All those ranks will be lost in time, like an item you need that is in a random chest and you can't find anymore because you didn't bother to organize it when you should have. Time to get good." That is what I tell people when they ask me how it felt to be bad at video-games. Happy to say that, in the almost 20 years that I've been playing, I have improved! Anyone can, as long as they are as passionate as I am about video-games. I love games, all kinds of games: MOBAS, horror, strategy, simulators, FPS, fantasy, puzzle... You name it, chances are, I tried it before. I wouldn't say I am a pro-gamer, but rather I am an experienced one. Maybe even an expert in a few titles here and there. But the reason I love video-games is because of how we get attached to them. Games are the only way we can be in another world and change it as we desire, build our own fantasy, our own plot, our own story. Books are fun, movies are too, but a good video-game gets to you on a level so deep you can't help but feel like you are a part of that game's universe. As a video-game writer I try to mix creativity with pop-culture references to make a more fun reading experience for those who see the little details and get the jokes. I started playing when I was about 3, my godmother of all people taught me all the tricks and hidden rooms in Donkey Kong Country, a game that I still love to replay today. Lately I have occupied my time with League of Legends and the ever so difficult ranked climb. I play a little bit of everything but I sort of have a soft spot for indie titles, they always bring something fresh to the table. My favourite genres would have to include MOBAS, survival adventure, RPGs, and retro games (especially nintendo ones). I enjoy writing a lot, currently I am in college getting a minor on Writing and Fiction, it really helps with the creativity since developing texts is a very good way to let the mind loose and play with words.
