealing 180% to adjacent enemies . 

At maxed trace levels, Imbibitor Lunae deals massive amounts of damage to single targets and the enemies adjacent to them.  Enhancing the basic attack will increase the amount of energy and toughness damage that is brought by each attack. 

At x1, he gains 30 energy and deals 60 toughness damage. At x2, 35 energy and 90 toughness damage. And at x3, 40 energy and 120 toughness damage. 

His ultimate hits 3 times and deals 300% attack to a single target and 140% to adjacent enemies at max trace level. His ultimate also grants him 2 stacks of Squama Sacrosancta which can be used in place of skill points when enhancing his attack. 

He also gains stacks of Righteous Heart after each hit unleashed during an attack. The effect can stack up to 6 times and each stack grants up to 10% increased damage at max trace level, lasting until the end of his turn. 

His skill also has a passive buff for his 2nd and 3rd enhancement levels, where starting from the 4 hit onwards, he will gain a stack of Outroar up to 4 stacks. Each stack increases his CRIT DMG by 12 % at max trace level. 

These enhancements increase his damage output to insane levels, making even the toughest of enemies that much easier to conquer. There is a lot of extra damage granted as he uses his enhanced attack and ultimate, making him great DPS character to use in game

What makes Imbibitor Lunae Great for DPS:

  • Enhanced attacks deal increased damage, and regenerate energy
  • His skill passive grants increased CRIT DMG 
  • Attacks both Single Target and adjacent enemies.

Choose Imbibitor Lunae if:

  • Your team has characters that do not need to use a lot of skill points
  • You’re facing characters with Imaginary Weakness

 

3. Blade

A member of the Stellaron Hunters, a swordsman who abandoned his body to become a blade. 

Blade is a great DPS for dealing Multi-arget damage. He consumes his own HP to do devastating Wind attacks. 

His skill allows him to consume 30% of his Max HP to enhance his basic attack to Forest of Swords for three turns. In this state his his attack DMG increases by 12%-40%. 

His ultimate will set his HP to 50% of his Max HP and deals Wind DMG equal to the sum of 24% his ATK, 60% his max HP, and 60% his total HP loss in the current battle to a single enemy and 9.6% of his ATK, 24% of his max HP and 24% of his HP loss to adjacent targets. The more HP Blade has, and the more HP he loses, make his damage output all the more powerful. 

When Blade sustains DMG or consumes his HP, he gets stacks of Charge up to 5 times. When Charge reaches its maximum, it launches a follow-up attack on all enemies and restores Blade’s HP by 25% of his Max HP. 

While consuming HP for higher damage, makes him riskier to play , his attack power is no joke. With a good healer, he  can be really strong in battle. 

What makes Blade great for DPS:

  • Multi-Target damage
  • Enhanced basic attack increases damage dealt
  • Follow-up attack deals damage and restores HP

Choose Blade if:

  • You have a good healer on your team
  • You’re facing multiple enemies at once

 

4. Kafka

A calm, collected beauty and the most wanted person on the IPC’s list. 

Kafka is the best DoT DPS.. Her strength lies in her ability to deal massive lighting and DoT DMG while also triggering her teammates DoT effects. 

Her skill deals Lighting DMG equal to 80% of Kafka’s attack to a target enemy and 30% to adjacent enemies. If the target enemy is currently receiving DoT, all DoT’s on that enemy will immediately produce damage equal to 60% of their original damage. Her skill is great for enabling damage that other teammates apply during battle.  

Her ultimate deals Lighting DMG equal to 48% of her ATK to all enemies and has a 100% base chance for enemies to become shocked and immediately take damage from their current shock state. While they are shocked, enemies will receive Lighting DMG equal to 116% of Kafka’s ATK at the beginning of each turn. Her ultimate is especially powerful as it applies shock to all enemies while also dealing normal Lighting DMG. 

After an ally uses a basic attack on an enemy, Kafka launches a follow-up attack and deals Lighting DMG equal to 50 % of Kafka’s ATK to the enemy, with a 100% base chance to inflict shock equivalent to that applied by her ultimate for 2 turns. 

Not only does Kafka deal insane damage with her skill and ultimate, her kit is designed to amplify DoT damage during battle.

Why Kafka is great for DPS:

  • Amplifies DoT damage
  • Follow-up attack applies DoT
  • Triggers DoT effects that are currently on enemies

Choose Kafka if:

  • Your team has strong DoT units
  • You’re facing enemies with Lighting Weakness

 

5. Clara

A shy young orphan girl accompanied by an ancient mech named Svarog. 

Clara is an underrated Physical DPS. She does incredible damage with her counterattack and can be a really tanky unit. 

Her talent is where her power lies. It grants her a permanent 10% DMG reduction. When enemies are attacking, Svarog will mark the ones that attack Clara with Mark of Counter and retaliate with a counter, dealing DMG equal to 80% of Clara’s ATK.

Her skill deals Physical DMG equal to 60% of her ATK and deals additional damage to enemies marked by Svarog.

Her ultimate will further reduce the damage dealt to her by an extra 15% and increase the chances of Clara being attacked by enemies for 2 turns. Svarog's counter is enhanced and when an ally is attacked, Svarog will launch a counterattack with increased DMG against the enemy.  Enemies adjacent will take 96% of damage dealt to the target enemy. 

Using Clara’s ultimate will increase the chance to trigger her talent, allowing her to deal astonishing amounts of damage to enemies without using skill points. 

