8. Bleed

Running a bleed build is fun because you’re forced to add a lot more mobility into your playstyle. Having a slightly weaker weapon that takes multiple hits to be useful is tricky when you’re fighting an enemy that can kill you in one hit, so it’s much more interesting to maneuver around big enemies as you stack up the Bleed meter, trying not to get obliterated. To make the Bleed build effective, you’re going to want to equip a weapon that has innate Bleed, apply Carthus Rouge and stick a Blood Gem on that bad boy and you’re ready to drain some people.

Something to take into account when running a quality build is gem infusions and weapon buffs.
