20. Victor Osimhen
After a breakout season in 2022/23. Victor Osimhen lands himself just inside the Top 20 players in EAFC 24. Osimhen is a great striker for teams who want to counter attack or play with speed. His great pace and dribbling stats make him extremely effective on forward runs and through balls.

19. Antoine Griezmann
The longtime Atlético striker continued to enjoy his return from Barcelona in the 2022/23 season. Greizzman works well in teams with scoring wingers, and his impressive dribbling and passing stats make him a good candidate for the CF or CAM position as well.

18. Bruno Fernandes
The flashy attacking midfielder for Manchester United comes in at 18 on the list. Fernandes’ high passing and dribbling stats are what you want to see from an attacking midfielder, you’re likely to score some goals with him too. Fernandes works best as a sole attacking midfielder, allowing him to make plays and dominate the attacking third.

17. Casemiro
Casemiro joins his Manchester United teammate Bruno Fernandes on the list at 17. With high defending and physical stats, Casemiro works best as an enforcer in midfield. He won’t be creative at an elite level, but he can cover your attacking players and even slot back at CB in a pinch.

16. Alisson
After dominating the Premier League for years, Alisson Becker deservedly finds himself in the top 20 EAFC players. In a world full of sweeper keepers, Alisson harkens back to the pure shot stoppers of old. With great positioning, reflexes, and diving stats, Alisson is up there with the best for making game saving stops.

15. Virgil Van Dijk
Another staple of Liverpool’s renaissance under Klopp, Van Dijk and Alisson feature as the second duo on the top 20 list. Van Dijk had a “down” year by his standards, being one of the best CB’s in the world, in 2022/23. However, he still found his form in the second half, and overall put together a strong campaign. Like any elite defender, Van Dijk possesses high defending and physical stats, but what sets him apart is his pace, which will serve nicely in the center of any defense.

14. Marc-André ter Stegen
Approaching ten years at the storied club of Barcelona, some could say the German keeper is perennially underrated due to Barceloon’s lack of champions league success, and Neuer’s dominance on the German national team. Not in EAFC 24. Ter Stegen clocks in as a top three keeper, with high positioning and kicking, he can make saves and distribute the ball the way you need.

13. Neymar Jr
Some would argue that Neymar has rushed into the final chapters of his career. After moving to the Saudi League this summer, filled with high payrolls and mostly past their time players, Neymar is becoming one of the biggest what if’s of the modern era. Marred by injuries and an inflated price tag from his PSG move, Neymar never reached the accolades that matched his skill. However, his high dribbling and incredible weak foot and skill moves can help your team win trophies in EAFC 24.

12. Rodri
The engine of the robust City midfield, Rodri is arguably Guardiola’s most irreplaceable piece to his dynasty. Coming in to fill the void of an aging Fernandinho, Rodri has been the picture of consistency in central midfield since. In charge of connecting defense to attack, Rodri’s well rounded stats make him the ultimate swiss army knife for your team.

11. Vini Jr.
The prophesied Real Madrid wonderkid has certainly fulfilled expectations. Since helping Madrid win the champions league in 2021/22, Vini has been a bonafide superstar. With Ronaldo and Messi moving up in age, look for Vini to be your new superstar winger with his high pace and dribbling.

10. Rúben Dias
Since coming to City in 2020 Rueban Dias could be considered the best CB in the world. His presence giving Guardiola the confidence to play with three in the back on attack, Dias was a keystone in the Treble winning side for City last year. His high defending and physical stats will serve you nicely too.

9. Mohamed Salah
The historic Liverpool winger, Salah helped bring Liverpool their first Premier League title in years. Since joining the club Salah has become perhaps the most prolific scoring winger in PL history. His high pace, dribbling, and shooting are exactly what you want from a wing player for your team.

8. Robert Lewandowski
Long time Bundesliga striker Lewandowski has been adjusting to life at Barcelona quite well. So far, the only thing holding him back has been injuries. Despite getting older in years, Lewandowski is an out and out goal scorer. His elite shooting will help you put away plenty of games.

7. Harry Kane
Robert Lewandowski’s replacement at Bayern, Harry Kane has finally moved on from Tottenham. His final season at his boyhood club was one of his most spectacular. Now he’s moved on to his next challenge, and taking his shooting, passing, and weak foot with him.

6. Thibaut Courtois
The highest rated keeper in EA FC 24, many thought Thibaut Courtois plateaued during his time at Chelsea. Since his move to Real Madrid, he has shown why everyone expected him to be the best in the world. His 90+ positioning and reflexes, along with a 6’6” frame make him a monster in net.

5. Karim Benzema
Another player who has moved to the Saudi League. Benzema dominated the world in 2021/22, bringing Real Madrid another Champions League. His form in 2022/23 allowed him to retain an elite rating in EA FC 24 as well. Look for him to bring great shooting, passing, and dribbling to your team.

4. Lionel Messi
The king of soccer has finally achieved the ultimate prize. After winning the World Cup in 2022, Messi made his industry changing move to the MLS in the summer of 2023 and took it by a storm. In EA FC 24, Messi’s signature dribbling is still there, but it’s hard to overlook his passing and shooting as well.

3. Kevin De Bruyne
The true magician of Guardiola’s team, De Bruyne has been dominating the attacking midfield position for years. Perhaps the greatest testament to De Bruyne’s impact is City’s struggles without him early in the 2023/24 season. Look for him to provide elite passing to your team.

2. Erling Haaland
After the most prolific goal scoring season in Premier League history, Haaland clocks in at number two on our list. Some might critique the way he gets his goals, but if it were that easy everyone would do it. Look for him to provide top tier shooting, pace, and physicality to your team.

1. Kylian Mbappé
Long heralded as the leader of the next generation after Messi and Rondaldo, Mbappe has won everything aside from the Champions League, and one would assume more personal accolades are on their way. Whether he stays at PSG remains to be seen, but for now you can enjoy his incredible pace, shooting, and dribbling stats in EA FC 24.
