The most interesting Desert Eagle skins in Counter Strike 2.

The Desert Eagle, or rather the Deagle, is one of the most powerful and versatile weapons within the Counter Strike franchise. With CS2 out now, the Deagle skins are the best they have ever been. This guide is here to help you on picking which Deagle skin is right for you, whether you have a massive budget or not. I’ll break down each skin by recent price and explain each one in depth so that you can make the most informed decision that you can.

It should be noted that due to the extreme rarity and age of some of these skins, some of them can get as expensive as $1,000 USD. Each skin also has its own quality value which can also heavily affect the price, so there will be a range from the cheapest version of that skin to the most expensive one. This is a massive investment and you should only buy skins that you can afford to buy. There are ways to sell them back, but they are not approved by Steam and you only get a proportion of your money back. With that out of the way, let’s get into it;

10. Desert Eagle | Trigger Discipline

Starting off at number 10 we have the very solid Desert Eagle |Trigger Discipline. This is actually my go-to deagle skin because it provides a really good looking weapon for a nice value. Since it is a lower grade skin, there are a lot in circulation and the price isn’t too high. For as little as some pocket change you can get one of these and really spice up your gameplay.  

9. Desert Eagle | Ocean Drive

• Collection: The Operation Riptide Collection
• Weapon Grade: Covert Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $13.41 - $639.56

This is the perfect example of how skins can range extremely heavily based on the quality. Factory new skins are extremely rare and expensive, and you can see from the range of ten to hundreds just what kind of impact that has. This skin is a vaporwave type deagle skin and goes really well with a lot of one or two color skin loadouts. Because it’s covert grade, it is also one of the rarest quality skins you can get as well.

8. Desert Eagle | Night

• Weapon Grade: Industrial Grade Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $9.02 - $70.35

Sneaking right in at the number 8 spot we have the Desert Eagle | Night. This skin is an absolute classic that has stood through the test of time. This is one of the oldest counter strike skins in the game and it has held up extremely well. It is easily one of the cleanest skins, and due to its lower grade tier you can get a really nice one without breaking the bank. You can even use this skin in a trade-up contract for some different and more interesting skins for other weapons. The night skin is also prevalent in other weapons as well, you can build an entire loadout using night skins. That’s what makes this one so timeless.

7. Desert Eagle | Golden Koi

• Weapon Grade: Covert Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $96.08 - $306.13

Swimming in to the number 7 spot is the Desert Eagle | Golden Koi. This skin is also one of those like the Night that has stood the test of time. This skin came out with the Bravo case collection. This skin was actually a part of the 3rd case collection released in Counter Strike. The case itself these days costs around $40 to even open, so that can attest to the high price of the weapon skin itself. You see, after time, weapon cases stop dropping regularly and become a legacy version. When this happens, the cases themselves as well as the skins within them jump up in price pretty rapidly. 

6. Desert Eagle | Kumicho Dragon

• Collection: The Wildfire Collection
• Weapon Grade: Classified Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $13.65 - $113.28

If you’re looking for a clean dragon style deagle skin, your search is now over. Taking the solid number 6 spot on the list is the Desert Eagle | Kumicho Dragon. This skin is a solid option for any loadout. It has a painted dragon on the side and has some simple colors with the royal purple handle and the gun metal gray. This skin came out with the wildfire collection which means it has some age to it, but not too old that it is unreasonably expensive. This is a must-have for any collector, you can really deck this skin out with some good stickers too!

5. Desert Eagle | Blaze

• Collection: The Dust Collection
• Weapon Grade: Restricted Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $802.76 - $939.28

Yes. You read that right. The cheapest version of the Desert Eagle | Blaze skin is really $800. This skin is one of the oldest and arguably most iconic skins in Counter Strike. Back when this skin came out, it could have been purchased for as little as $12. This just goes to show that over time skins gain value as they become harder and harder to acquire. If you have one of these from times past, you should actually consider selling it, as the value of this skin over time has skyrocketed to unbelievable heights.

4. Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 壱

• Collection: The Rising Sun Collection
• Weapon Grade: Restricted Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $275.00 - $454.37

Dominating the number 4 spot is the Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm. This is actually a pretty unique skin because there are two versions of it. The other version is just barely different, and if you look in the flavor text of this weapon it says “ You think it’s the same, but look again… subtlety makes all the difference”. This is in reference to the other version of the skin, however they both are priced extremely similarly. Because of that they are being combined into 1 position in the top 10. This skin is great for red-themed loadouts and is also part of a rare collection.

3. Desert Eagle | Hypnotic

• Collection: The Arms Deal Collection
• Weapon Grade: Classified Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $120.47 - $223.17

Hypnotizing the number 3 spot on the list is the Desert Eagle | Hypnotic. This skin is also one of the older ones on the list, this one being released in late 2013. It just shows how rarity and age both equally affect the price of skins. Since this one is only Classified quality and was a little easier to obtain back in the day, the range of price only goes up to a couple of hundred dollars. The skin itself is a bright silver with some black hypnotizing lines. It shines really well and can go with almost any themed loadout with the right stickers.

2. Desert Eagle | Fennec Fox

• Collection: The 2021 Mirage Collection
• Weapon Grade: Classified Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $207.50 - $948.67

The Desert Eagle | Fennec Fox is an extremely cool and unique skin. It was recently released with the 2021 Mirage collection which has some of the coolest skins in the game. The Fennec Fox sits at the front of the weapon ready to strike. It can also be used in a trade-up contract to get the AWP | Desert Hydra which is an equally cool AWP skin to match the deagle. This skin came extremely close to the number 1 spot, and if I was able to do a tie for the number one spot this would absolutely be up there. However, the next skin is just too clean not to give it #1.

1. Desert Eagle | Printstream

• Collection: The Fracture Collection
• Weapon Grade: Covert Pistol
• Recent Price Range: $30.67 - $227.90

It is no surprise that the Desert Eagle | Printstream takes the number 1 spot. This skin has to be one of the cleanest within Counter Strike. It’s simple, it’s classy, and the image doesn’t quite show it off completely, but as you move it around in game it has a beautiful pearlescent shimmer across the white parts of the skin. Stickers go extremely well on this skin and it can be used in almost any loadout theme. This is also one of the more affordable deagle skins, so if you want to look fly without breaking the budget too much, the Desert Eagle | Printstream is the skin for you. I mean, just look at it. Who doesn’t want a pocket AWP looking as cool as that?
