Hogwarts Legacy Best Brooms From Worst To Best (And How To Get Them)

All brooms are for cosmetic purposes only, so the only major difference is how unique and amazing they look. There are 13 brooms in total. This article will cover the highlights of each broom and how to get them!

13. Yew Weaver

Yew Weaver is one of the most basic brooms you can get in Hogwarts Legacy. Featuring a woven design and standard broom style, it looks kind of like a paintbrush.

The broom lacks the flashy details or attachments on other brooms, so it looks a bit plain, and in a game where brooms are mainly for cosmetics, if it looks plain, it won’t be a top pick.

How To Get Yew Weaver Broom:

You can purchase this broom from Spintwitches Sporting Needs for 600 galleons.

12. Family Antique Broom

The Family Antique Broom is described as an "heirloom broom that has been passed down for generations." Like its description, it looks like a broom that has seen some age. Whether or not the design is appealing depends on whether you have a taste for antiques.

Regardless, the design looks like a regular broom that is quite old and lacks the appealing designs or accessories that other brooms have. It doesn’t have much personal flair and doesn’t strike me as an outstanding broom. It is pretty expensive to purchase, so its price is definitely outstanding!

How To Get Family Antique Broom:

You can purchase the family antique broom from the wandering merchant Priya Treadwell for 2,500 galleons.

11. Lickety Swift Broom

The Lickety Swift Broom features a custom broom handle, a custom seat, and a small basket on the broom. It’s a bit unique, though the all-brown color scheme is a bit plain when compared to other designs.

The overall design looks a bit more interesting than the other models because of its custom seating; it looks more like a broom designed for riding on than a regular broom used to sweep the floor. As the product description says, it’s designed for aerodynamics and traveling!

How To Get Lickety Swift Broom:

You need to find and pop seven sets of balloons found in multiple locations throughout Hogwarts!

10. Moon Trimmer Broom:

The Moon Trimmer broom features a small pouch at the end and a small lantern at the front. It features a standard broom design with a brown-colored theme.

The design is simple, and it features a standard looking broom. The lantern looks interesting, but when compared to other brooms with lanterns, it lacks the lighting feature that you’d expect to see from a lantern. Overall, it’s a decent design but leaves more to be desired.

How To Get Moon Trimmer Broom:

You can purchase this broom from Spintwitches Sporting Needs for 600 galleons.

9. Wind Wisp Broom

The Wind Wisp Broom is similar to the Moon Trimmer but has a nicer-looking lantern and a textured handle. Overall, the design looks better and seems fitting as a ridable broom.

The usage of color is also better; there’s a mix of lighter and darker shades of brown, which makes it more complimentary than other designs.

How To Get Wind Wisp Broom:

You can purchase this broom from Spintwitches Sporting Needs for 600 galleons.

8. Night Dancer Broom

The Night Dancer Broom offers a sleek design but leaves you wanting for more. The broom is wrapped with silver metal and looks like it would have magical sparkles or some kind of unique animation during boosting.

The broom does look nice and has impressive style; it just leaves you wanting a bit more.

How To Get Night Dancer Broom:

You need to find and pop two sets of balloons found in multiple locations throughout Hogwarts!

7. Hogwarts House Broom

The Hogwarts House Broom is the broom that represents your house, with unique colors based on the house that you picked. Essentially, it’s the most normal option, the broom, that all characters in your house will be using.

It’s neither unique nor outstanding design-wise, but it’s a stable in Hogwarts, and if that’s to your fancy, this is the broom for you!

How To Get Hogwarts House Broom:

You can purchase this broom from Spintwitches Sporting Needs for 600 galleons.

6. Aeromancer Broom

The Aeromancer broom features a textured handle, a saddle, and a tiny cauldron. The use of colors is also quite complementary, with a nice mixture of dark and lighter colors.

I think this is one of the best-looking brooms in the game because of its unique accessories.

How To Get Aeromancer Broom:

You can purchase the Aeromancer Broom from the Wandering Merchant Rohan Prakash for 3,000 galleons.

5. Sky Scythe Broom

The Sky Scythe broom features unique green bristles with a silver-textured design. This is the only broom with green bristles, which makes it stand out from the other brooms.

With the unique shaft shape and bright colors, it’s a flamboyant broom for sure—for those that want to stand out!

How To Get Sky Scythe Broom:

You can purchase the Sky Scythe Broom from the Wandering Merchant Leopold Babcocke for 5,000 galleons.

4. Ember Dash

The Ember Dash features fiery bristles and a sleek design. It’s one of the first brooms you get access to, and it’s one of the best-looking brooms in Hogwarts Legacy (in my opinion)!

There’s something appealing about the fiery bristles that makes it stand out from the other brooms!

How To Get Ember Dash Broom:

You can purchase this broom from Spintwitches Sporting Needs for 600 galleons.

3. Silver Arrow Broom

The Silver Arrow broom features a unique design and blonde-colored bristles. It has a unique shape with complementary colors, striking a good balance between wood, metal, and light colors.

Overall, this design is one of the best in the game—perfect for those who want to travel in style!

How To Get Silver Arrow Broom:

To get this broom, you need to complete the quest "Carted Away," where you help a goblin named Arn retrieve his stolen cart. After you complete the quest, you can purchase the broom from him for 5,000 galleons.

2. Wild Fire Broom

The Wild Fire broom features fiery bristles, similar to those on the Ember Dash but with greater ferocity. Featuring a wooden broom with a silver bell and more intense fiery bristles, if you’re a fan of fiery bristles like myself, this is the best choice available in Hogwarts Legacy!

How To Get Wild Fire Broom:

You need to find and pop seventeen sets of balloons found in multiple locations throughout Hogwarts!

1. Bright Spark Broom

The Bright Spark broom features two bright, dangly stars and a rustic design. This is one of the hardest brooms to get in the game, but it’s worth it!

I think the bright stars dangling in front of the broom really make the design spark with the blend of metal, wood, and rustic colors—it’s a nice design!

How To Get Bright Spark Broom:

You need to find and pop 32 sets (all of them) of balloons found in multiple locations throughout Hogwarts!
