About this Build:

This build is the most common you’ll see when facing a Spectre, Many of the items built here synergize with her abilities. For example, Radiance deals damage over time in the surrounding area of the hero, but this also stacks with illusions at a diminished rate allowing you to really set the ground ablaze. Being an agility hero means although not the least durable they aren’t exactly all tanks, well Spectre can beg to differ building a Manta-Style allows for additional and constant illusions, while building a Blade Mail increases the amount of reflect damage which stacks with her third ability that reflects damage taken by her in a small area around her. These Items catapult the hero's effectiveness and make her very dangerous, This is a solid build and I recommend it for anyone looking to play her.

About this Build:

This build supports a more aggressive playstyle, but if you combine these items with her second ability Desolate can lead to a very upset enemy, especially against other carries. The build calls for the normal Manta-Style but also has you pick up the Skull Basher this helps with fighting as well as the small mini-stun to interrupt enemy abilities and offer additional lockdown. With the Eye of Skadi which is one of if not the last item you build you will see a very large stat increase from the item as well as reduces the enemy's ability to heal up from your onslaught. This build is a good build to try if you find yourself ahead in the lane or you outmatch your opponents.

3. 23Savage’s Spectre Build:

About this Build:

This is the build that we can see 23Savage taking Spectre into a scrimmage where he ends the game in victory going 18/2/18. Diving into the build we see him pick up a Manta-Style of course, but also we also see him pick up the Aghanim’s Sceptre which gives him a significant level of mobility granting the ability to create a single target version of Spectre’s ultimate and swap to it. As if that wasn’t bad enough 23Savage also ends up picking a Moon Shard up to increase attack speed getting the most out of Desolate for massive damage output.

About this Build:

So when I tried this build out I was super skeptical but it turned out to be super fun. The attack speed steroid that Mask of Madness gives turns you into a hero blender with your auto-attacks. Although Mask of Madness silences you rendering your abilities useless it significantly boldens your attack speed even further. When you build your Skull Basher this combo makes shutting down a single enemy pretty easy, it’s also satisfying to see enemies trying to run from you while you wait away at them. If repeated stuns aren’t enough for you, build the Eye of Skadi and watch your enemies' movement speed and regen plummet into the ground. Surprisingly enough it has you building Manta-Style last. In my humble opinion, this build is fun but not my favorite by far.

1. ARTEEZY [Spectre] Imba Meta Scepter Build:

About this Build:

So I replicated this build above that we see Arteezy take Spectre into a PUB game and end 17/8/24 and to be honest it was an extremely enjoyable experience. Building a Silver Edge to get the drop on your enemies before using Manta Style to lay on the hurt. Silver Edge also gives Spectre a means of escape when the enemy has had enough of you. You also can see him pick up a Butterfly that will not only increase your attack speed but give you Evasion to survive in fights longer. These items already make you a standing force but when you build into Aghanim’s Scepter you give yourself a lot of mobility and harass potential. When late-game hits building Abyssal Blade with the bash chance as well as the active Stun capability and Moon-shard gives you the damage output you need to survive and finish off enemies with the increase to attack speed it gives. This build is a very good one for intermediate to advanced Dota 2 players.
