The era of kings, castles, and large-scale man-to-man, hand-to-hand conflict with metal blades, axes, and spears, is long gone. However, these times live on as memories in stories, books, movies, and video games.

In ‘Legion TD 2’ players must defend their own king against enemy attacks and do their best to kill the enemy king first. Players must build their towers and defenses to be as effective as possible against whichever strategy their enemy uses to try and breakthrough to kill their king.

According to the developers, players will be able to “Choose from 8 unique legions and over 100 fighters.” This will give them over “12 million” possible playable combinations, making each match entirely unique and giving them endless possibilities to defend and attack the “endless waves of enemies” trying to kill their king.

Each legion has unique abilities and strengths. Some allow for big plays early on to try and snip enemies in the bud. Others are ideal for massive late-game plays that will overwhelm and completely crush the enemy team and their king.

The game reportedly features a 2v2 mode, a 4v4 mode, and a mode where players can practice their skills against AI opponents of varying difficulty. According to developers, the game also features an “Elo ranking system, leaderboards, and community / official tournaments.”

Reportedly, “Legion TD 2 is the sequel to the 2nd most popular Warcraft 3 mod of all time, Legion TD.”
