My last article on GTA was on the best facilities. While there were a decent amount(9) those aren't the only locations players can kill time or to have fun. 

Now If you play GTA online then you've seen these before. Maybe you want to buy one but need more information before you do?

Well you're in luck! Today I'm going to discuss the 10 best club house locations and why they are good to use. Along with that I will go over in a humorous way how each location can be used to the players advantage. Overall there are 12 clubhouses so if your favorite one isn't here let us know. 

#10. Great Chaparral ($200,000 or Free With The Starter Pack) 

This is no man's land from vinewood hills to the Grand Senora Desert. This can be technically in the middle of nowhere or somewhere depending on your needs.

What's good about this location is exactly what was said in the intro. It's in the middle of nowhere. The great chaparral is in a grassy hill area and is mostly empty for the most part. This is good for players  because you can get to both areas in a short amount of time. 

My Insight on the Great Chaparral is that it's a good starter clubhouse for new players. Furthermore the price you can buy it at is low enough for you to afford(If you get the starter pack then you get this for free who can say no to that?) 

My advice to anyone who wants this is to use the clubhouse to gain profit so you can run heists. Since its In no man's land I recommend bringing a bike or a helicopter to get back and forth. 

What's Great About The Great Chaparral : 

• The location. Being in the middle of nowhere means you don't have many players to oppose you while you do your thing. 
• The combination of other businesses. This clubhouse acts as a biker club and a meth lab. 
• It's Free. This is the only clubhouse in the game that you can obtain for free if you have the criminal enterprise starter pack.

#9. Sandy Shores ($210,000) 

The Sandy shores clubhouse is supposed to be a beach house that's nowhere near the ocean. Located near the lake and close by the desert airport this clubhouse is worth it if you can deal with the distance. 

What's good about the location? Well there's another clubhouse located to the west as you can see from the picture. Another reason the location is good? The lake! This lets players use a boat to reach the other side.

My insight? Well for the price this isn't the worst. The only downside would be how far it is located from the actual city. Most of your missions will be near your clubhouse anyway depending on what you need to do so I wouldn't call this a major downside. 

My advice for players is to get a friend to buy the other clubhouse right next to it and use both to gain profit in game. Also use hangers from the airport close by to store your planes. 

What's Great about Sandy Shores Clubhouse : 

• The look of the building. 
• The available space to use.

#8. Grapeseed ($225,000)

This area was originally used for heist setups not being accessible any other way. That was until a clubhouse in the settlement opened up for online players to see.

What's good about this location is that it’s no different from the nearby towns like sandy shores. Why is this good? Well for one you won't have to worry about traveling as far to get items you need. 

This clubhouse is in many ways an upgrade to the last one discussed. Being closer and having access to local businesses such as clothing stores or gun shops is a major advantage.

My advice to players who want to buy this? Buy only if you want have a second club house.(This is assuming you bought the starter pack) Because the location looks like a regular building, opposing players could drive past it without knowing the better.

What's Great About Grapeseed : 

• It's a Two story instead of a one. While this may not seem great I would disagree. The added floor gives you more space and another roleplay dynamic. 
• The price. While this may seem expensive it's actually very affordable in the realm of GTA online. Heist’s and other missions will give you enough to buy this as your first,second or third.

#7. Paleto Bay Layout 1 ($242,000)

The Paleto bay location is #7 on this list being a bit more expensive than the last one. This is the first layout as there are 2 different ones. 

What's good about this location is the amount of space you have. Looking at the picture above you can see that  there is plenty of room for cars or even helicopters if need be. It's also gated off so that's a bonus.(In short you get your own personal parking lot) 

My insight would be that for being in a forest mountain area this is a good clubhouse for any players looking to stay in the countryside but be low-key. What do I mean? The location is close enough to the city and close enough to the connecting highway. 

My advice to players who want to buy this. Use what I've mentioned to your advantage. Also If you want to better your clubhouse, when with friends if you have 4 block off the entrance to the lot. 

What's Great About Paleto Bay : 

•  Roleplay dynamic. The amount of space allows for players to use it for all types of roleplays, meetings or whatever else your friend can come up with. 
• The location. This is good because you have access to local shops and businesses in the area. While not very close it still makes the Paleto bay clubhouse great.

#6. Del Perro Beach ($365,000)

Right on route 68 this clubhouse is one many buy as their first one if they have over one million to spend. 

What's good about this location is that it's right off the beach giving you boat access and is in the city! Being near the beach also lets players use all available resources in that vicinity without moving far from base.

