CS:GO Top Plays of 2017
Get_Right has been playing Counter-Strike since 2003.

The year 2017 was exciting. With many big tournaments, players had the opportunity to prove themselves as true winners. Playing well wasn’t often enough for winning and many players had to do spectacular plays to secure the victory. Here we present the list of our favourite plays of 2017.

10) Michael "shroud" Grzesiek

Starting off with the list, 1v3 clutch by ex-professional player Shroud is a truly remarkable sight. In ESL One Cologne’s Semi-final he retook A site from NaVi in just 7 seconds single-handedly. This was a showcase how talented he is.

9) Kenny "kennyS" Schrub

Le MagicieN is notorious for his amazing skill with AWP. In closed qualifier of IEM Katowice 2017 he proved that he’s worthy of being called one of the best AWPers in the world. While defending B bombsite of Train, he got a quad kill that is worth mentioning. He won the round by two quick kills followed up by two great noscopes he’s known for.

8) Mikhail "Dosia" Stolyarov

Another memorable play was made by Dosia, the X god himself. It wasn’t about aim though as his knowledge and game sense were the reason of this play that took place at PGL Major Krakow. Immortals planted the bomb and secured themselves an easy round. LUCAS1 and Steel were saving in the pit and Dosia got a great idea – he threw a grenade right next to them and made their survival impossible. This play is something everybody will remember as there’s a graffiti in Inferno’s pit.

7) Marcelo "coldzera" David

The Brazilian superstar coldzera has made many great plays and this one belongs among them as well. At DreamHack Open Summer 2017 he found himself in a 1v4 situation on Mirage’s B Site. Fourth round went in favour of SK Gaming thanks to cold’s quick four kills with AK-47.

6) Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt

1v5 situations are something one doesn’t win every day. French in-game leader managed to make a spectacular play and secure the seventh round of ECS Season 3 Europe on Inferno. A surprising kill on RpK was followed up by two quick headshots from A site. With two enemies remaining, NBK- pulled off the round by a spray down that killed both remaining players.

5) Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg

F0rest, the legend from Ninjas in Pyjamas, shows his brilliant skills at ESL Cologne 2017.
His team was losing 4-0 against Mousesports and it was he who interrupted their winning streak. Fifth round of Cache was taken by him after getting a beautiful ace. Five headshots, 4 one-taps – this is the old school F0rest everyone wants to see.

4) Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács

Grand finale of EPL Season Six Finals offered an unusual sight for viewers. Slovakian AWPer found himself in a 1v2 situation against fer and Fallen from SK Gaming. With only 13 bullets in his CZ75-Auto, he made an unbelievable play. After killing Fer, who was defending the defusing Fallen, GuardiaN ran out of ammo and did the only thing he could do – ran into a smoke with knife in his hand and stabbed Fallen with just two seconds left on the defuse.

3) Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen

Danish sharpshooter scored a fantastic ace during the grand finale at IEM Katowice. Holding a deagle in his hands, dupreeh managed to kill all five players from Faze. Four of them ran through monster, while Rain was trying to flank from Short. Faze got absolutely destroyed in less than 15 seconds.

2) Andreas "Xyp9x" Højsleth

An unthinkable play was made by Xyp9x on second map of ELEAGUE Major 2017 Grand Final in Atlanta. He found himself in 1v3 against Virtus.Pro. After killing the first guy, he was downed to 1 HP and nobody was expecting him to win this situation, yet he managed to kill both players and secure eleventh round for Astralis.

1) Jonas "Lekr0" Olofsson

During cs_summit 1, a lan party in Los Angeles, Swedish rifler Lekr0 made the unthinkable happen – he won a 1v5 situation with Deagle against a full buy of Gambit. He proved that he’s got what it takes by clearing Gambit’s A site on Cache with five clean headshots.