What makes Clara great for DPS:

  • Skill point efficient
  • Will deal damage when an enemy attacks her
  • AoE damage dealer

Choose Clara if:

  • You need a tanky DPS
  • You’re facing enemies with Physical Weakness

 

6. Jing Yuan

One of the seven Arbiter-Generals of the Xianzhou Alliance and one of the Six Charioteers of the Xianzhou Luofu. 

This five star lightning character is capable of dealing strong damage against enemies, both single target and AoE.

His Lightning-Lord follow-up attack is the best part of his skill set and is really good at hitting multiple enemies at once. At the start of battle, the Lightning-Lord will take place in the team roster and will deal 33% of Jing Yuan’s ATK to a single enemy and 25% to enemies adjacent to it. 

Jing Yuan’s skill will deal Lightning DMG to all enemies and increase the Lightning-ord’s Hits Per Action by 2. The higher the Hits Per Action, the faster the Lightning-ord acts. 

Essentially, Jing Yuan adds a fifth damage dealing ally to the team, and his ultimate deals 120% of his ATK to all enemies as well. He’s a strong DPS for dealing with multiple enemies, especially when they have Lighting Weakness.

What makes Jing Yuan great for DPS:

  • His follow-up attack deals massive damage to multiple enemies
  • Great for Lighting Weakness break
  • Does Single-arget and AoE damage

Choose Jing Yuan if:

  • You are facing multiple enemies at once
  • You are facing enemies with Lighting Weakness

 

7. Yanqing

General Jing Yuan’s retainer and gifted swordsman. Luofu Cloud Knight Lieutenant Yanqing, reporting for duty!

Yanqing is another great Single-arget DPS. He  buffs his personal damage output and can decrease his likelihood of being attacked by enemies. 

His skill will deal Ice DMG equal to 110% of his ATK to a single enemy and activates Soulsteel Sync for 1 turn. When Soulsteel Sync is active, Yanqing is less likely to be attacked by enemies and his CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG increase by 15%. 

After Yanqing attacks an enemy there is a 50% chance to perform a follow-up attack dealing Ice DMG  with a 65% base chance to freeze the enemy for 1 turn.

His ultimate increases his CRIT Rate by 60% and deals Ice DMG equal to 210% of Yanqing’s ATK to a single enemy.If Soulsteel Sync is active, his CRIT DMG increases by an extra 30% for 1 turn.

He deals high amounts, can buff his personal attacks and has the potential to freeze enemies. With all the training he does, it’s no wonder he makes for a great DPS unit..  

What makes Yanging great for DPS:

He can increase his CRIT Rate and DMG

High Ice damage output

Can freeze the enemy with his follow-up attack

Choose Yanging if:

You’re facing enemies with Ice Weakness

You need Single-Target damage 

 

8. Welt

Seasoned member of the Astral Express Crew.

Welt is an amazing DPS for maintaining  control against multiple enemies while also dealing ridiculous amounts of Imaginary DMG. 

His skill deals Imaginary DMG equal to 36% of Welt’s ATK to a single enemy and deals DMG 2 extra times to a random enemy. On hit, there is a 65% base chance to reduce the enemies SPD by 10% for 2 turns. 

His ultimate deals Imaginary DMG equal to 90% of Welt’s ATK to all enemies with a 100% base chance for enemies to be imprisoned for 1 turn. Imprisoned enemies have their actions delayed by 32% and SPD reduced by 10%.

His talent allows him to deal additional damage to slowed enemies equal to 30% of his ATK. 

If you find yourself against enemies that can advance their actions or summon more enemies during battle, Welt is a great option for managing crowds and speed.  

What makes Welt great for DPS:

  • Can reduce the enemy’s speed
  • Can imprison enemies, delaying their actions
  • Deals extra damage when enemies are slowed

Choose Welt if:

  • You need crowd control during battle
  • You are facing enemies with Imaginary Weakness

 

9. Sushang

Newcomer to the Cloud Knights eager to become a legendary figure herself. 

Sushang is a really fun Physical DPS to play, spamming her ultimate to deal massive amounts of damage to single targets.

Her skill deals Physical DMG equal to 105% of Sushang’ s ATK to a single enemy and immediately advances her action forward by 100%. 

Her ultimate summons a giant chicken that deals Physical DMG equal to 192% of Sushang’s ATK to a single enemy and advances her action forward by 100%. Her ATK increases by 18% and using her skill will have 2 extra chances to trigger Sword Stance for 2 turns, dealing extra damage to enemies. 

Her talent also increases sushang’s SPD by 15% for 2 turns when there is an enemy with Weakness Break on the field. 

What makes Sushang great for DPS:

  • Can advance her actions forward
  • Deals large amounts of physical damage
  • Using her skill and ultimate increases her ATK power

Choose Sushang if:

  • You need a DPS that acts quickly in battle
  • You’re facing enemies with Physcial Weakness

 

10. Himeko

The beautiful navigator of the Astral Express. 

Himeko is a reliable AoE DPS who can easily clear away multiple enemies at once. 

Her skill deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of her ATK to a single enemy and 40% to enemies adjacent to it. 

Her ultimate deals Fire DMG equal to 138% of Himeko’s ATK to all enemies. 

Himeko gains stacks of Charge whenever an enemy’s Weakness is broken. When she gains three of these stacks, Himeko will perform a follow-up attack that deals damage to all enemies. 

She also has a bonus ability that gives her a 50% base chance to inflict Burn on enemies for 2 turns. Himeko will deal more damage to enemies afflicted with Burn. 

What makes Himeko great for DPS:

  • AoE damage dealer
  • Weakness breaks trigger follow-up attack
  • Can inflict DoT on enemies

Choose Himeko if:

  • You’re facing multiple enemies at once
  • You’re facing enemies with Fire Weakness
