[Top 5] Path of Exile Fastest Clearing Builds That Are Powerful

Path of Exile Fastest Builds
When it comes to clearing maps at lightning speed in Path of Exile, these builds are like The Flash on a loot-hunting mission – blink, and you'll miss the carnage!

One of the best strategies of farming as well as being the thing that most players enjoy, is killing hoards of monsters as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Speed clear meta is what has driven PoE for the past 7 years, and it only gets faster and faster. Here are 5 builds that excel at that!

5. Low Life CoC Ice Nova/Ice Spear

What a mouthful. But LL Cast on Crit is a staple to PoE, and with the buffs to both Ice Nova and Ice Spear, it’s difficult to say which would be the best and, having played both extensively, I feel that Ice Spear wins out in damage, but Ice Nova wins out in the delightful clearing it has. Both are so similar that you can mostly switch between one another at your leisure.

What Low Life CoC Ice Nova/Spear Excels in:

  • Surprisingly Tanky
  • Buttery smooth clearing
  • Scales supremely well with investment
  • Looks amazing with MTX
  • Freezes screens of monsters

Pick Cast on Crit Ice Spear if you Like:

  • CoC Builds
  • Clear as fast as you move
  • Demolish all content

Ice Nova/Spear LL CoC details:

  • As a Low Life build, we use Shavrone’s Wrappings, and to further make use of our life pool, we use a Prism Guardian in order to reserve 3 50% auras (Hatred, Grace, and Zealotry), and then still have all of our Mana to reserve other auras and utilities, like Skitterbots, Herald of Ice, or Banners.
  • If you go with the Ice Spear, I’d recommend getting a +1 Proj helm to enchant, as that is a massive boost to DPS since Ice Spear can shotgun enemies. And with alt-quality Faster Proj, you can get 60% return projectiles, which massively increases your single target!
  • You can either go with a Cospri’s Malice as your weapon, or you can use a dagger with Vagan Mod to not worry about accuracy at all while also getting a ton of good benefits, like Crit Multi, Crit Chance, +1 to all Cold (levels for spells are the best to increase their damage) and attack speed.
  • That is important because there are certain thresholds you wanna reach with CoC builds, those being 7.57 and 10.10 attacks per second (with all buffs active). So you need a quick weapon to reach that attack speed threshold (and not go over it), as it will significantly ruin your damage. Aim to get it as close but UNDER the point. As well as getting a ton of CDR, with 52% being required for 10 aps.

4. Tripolar Bear’s Kinetic Blast Corrupting Fever Champion/Gladiator

KB CF is a fantastic build that can be played by multiple Ascendancies, though primarily Gladiator or Champion. Each specialises in different things and has variances in their ceiling and capabilities, but they are all fantastic mappers, extremely cheap and simple to play, and amazing League Starters.

What the Kinetic Blast Corrupting Fever Excels in:

  • Wonderful League Starter.
  • Can do most content on a budget.
  • One of the quickest mappers without investment.
  • Comfortable playstyle.

Pick Kinetic Blast Corrupting Fever if you Like:

  • Popping packs in a gory explosion
  • Most satisfying sound in the game
  • Zoom through maps with Perm Adrenaline and/or Arena Charges

Kinetic Blast CF details:

  • This build has a hard ceiling in its single target damage. While it is possible to clear most content, the investment required to achieve that is quite substantial. As such, most people who use this build will focus mostly on mapping, and what a fantastic mapper it is. You’ll want as many Levels to Physical Gems as possible, and to boost your single target a bit, you can use a double 5L with Exsanguinate (or Poet’s Pen to get there).
  • You can get a lot of damage by using a +2 Amulet, +2 wand, Dialla’s Malefaction, after its buffs, for a +4, while using an Empower, to reach over level 30 on your CF!
  • Explody is by far the best way to improve your clearing, so you either want a Haemophilia or Asenath’s Gentle Touch (if you’re doing Champion), or spec into Gratuitous Violence from Gladiator.

3.  K2Gaming’s Wardloop Ascendant

Made extremely popular in both Archnemesis and Sentinel League, this archetype revolves around a few unique mechanics to create a self-sustaining loop of carnage, that will essentially play by itself. It’s a fun build though not for all tastes.

