[Guide] Fun Run 3 How To Level Up Fast (Top 5 Ways)

Fun Run 3 How To Level Up Fast
Getting the Gold Bunny used to be a pipe dream. Now? Not so much.

In Fun Run 3's dynamic realm, leveling up isn't just a goal—it's essential for unlocking new features and staying ahead of the competition. With numerous avenues to boost your XP, navigating the game's progression system can seem daunting. But fear not, as we'll explore the top 5 ways to accelerate your XP gains.

1. Arena Wins Rewards (best for early game)

Is it fair to get XP and gems simultaneously?

Gaining XP is a pivotal aspect of Fun Run 3. XP dictates which items you can pick up and unlocks countless other benefits locked behind an XP wall. There are many methods for gaining XP, but the best ones are simple and consistent.

So, to top the list at number one, this method provides a surefire way to secure truckloads of XP from day one. In Arena, you aim to win as many races as possible during your run, capping out at 12 wins per entry. At the end of every run, the game calculates your performance and rewards you accordingly.

You can retrieve these rewards from the chest on the end-game or main menu screen. Arena chests mostly contain XP and an enormous amount at that. So, if you’re wondering how all those players in your lobby reach such mind-boggling levels, it’s likely because they go all out in Arena.

How it works:

  • Load up a few Quick Race games.
  • Collect your 250 coins from the chest at the end of your races.
  • Enter Arena for 500 coins.
  • Win as many races as possible during your Arena run (12 wins for maximum XP).
  • Collect rewards from the chest at the end of your Arena run, similar to Quick Race.

2. Daily Quests (best for early game)

That might take a while.

Every 24 hours, the game sends a daily dose of three XP challenges straight to your inbox. It's like your own XP adventure, with tasks ranging from racing to mastering weapons, all in the name of leveling up the Runners Pass.

The boost in XP you get from completing these tasks is more significant than any other method. But it’s something you can only do once a day. So, it’s best to use it to kickstart or end your XP journey for the day. Like most methods on this list, you can combine this with others, e.g., the Bank method, by contributing XP you earn to the bank for later.

The Daily Quests method works best in Arena game mode. If you can help it, try to complete all your quests in Arena. That works exceptionally well for tasks specifically about power-up kills, as the higher player count in each race makes it easier to get kills. While playing Arena, winning games is still important, as you can use the gems from your rewards to start more quests early.

How it works:

  • View your quests for the day on the top right of the main menu screen.
  • Complete the quest in Arena.
  • Save up gems earned in Arena and start a new quest as prompted.

3. Clan Support XP Multipliers (best for late game)

That’s great, and all but 12,000 coins!?

You ever wonder why some players level up faster than a speeding bullet while you're still stuck at the starting line? Well, it's not just because they've got a secret XP potion hidden in their socks. These high-flyers have unlocked the VIP XP lounge, where only the most notorious and well-ranked players gain entry. So, if you're still stuck in XP limbo, don't worry—you'll get there eventually once you've earned your stripes and maybe a few fancy hats along the way!

Under the “other” category in the shop, you can find an item named “clan supporter” that will increase everyone in your clan's XP earning rate by 1.5x. In a clan filled with experienced and dedicated players, your XP rates can reach up to 75x with a 100% bonus if every player buys Supporter. Clan Supporter will only last for three days, so you need to coordinate with your clan to maximize the benefits of this item.

The most challenging part of this method is scoring a place in one of these clans. Just as you don’t suppose you can just walk into a building and say you want to be a talk show host. You can’t very well walk into a top clan to reap some sweet XP!

Climbing ranks, building up wins on top clans, and improving your Clan Battle win rate will boost your chances of leveling up with this method. As you strengthen your Clan Battle resume, you'll gain access to higher-tier clans with increased Clan Support. Aim for a full roster of 50/50 supporters to maximize your XP potential.

How it works:

  • Find your way onto a high-tier clan focusing on gaining XP (most top clans do this).
  • Buy Clan Supporter to contribute.
  • Renew your Supporter after three days.

4. League XP Multipliers (best for mid game)

Long way to go, but hey at least you know now.

When you first dip your toes into Fun Run 3, they kindly present you with the prestigious title of "Wood" – not exactly setting the bar high, huh? But fear not! As you get more wins and climb the league ratings, you unlock XP multipliers that shoot up your XP  faster than the Death Star.

Each rank increase increases your XP multiplier by 0.5x. Since the game has 20 ranks, the maximum multiplier you can receive is 10x. Whatever multiplier you have will stack with any other XP rate increases. Your rates will combine whether it’s Clan Support, XP Potions, or watching ads.

You can earn ratings in multiple game modes, such as Clan Battle, Cup Race, and Quick Race. However, Clan Battle can be inefficient at lower levels, with all losses costing 15 ratings. Cup Race presents a significant challenge due to heightened competition, while Quick Race offers a more casual experience with lesser rating penalties for lower placements.

How it works:

  • Play Quick Race and rack up wins.
  • Continue reaching higher ranks to increase your XP multiplier.
  • Aim for the Elite rank, giving you the maximum x10 multiplier.

5. XP Bank (best for early game)

Oh, an ad…But that XP, though!

This method's placement in our list is ironically appropriate, as the order in which you execute these methods in your daily routine should end with the XP Bank strategy. The XP Bank tracks all your XP earned in the last 24 hours. Then, it puts your XP into the bank and allows you to withdraw 10% to give you a little boost at the end of your session.

For optimal efficiency, utilize this method just before the bank resets, as indicated by the timer on the XP Bank page. Combine this strategy with others on the list (and others not present) before withdrawing from your bank. Timing is crucial for maximizing the effectiveness of  XP accumulation.

The game also allows you to purchase a gargantuan percentage of the XP in your bank at a relatively low price. This amount of XP is easily the largest you can get from any method in one go. If you have some spare cash, investing in these withdrawals would net you a handsome amount of that sweet XP.

How it works:

  • Open the XP Bank, which is located on your Runner’s Road page at the bottom left of the main menu screen.
  • Take note of the timer of the bank reset.
  • Complete all XP tasks and rack up as much as you can before the end of the day.
  • Cash out your XP and decide which percentage you’d like to get.

Conclusion

With these tips, you'll be on the fast track to leveling up and increasing your XP in Fun Run 3. By dominating the Arena, completing daily quests, and maximizing clan support, while also employing strategies like climbing ranks and timing XP bank withdrawals, you'll leave your competitors in the dust and sprint towards XP glory in no time. Happy racing!
