A Return to your Roots Skyrim Guide

Although a bit of a controversial choice – especially for players who aren’t fond of collecting things or crawling through dank, muddy caves or having their heads bashed in by centuries-old steam-operated machinery – this quest still lands on our #6.

It does this for encouraging us to delve a little deeper into the intriguing trail left by Skyrim’s missing species – the Dwarves. This quest earns commendation for making us painstakingly scour every inch of a cavern so big that it felt like a whole new map in-itself – pushing seasoned players to the edge of their own sanity. All for a little Alchemy.

The Red Nirnroot…more evasive than the already evasive green Nirnroots.

A Return to Your Roots encouraged us to get knee-deep into the ruins of the long-dead Dwarven civilization of Tamriel.
