5 . Switchblade

The switchblade is probably the earliest knife you can find in the game. While it doesn’t cause serious damage, it can help in slowing the target down. The switchblades work in two attacks. The first attack is a thrust and the second is a swing at the target. Upgrading the switchblade with the serrated blade causes the target to bleed and gives exceptional damage to them.

Pickman’s blade is a unique item found in the game. It can only be accessed from Pickman’s Gallery with the help of Pickman himself, who is a serial killer and artist. It has two built-in mods. One is the Wounding effect where the target bleeds for an extra 25 damage points and another is the stealth mod which deals additional sneak damage. The mods can stack which results in more points of bleeding and damage useful throughout the game.

Kremvh’s Tooth is another unique weapon found in Fallout 4. It is equipped with a mod called Sacrificial Blade which gives the weapon a large damage boost, additional poison and bleeding damage for a small amount of time, and a very unique shape. It can also be upgraded with the serrated blade mod to give it extra bleeding damage. All in all, it’s the best knife-based weapon you can find in the game.
