Although they fly under the radar, many of these animes aired over the past 30 years that are like Gundam for Gundam-lovers in terms of plot, robot mechanics, and, of course, robot battles…

 

1.Code Geass (2006)

This anime explores political and ethnic conflicts between the country Britannia and a conquered Japan renamed Area 11. A teen name Lelouch Vi Britannia, who is an exiled prince of Britannia, is set on creating a world of peace for his little sister Nunally no matter the cost.
