About - Jamareo Phillips: To the outside world, gaming is considered foolish and child-like. Gaming is not considered professional or dignified. To Jamareo, gaming is everything. Growing up with a single parent, gaming is what kept him from becoming a statistic. For almost 23 years, Jamareo has immersed himself in various worlds through gaming. From Nintendo to PlayStation to current-gen systems, the controller has become his second heart. Role-playing games are my favorite as I enjoy being these characters and living their lives through my hands. When it comes to writing, I started writing as soon as I was able to hold a pencil. My expertise is varied from sports writing to creative writing to game writing to scriptwriting. I'm particularly accomplished throughout high school and college, having attended an arts-driven high school as well as Bowling Green State University. My game writing is perfectly mixing my two loves. I published one article about the next-gen consoles about three years ago. I particularly love to write about how these games affected me as a person. I mostly love talking about Playstation related topics. When it comes down to it, I am a gamer by geek definition.
