Total War Promotes Recommendation for 'Total War: Napoleon'
Divide and conquer.

Total War has posted on Twitter, recommending that players check out @Andys_Take’s review of ‘Total War: Napoleon’ to  “see if it’s worth a try,” according to their tweet.

On 5 December 2021, at 4:00 PM CET, Total War posted the following tweet, “With a robust mod scene and timeless graphics with great polish, Total War: NAPOLEON is one of our most beloved historical titles. Check out @Andys_Take's 2021 review on this gunpowder-heavy title and see if it's worth a try.”

‘Total War: Napoleon’ is an old release, with the initial release date being in February of 2010, making the game almost 12 years old. The game offers 3 campaigns, with the biggest battles taking place in Italy, Egypt, and Europe.

According to the review by @Andys_Take, the Italian campaign is the best starting point. Following the Italian campaign, he recommends taking on the Egyptian campaign.

According to @Andys_Take, the feel of the Egyptian campaign hinges on the polished graphics of ‘Napoleon,’ with haze effects, natural clutter such as detailed grass, as well as improved anti-aliasing and depth of field effects.

@Andys_Take is of the opinion that the Egyptian campaign can be completed fairly easily through the effective use of troops and resources.

The European campaign, however, is reportedly where players will be able to “prove their mettle,” as France is “outnumbered and outgunned,” according to @Andys_Take.

One of the primary features that makes ‘Total War: Napoleon,’ worth playing, even in 2021, is that, according to @Andys_Take, the game shows how Creative Assembly examined their previous release, ‘Empire,’ and made massive improvements on it to create ‘Napoleon.’

Furthermore, the game came with a brand new soundtrack that was actually worth listening to, and graphics were improved to where city models “no longer look like legos,” according to @Andys_Take.

Overall, @Andys_Take provides a highly positive review of the game, indicating that it may well be worth a look, despite the fact that it is soon-to-be 12 years old.
