What are the best equipment in Persona 5 Royal?
As with any RPG, the best equipment can save you from a sticky situation when combat gets dire.
In Persona 5 Royal there is plenty of weapons and armor to choose from. Here is a list of the best equipment that you can obtain for each character.
Best Equipments for Joker
Melee Weapon: Plasma Knife
- It offers an attack of 296 and accuracy of 96, not the highest stat melee weapon, but ability to have low shock makes up for it.

Ranged Weapon: Tyrant Pistol EX
- It offers an attack of 370, accuracy of 85, and 8 rounds as well as +15 magic, making it the best ranged weapon for Joker in the game.

Armor: Tantric Oath
- It offers a defense of 272 and evade of 18 which is not as high as the other armors however its high chance of reducing magic damage more than makes up for it.

Ranged Weapon: Providence
It offers an attack of 350, accuracy of 75, 10 rounds, and +13 Agility effect; this is the best combined stats out of Yusuke’s ranged weapons.
Armor: Lucky Underwear
It offers a defense of 345 and evade of 15, though evade stats are on the lower end it also adds +50 HP which can be life-saving.

Melee Weapon: Unparalleled Vajra
It offers an attack of 325, accuracy of 90, and +High Random Ailment effect; the best combined stats out of Makoto’s melee weapons.
