9. Persona 5 Royal:

8. Divinity Original Sin 2:

7. Tales of Arise:

Alphen Almost Confesses His Feelings To Shionne (SPOILERS)

Tales of Arise is an action JRPG that follows two protagonists, a young man and  woman from the opposing worlds of Dahna and Rena. They are on a journey to end the Renans’ oppression of the Dahnan people, in this seventeenth entry of the Tales series.         

Battle through a beautifully constructed linear story, and an expansive world. With well constructed characters, and fun combat, you will be invested throughout the story.

Romance is at the center of the narrative with Alphen and Shionne each having their own hardships, yet complementing each other. The two will grow and change together throughout the story.

6. Final Fantasy 7 Remake:

5. Cyberpunk 2077:

Romances can result in unlocking your partner's apartment, unlocking hangouts, gift giving, and relationships. There are also romantic encounters that don't count as a full-fledged  relationship. Cyberpunk 2077 has several deep relationship options that affect the game's ending.

Geralt can have numerous romantic encounters throughout his adventures, but his main romance options are between Yennefer, and Triss. The Witcher 3 has several memorable romantic scenes, and they certainly get points for creativity. Often humorous, and always interesting, Geralt has quite the love life.

3. Mass Effect Legendary Edition:

A compilation, and remaster of the Mass Effect series, with over 40 DLC included. Play as Commander Shepard, a soldier in the Alliance Military in 2183, a representative for humanity in the fight against the Reapers, a terrifying foe that threatens all organic life in the Milky Way. 

Work to unite a team and save Earth, and numerous other planets. Make choices that change the course of the trilogy, and battle countless enemies, as you work to make allies, and save all that we know, before all life as we know it ceases to exist. 

There are many romance options in the Mass Effect series, and players can have romances that continue throughout the trilogy. Each romance is varied and unique, and forging these connections can be very rewarding to the narrative, and interesting as you learn more about each character.

There are many romantic options in Baldur’s Gate 3, and you may find yourself being aggressively hit on by some of your companions. From romantic dates to brothels, Baldur’s Gate is full of possibilities.