What the Wardloop Excels In:

  • Fantastic clearing
  • Great single-target damage
  • Auto-targeting, walking simulator
  • Easy and fun to play

Pick Wardloop if you Like:

  • Unique specific mechanics
  • Self-damaging builds
  • Clearing without having to attack
  • Spending as much as you can and yet still needing more money.

Wardloop details:

  • The build revolves around Olroth’s Resolve unique Iron Flask, which makes your Ward permanent while it’s in effect (and thus, you want to have 100% uptime on it), at the high cost of a 70% less Ward modifier.
  • This means you need a lot of Ward to make this effective, as you cast spells through self-damage. And you ignore that damage entirely because you have a large Ward pool (which is never broken because of the flask), but still trigger your Cast When Damage Taken.
  • The spell-feed-loop works, and it’s a delicate balance, with two To Dust jewels with the perfect amount of Reduced Skeleton Duration and a Catalised Heartbound Loop (hence the build’s name), which damages you when a minion dies. And we cast skeletons when we take damage, which are instantly ‘killed’ because their duration is almost 0, thus proccing the Heartbound Loop, and all our spells in a self-perpetuating loop.

2. Pohx’s Righteous Fire/ Fire Trap Juggernaut

Though it may seem crazy to consider RF to be a fast mapper, with either Asenath’s and ignite proliferation, or using Maven Boots, you kill as fast as you Shield Charge, exploding packs and not taking damage while doing so.

What the RF/Fire Trap Jugg Excels in:

  • Safe Bossing
  • Insanely Tanky
  • Can clear quite quickly with Maven Boots
  • League Starter, HC, SSF Viable

Pick Righteous Fire/Fire Trap if you Like:

  • Cruise through maps without a care in the world, and nothing hurt you
  • Ignore all downsides and survivability issues most people suffer with degens and ground dots
  • Clear as quickly as you Shield Charge, with everything exploding around you.

RF/Fire Trap details:

  • RF works by dealing damage based on our ES and Life pool. We scale as much HP as possible to increase the base value, which in turn gets increased by our supports. We aim to use a Pseudo 6/7-Link helmet, with Concentrated AoE, Burning Damage, and 30% more elemental multiplier from Essence of Horror. Which is absurdly expensive to craft, but it’s BiS.
  • Our defenses come from Brass Dome, which grants us a whopping 5% max all res, scaling max res in the passive tree as well as using a Saffel’s for another +4%, to reach 88% max fire res and 87% cold and lightning resistance.
  • As a secondary source of damage, we use Fire Trap. You can either slot it in the 6L Brass Dome (look for good corruptions, like +2 Duration or +1 all), or in the helmet, with the Pseudo 6~7 Link.

1. Elesshar’s Omni Tornado Shot Deadeye

Crystalized Omniscience is probably one of the biggest mistakes and simultaneously one of the most potent items GGG ever made, in basic raw power. Combining it with massive Elemental Bow Buffs, we are left with a ton of damage and can essentially ignore Resistances both on our gear and on enemies, as we shred through any, having over 90% Triple Ele Pen and 90% All Ele Res.

What the Omni Tornado Shot Excels in:

  • One of the best clearing skills in the game
  • Can delete bosses with proper investment
  • Scales supremely well

Pick Omni Tornado Shot if you Like:

  • One button builds, no gear swap
  • Off-screening 3 screens away from you
  • Farming faster than god

Crystalized Omniscience Tornado Shot details:

  • While this build can be quite squishy, and thus not played in hardcore, we tend to circumvent this issue by simply killing everything in our path way before we are killed. Additionally, getting your hands on a 6-Linked 1100+ eDPS is quite easy, and as such, there’s no need to worry further about lack of damage. Just spam Deafening Essences of Wrath, Anger or Hatred on a Fractured Spine Bow with T1 or T2 Added Ele dmg, craft attack speed, and you’re done!
  • Since we are an Omni Build, our gearing is unique, forgoing any form of resistance in lieu of Attributes, stacking it as much as possible, granting us 1% Ele Pen and 1% All Elemental Res per 15 Omni, and we can easily reach over 1300 Omni.
  • The most important thing for Tornado Shot is extra projectiles, and as such, we try to get it both on our bow +1/+2 and through our Quiver +1. But since GGG added +2 Projectiles on the passive tree, that has become even easier and stronger! That, combined with a Dying Sun pretty much covers our needs.