My insight on the clubhouse would be that it’s a very good spot overall. Not the #1 bet spot but one that many players use often. 

My advice to players would be to use this clubhouse when there aren't many people online. You don't have to but this will lessen the chances of having an encounter with a rival business at the same location. 

What's Great About Del Perro Beach Clubhouse : 

• The variety of shops around it. This can be said for every clubhouse but this one is important for the type of shops it has. For example like the mask vendor or the races.

#5. Rancho ($420,000)

Being #5 on the list this clubhouse has a lot of advantages for players who love doing things in the city. 

What's good about this location is it’s close to the airport. Now I mentioned this when I talked about another clubhouse but being near airports is huge in GTA online. Besides just being near the airport it's basically in the heart of the city. Perfect for any player who wants quick missions. 

My insight would be to not take this location lighty. Because of where it is there will always be other players using it too. This isn't bad as you can work together or negotiate but most of the time fights will happen. 

My advice to the players and readers would be to buy this with all the upgrades as items such as the gun locker will be needed for time when your base is under attack. 

What's Great About Rancho Clubhouse : 

• Being in the hotspot of the city is one thing. It's close to the airport, the gun shops, different businesses and more. They are 5 mins from each other by car so this is a major advantage when most of the other clubhouses are in the country.

#4. La Mesa ($449,000)

This just so happens to be in the industrial district of the city. This is #4 because of the price and for where it is as by far this is one of the best ones. 

What's good about this location is that it happens to be in the industrial part of the map where not much happens.(as far as in the city)

My insight would be that this clubhouse is perfect for players who are ok with limited travel and having to go some minutes finding a shop. Now there are other businesses in the area too like an arcade but not as many as the others on this list. 

My advice to players who want to buy this? Do it if you can't afford to be closer in the city by any other means. This clubhouse will be a starting point for players who dont wanna travel 15 mins + to get where they need to go.

What's Great About La Mesa : 

• The interior. I'm not talking about looks. I'm talking about how much space you actually have in there. You could have 10+ people in their tops. 
• The location. For being in east los santos this two story giant is great for where its located. It has a good parking spot and has plenty of room to have fun. 

La Mesa Details :

#3. Pillbox Hill ($455,000)

Pillbox Hill. This is #3 because this is the central location most players want their clubhouse. 

What's good about this location is the access you have to it. Because most of the houses or suites are in the central city or further north from that, this clubhouse is one of the easiest ones to get to. 

My insight for this location is that it's a hot spot for other luxury businesses so one can buy others and use them in tandem with each other. 

My advice to players who want to buy this? Use the small location size to quietly do your business. Use it also to as a jumping point from place to place in case your in need. 

What's Great About Pillbox Hill : 

• It's a great location if you want to get started if you love the city life and what it has to offer.
• It's In a busy complex. This can mean a lot but what im talking about is the amount of people to be intact with. If you're looking to join one of these clubhouse, this spot is one that will be beneficial to you if they let you in(as in the player who owns it)

#2. Downtown Vinewood ($472,000)

#2 on the list is Downtown Vinewood and what's not to love? It's downtown where all the expensive things are, not to mention it's right on the edge of the city.

What's good about this location Is the fact that players now have the choice of doing missions out in the country or in the city without many time restrictions. This is due to Highways and streets connecting this location. 

So the clubhouse itself looks better than the others mentioned. Especially on the inside as you can see in the picture. Now the old tv and box’s do not look high end but compared to the others you'll see the difference. 

My advice to players Would be to buy this only if you really want to use it daily. The price is no joke and making a purchase like that and not using it to its max is a waste of an investment. 

What's Great About Downtown VInewood Clubhouse: 

• It's downtown. This is great because you won't have to travel far or even leave your area to find stores or other business. Also because it's downtown it's perfect for players who live there too.

#1. Hawick ($495,000)

Finally #1 Hawick is the most expensive clubhouse you're going to buy in game. For where it's located it makes sense why only hardcore players or people with shark cards buy this. 

What's good about this location is it's mainly a shopping district. This means that all your shopping needs are close by and can be acquired with little hassle. 

Hawick doesn't have many luxury businesses in the area so that's one downside of this location. It's not the worst though because in the vinwood area players can call a helicopter and travel to the pick up spot. (By the way that won't be far) 

My advice to players would be similar to the last bit of advice. DON'T waste your investment upgrading it to the max. Also if you want to use this in the best way don't try to fly helicopters into the area as you'll blow up if not careful. 

What's Great About Hawick : 

• Location. Because there aren't many other businesses around this clubhouse receives less traffic than others allowing for an easier time.
