The other elemental skills are able to be nulled or repelled by certain types of enemies. However, Almighty skills are non-elemental in property and aren’t susceptible to elemental defenses by enemies making it the most useful and powerful skill type.

Megidola is the perfect middle ground between Megido and Megidolaon. It deals just enough Almighty damage to finish off an enemy when they are close to death without wasting too much SP. The skill can be utilized by practically every Persona making it extremely versatile and useful

Why Megidola is Great:

  • Able to finish off a group of enemies when they are on low health without using too much SP.
  • Base Almighty attack that comes innately with some Personas like Pale Rider.
  • Skill can be passed on to other Personas during fusion.
  • It can be boosted with Almighty Amp.
  • Satanael exclusive, boosted with Pagan Allure and Tyrant’s Mind.

  • Deals heavy Almighty damage to all foes.

Foul Breath is an extremely useful support skill to utilize against enemies who have no elemental weaknesses such as a single boss. Using Foul Breath in combination with skills such as Dormina can turn the tide of a tough boss fight to your favor.

  • Able to stun an enemy for one whole turn if used effectively in combination with ailments like Dormina.
  • Comes in combination with ailments innately with some Personas like Mothman.
  • Skill can be passed on to other Personas during fusion.

Using Stagnant Air in combination with skills such as Lullaby can help save your party when you are surrounded by enemies during an ambush.

  • Able to stun all enemies for one whole turn if used effectively in combination with ailments like Lullaby.
  • Comes in combination with ailments innately with some Personas like Black Ooze.
  • Skill can be passed on to other Personas during fusion.

7. Black Viper

Black Viper is the version of Megidolaon that targets one singular enemy. It deals a severe amount of Almighty damage to give you a great head start when in combat against a boss without elemental weaknesses.

  • Able to give you a head start or finish off a strong enemy or boss with no elemental weaknesses.
  • Slightly more damage compared to Megidolaon as it is specifically targeted to one enemy.

  • Severe Almighty damage to 1 foe.

  • It can be boosted with Almighty Amp.
  • The exclusive trait of lucifer, Forbidden Knowledge, reduces the cost of skill by 75%.

A version of Megidola unique to Thanatos with the added perk of a medium chance to instant kill. It deals just enough Almighty damage to finish off an enemy when they are close to death without wasting too much SP and gives you a chance to instantly kill enemies. It can cost less SP than Megidola skill with Thanatos trait, Iron Heart.

Why Door of Hades is Great:

  • Able to deal enough damage to finish off a group of enemies that has no elemental weaknesses.
  • Comes as an innate skill unique to Thanatos.
  • It can be boosted with Almighty Amp.
  • Thanatos trait, Iron Heart, halves the cost of skill after a Baton pass.

Door of Hades Details:

  • Heavy Almighty damage to all foes with a medium chance of instant kill.
  • Unique to Thanatos.
  • Costs 32 SP.
