10. New Orleans Pelicans

The Brow and his team are a team of underrated goats.

What Makes The Pelicans Awesome :

  • The Paint is secure on offense and defense with AD patrolling it as one of the best power forwards in the game.
  • A solid guard lineup backs AD up like Jrue Holiday, one of the best defensive guards in the game, along with Eric Gordon, and Tyreke Evans also here.

9. Indiana Pacers

May not be as strong as the Pacers in Last Year’s 2k they are still one of the toughest teams out there.

What Makes The Pacers Awesome :

  • Paul George is still on the team and he is still here bringing his signature two-way impact, Defending the other team's best perimeter player, then scoring a bucket with ease on offense
  • The Frontcourt loaded as always with the defensive center Roy Hibbert keeping the paint safe and the veteran presence of David West to provide defense and post scoring
  • A pretty solid lineup throughout the roster like the steady point guard play of George Hill, with the bench having players that can shoot and defend like Scola.

8. Houston Rockets

Harden continues to be a one-man army on Offense

What Makes The Rockets Awesome :

  • Harden Continues to be dominant as one of the best shooting guards in the game. On Offense, he scores inside and out and makes easy shots for his team.
  • Dwight Is still one of the best bigs in the game with his post scoring and the pick and roll with him and Harden is still deadly. He also keeps the paint safe on defense still
  • The team is deep with 3 and D players all over the roster helping the team's stars.

7. Memphis Grizzlies

Grizzlies continue to be the hardest slowest team out there.

What Makes The Grizzlies Awesome :

  • The slowest-paced teams make every possession against them a grinded-out bucket you have to work for.
  • The roster is filled with defensive beasts like Tony Allen, Marc Gasol, and Zach Randolph to name a few.
  • Aside from defense, this team has players like Conley, Jeff Green, and Vince Carter to bring an offensive punch

6. Chicago Bulls

Still a top dog in the east

What Makes The Bulls Awesome :

  • Rose still keeps up as an athletic beast in the game
  • Maybe the best front-court rotation in the game, especially now that Gasol is on the team and Noah Continues to be a defensive stopper in the paint.
  • The roster has top-tier players both starting and off the bench. Jimmy Butler continues to grow into a star and we still have top players like Kirk Hinrich, Mike Dunleavy, and Tony Snell in the rotation

5. Los Angeles Clippers

Lob City Continues to rock the league

What Makes The Clippers Awesome :

  • Chris Paul continues to be the captain of the team with his leadership on offense and defense. He continues to be a goat-tier player making everyone on the team better.
  • Blake And Deandre continue to dominate the paint as the most dangerous lob threats in the game making any fast break an easy 2 points
  • Sixt man of the year and arguably one of the best 6th men of all time Jamal Crawford continues the flashy playstyle that gets him highlight-level scores and dishes out to his other teammates as well
  • The roster is covered from head to toe with shooters and lob threats.

4. San Antonio Spurs

They are a team of old heads but they are the reigning champs

What Makes The Spurs Awesome :

  • Tim Duncan is super old but he somehow continues to be the leader of the Spurs being a defensive anchor and can get a bucket when needed on the offensive end with his superior post skills.
  • Kawhi shows up as the rising star of this team of veterans with him being the engine to slow down Lebron on the Championship team. He continues to grow as a lockdown defender and is now scoring from all 3 levels.
  • The team, like most Spurs teams, continues to be a deep team with contributors to the end of the bench.

3. Oklahoma City Thunder

Durant with a coming out party as a top 2 player.

What Makes The Thunder Awesome :

  • Durant had his MVP season this year and this OKC team is raised so high by this guy. The man continues to be the most unstoppable scorer even better than even Lebron.
  • Russ is coming off an injury but he still comes back as the most athletic point guard in the league with no one matching this guy’s 100% always-on motor.
  • Russ and Durant are flanked by some top-tier talent like the 3rd option Serge Ibaka and a roster of deep 70s like Adams and Waiters.

2. Golden State Warriors

3 points are worth more than 2

What Makes The Warriors Awesome :

  • Curry coming out as a superstar-level player, starting his revolution of being one of the best scorers of all time with his 3-point play, being unstoppable from all over the court
  • Klay Thompson also comes out as Steph's co-star and a top-level shooter in his own right. He provides the perimeter with his defense and aside from his top-tier shooting, is also one of the best all-around players
  • The superstar backcourt is paired with solid front-court play by players like David Lee, Andrew Bogut, Igoudala, and Draymond Green coming into his own as well as a defensive stud.

1.Cleveland Cavaliers

Lebron pushes the young Cavs to the top of the league immediately

What Makes The Cavs Awesome :

  • Lebron just immediately makes any team better. Lebron is just the best player in the league and that is no debate. Dominant on offense, defense, and just a beast at every aspect of the game. This guy is the best in the game no questions
  • Kyrie Irving is a young pg but already has a claim to be a top 5 point guard. He has the scoring and the passing and has what is arguably the deepest dribbling bag in the game.
  • Kevin Love is a newly added member to the team and rounds off the big 3, he provides the big man skills the team needs and is also there to throw outlet passes to Lebron and Kyrie. He stretches the floor and is just a great player in so many parts of the game.
