Owning a restaurant is no easy task. Owning a tavern and dealing with loads of drunk people every day can be even harder. Nonetheless, it can also be a highly profitable business, one that plenty of drinkers has thought to themselves, wouldn’t be too bad owning.

‘Tavern Master’ grants that wish without the need to deal with actual drunk people every day and risk your entire future on a  business that is at risk of getting brawled apart every single day. Players start off with a limited amount of gold and build a small medieval tavern.

Players must pick the tavern furniture, barrels, choose the layout, place lights and decorations, and then name and open their tavern. Over time players will earn more money and will be able to expand their tavern, buying better tavern furniture, more decorations, and lights, and increasing the tavern’s capacity.

Players must ensure that the tavern has sufficient stock to cater to the number of guests it can hold without running out to avoid angering customers and losing popularity ratings. Spending the night eating food and drinking booze is a great recipe to fall asleep, making it a godsend for many customers if a tavern has rooms available to rent nightly.

Players must build, design, and furnish the rooms. They must rate the rooms appropriately from 1 to 5 stars, with 1-star rooms being cheap, shared sleeping areas, and 5 stars being single rooms with luxurious beds and furniture. 

As players progress they must build their dream tavern and their reputation as the best tavern around.
