[Top 10] ACNH Best Cat Villagers

Just a few of the cat villagers hanging out.

The cat villagers have been a very popular species in the Animal Crossing series since the beginning. Since most people have or have had cats as a pet at some point in their life, this made wanting a cat villager on their island even more important to them. There are 23 different cat villagers to choose from. Since you can only bring a total of 10 animals to your island, this led people to finding favorites within the cat species.

Some people have a favorite personality type of villager. So some players would find the cat villagers in that personality category and choose from those. Others would just invite different cat villagers to their island to see if they liked them. If you’ve been playing the series since the beginning, you may already know your favorites that you want to invite.

The cat villagers are just like any other villager that you can bring to the island aside from their species. There is at least one of each different personality type within the cat species. So if you have a favorite personality type, start there to find your favorite. If you don’t have a favorite personality, you can use this list to see what other players' favorites are and what you may be looking for in a cat villager.
