Steve Rowley, who was a close confidant of Arsene Wenger, is one of the leading names in the scouting world and is available after leaving Arsenal around two years ago.

Rowley has been Arsenal’s chief scout since 1996 and has discovered many high-quality players for Wenger. Modern Arsenal has been shaped by Rowley, whose first discovery was an 11-year-old center-back called Tony Adams.
