This set offers a huge increase to Maximum Magicka and in addition to that if you overheal you or an ally you give the target the Major Courage buff, which will increase their weapon and spell damage by 430. This set would benefit players who love to heal and have a boost in Magicka and spell power which puts out a good amount of DPS or heals in any situation. Staying alive in an Arena setting is always fun and exciting.

The Clever Alchemist set is a great build for Stamina Necromancer PVP builds. If you love playing a class that gives you a bonus when drinking a potion during combat giving you a rush of energy, increasing your Weapon and Spell Damage by 675 for 20 seconds. This would be exciting and fun gameplay to try out.. It helps a lot with burst increases in damage and with the overall mobility of the character. The added bonus is that if you drink a potion during combat you not only get a rush of energy but your spell and weapons damage will increase for 20 seconds by 675. This makes it one of the stronger contenders for any PVP Stamina Necromancer set.

The set itself provides a large boost in maximum Magicka. One of the big downsides to this set is that is it you have to spend the time farming it in the Rivenspire. If you are wearing at least 5 set pieces when you have ten stacks of precision you also gain Minor Force, increasing your Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every half second.
