[Top 25] SCP: Secret Laboratory Best Moments That Were Great

SCP, Compilation, Gamer moments
It's looking...

In most games I’ve struggled to have fun. With Scp lab not only do I have fun consistently I also have a collection of moments watching and playing the game that sticks in my memory.

Here are a few.

1. SCP-096’s Rage

Here one of my teammates flung a human into the ceiling wall, nothing special just pure dumb fun.

2. “Go Brothers!” {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spw7PCdlV7c

Here TinyTony decides to sacrifice himself for his “brothers” and ends up dooming them.

It’s important to take notes here because Scp lab is a social player-driven game. It gives you enormous freedom to do whatever you want, but consequently very little direction.

3. Scientist Bothers D-Class and then Randomly Dies {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWp4jSlnrc}

(0:05)

Here Cpt Clueless is sitting at a checkpoint in light containment waiting for someone to open the doors.

If you’re new and you don’t know what you’re doing this is an okay strategy, but most of the time it’ll be Scps opening those doors and they already know someone is sitting there waiting to get out.

4. Bathroom Destruction {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWp4jSlnrc}

(0:25)

Sitting in the bathrooms is a good hiding place, but be prepared to be obliterated by a Scp if you’re found or someone else leads them to you. Also, there's a ¼ chance for a com 15 to spawn in the men’s bathroom on the sink.

5. Naughty Little Camper Gets Grenaded {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWp4jSlnrc}

(0:50)

This is exactly what a grenade is supposed to be used for. When Scps or humans try to camp in rooms (sit in them and avoid you) you can lob a grenade in and either flush them out or punish them for being passive.

Some say the grenade only doing 600 damage and having a small radius of effect makes it useless, but they had to balance it out when they introduced the burn effect. You become burned from a grenade for 10s and during that time take 25% more damage.

6. Shootout {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWp4jSlnrc}

(1:20)

MTF/NTF will almost certainly kill you as a D-class and likewise dclass are not to be trusted. Ignore this advice at your risk.

7. Out of the Frying Pan into the Fire {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWp4jSlnrc}

(2:45)

Avoiding one Scp for another is a totally legit tactic for survival, for example. If a 939/dog is chasing you simply run past them taking their bite and then heal yourself with a medkit. If you trigger 096 and there's a larry nearby let him grab you.

8. Guard gets his Ankles Broken {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(1:30)

New players will almost certainly be bullied by older more experienced players if given the chance. Don’t give other people the chance, simply kill them on sight.

9. New Guard Vs Old D-Class {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(1:50)

Don’t waste time  trying to dodge bullets or run away if you don’t have the ability to do so. Aim for their heads and shoot them while walking left to right. It might seem crude but it's the most efficient way for newbies to kill more experienced players.

10. D-Class Is Kidnapped then his Kidnapper Is Kidnapped {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(5:10)

Don’t be a hero if you want to last longer, stay still when someone else is getting chased and run when you can.

11. Meme Machine {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(6:00)

Be very wary of who and what enters 914 as you are very vulnerable while upgrading things.

12. Round Delaying {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(7:35)

If you ever do this, know the next spawn wave will be gunning for your throat. Everyone hates round delaying unless there's an actual chance of quickly winning the game. For instance, the nuke has gone off and the Scps are chasing you on the surface. Then it's alright to hide or run away. So long as you surviving doesn't make people wait a long time being bored in spectator.

13. D-Class Browns His Pants {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3hUmwR68j0}

(9:00)

Hiding from guards if you get into heavy is easy. But make sure they don’t even know you’re there.

14. You can Run but the Computer will Drag you to SCPS Kicking and Screaming {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY

079 is an extremely powerful and underappreciated Scp, it relies on teamwork and therefore is fun only when you have a good team. Basically, if you can lead people you’ll find 079 fun, but if you aren’t charismatic or lucky you’ll have a bad day.

15. Bodies Everywhere! {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(1:10)

Corpses are actually useful features in Scp lab, if you aren’t sure what Scps there are then find the bodies and examine them. You can also tell if chaos insurgency or D-class have guns if you’re more experienced with the game.

16 "I Will Eat You!" {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(1:20)

The worst part of playing Scp is when humans walk down a straight line closing doors on you while shooting you. To stop them, be more stealthy or smart in how you play.

17 D-Class Begging for his Life Is Murdered {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(1:23)

Making deals with Scps is not allowed on most servers and most people don’t really care if you survive. The game is built around incentivizing Scps to murder you in very brutal ways.

18. Orange Circus {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(1:35)

At the beginning of the game the facility is flooded with D-class. Those orange jumpsuits will haunt your nightmares if you let them. They can do things like close doors on you, mess with 914, set 096 off, and snitch on you to either chaos or Scps.

19. SCP-173 Loves Captain Clueless {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(2:00)

If you find yourself stuck in the light containment armory then you can pick it’s three grenades up and blast any door campers away.

20. Human Shields {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdstq4M2hY}

(2:25)

Keeping other humans alive and healthy is a great way to create your own meatshields, in fact most human classes are incentivized to keep each other alive. You can tie any classes hands behind their back (You make them drop their guns and hold E on them with your own), so if you’re chaos you can escort tied scientists and if you're MTF/NTF you can escort tied d-class to escape and get a new teammate.

21. I Died Screaming

It’s not a big problem now but it used to be that stairs would register people as cheating and kill them. As you can see I captured some perfectly ironic names as well.

22. Guards Like to Dance the Tango

I truly have no clue how this guy died.

23. What In God’s Name!?

Interestingly enough this happened to me once, as 173 I phased through the floor and instantly died.

24. The Nutting of D-Class

There was a glitch where my entire team spawned as 173 (old version pictured) and it was glorious. Our victims would squeal in terror when they saw us.

25. Simon Says DIE!!!!

The simon says server event was a great time. I would recommend joining most servers on their event days/nights. Lots of fun for everyone.
